He stood on the boundaries of the Nigori Marshlands. He knew of the brute that reigned here and hadn't had any issues with him... yet. But that didn't mean they weren't to come. Lucid would eventually take over his lands, but this alpha didn't know that... nor would he or any of his wolves be able to find out. Lucid's collar made sure of that, cloaking his mind to even the most powerful of mind readers.
Standing on the edge of the lands, he padded over the boundary. There was only one wolf in particular he was searching for and hoped that before Kerrigan got there, he could do what he needed, then walk away. He knew this possibility wasn't happening, so he had a few other plans going through his mind. If the female wouldn't divulge how to become immortal, then he would force it out of her, one way or another.
He looked to his side, wondering if Mira was following him. He wondered where Sinis was as well, but pushed the thoughts from his mind. He needed to do this... they needed to do this, in order to make sure they achieved their plans for pack domination. He tread only a few Lucid-sized wolf lengths in, which would have been a good fifty feet, and sat on his haunches, waiting. Sitting, his eyes would be eye level with a six foot man, thus giving light to his size.
His glowing eyes peered around, wondering which wolf would come first... Lydia, another pack member or an alpha.
Lydia stretched a long leg as she padded through the lands, patrolling once again, as she so often did. Kerrigan didn't really need to tell her to do so, she just did it. It almost seemed as if he understood that she could hold her own, but they had never really spoken of any of it. All she knew was that in the past, he had been okay with her patrolling on her own, and hadn't said anything different since the pack grew in numbers.
Looking around the edges of the terrain, having searched through the inner part already, she caught the scent of wolves... multiple wolves. Two or three, to be exact, and they wreaked of dominance. This made her eyes spark with interest and curiosity as she approached. She didn't bother hiding herself, she was too intrigued by the whole situation. Why were two alphas treading upon her dear Kerrigan's land?
She approached them, a snide smirk on her face. They smelled of the mountains... this made her smirk even more, for she had heard stories of the great alpha of the mountains and remembers all too well the past.
"Greetings, Alphas. For what reason do you tread the lands of the Marsh?" [/b] She allowed a slight nod in respect, though hardly enough to show normal alphas that she respected them. Only Kerrigan, and slowly, Zephora get any amount of respect, and even theirs is the bare minimum of bows. Thus far, though, they hadn't seemed to mind.[/color][/blockquote]

Mira fallowed slightly behind Lucid as they walked through the marshes. She was so glad that she had decided not to reside there. The ground felt gross under her delicate, dainty paws. And the humidity made her feel wet all the time. She was uncomfortable, but had to deal with it. There was nothing else she really could do. She knew damn well that she had to do this in order for their plans to proceed. And if the wolf who knew of immortality wasn't going to share her knowledge, Mira and Lucid would force it out of her. It was that simple.
Watching Lucid pause within the borders and sit on his haunches, Mira fallowed suit. Do you know who it is that we are looking for? She asked him with her mind. They rarely spoke aloud these days because of Sinis.... Which reminded her, where was Sinis? She did fallow them, right? Mira glanced over her shoulder before shrugging it off and glancing forward, sneaking a peek at Lucid.
Mira's soft amber eyes caught site of a rather large wolf as it headed in their direction. There was something off about this fae... Like she wasn't exactly all wolf. Mira cocked her head to the side and raised one brow at the fae. At least she was somewhat polite to them, knowing that they were obviously alphas. Mira bowed her head in acknowledgement toward the fae and looked at Lucid. She turned her creamy head toward the fae and smiled softly, "We're looking for someone."

Lucid flicked his tails behind him as Mira approached. She sat next to him in a simple manner. He could tell she was uncomfortable in the marshes. He ignored the fact, only because of his size and his large paws. He had mud caked up his legs to about the middle of what would be his shins. He nodded his head to her.
I know exactly who we're looking for. Something tells me, she'd be a little bit different than any average wolf, especially if she knows of or is immortal. [/i] No sooner did he send this message telepathically to Mira were they approached by who he assumed was the very wolf they were looking for. "Greetings."[/b] This was all he said as Mira spoke up. Lydia listened to the brute, and then the female. So, they were looking for someone? Who? She thought it best to try to reach into the minds of these two wolves to find out. However, she found this task to be nearly impossible. Her eyes held a flicker of deep questioning and rising curiosity. Slightly angered at the fact she couldn't get into their minds, for one reason or another, she spoke up.
"You're looking for someone? Who, might I ask, are you looking for?"[/b] Her voice was silky smooth and almost hypnotic to the sound. Something about the female made most other wolves put off to her, because there was always an air around her and a feeling about her that made other wolves uneasy. Looking with her penetrating gaze, she looked into the eyes of each of the wolves. Something told her that this encounter wasn't going to be like most others she had previously. She wondered why she couldn't penetrate their minds. They each had odd collars on, and she pondered for a moment if that was it, but also wondered how that would even work.[/color] Lucid sent a soft thought to Mira. This is her.[/blockquote]

Sinis wandered a while behind Lucid and Mira, though she never lost sights of them. Truly she was amazed at the new sights and smells to behold! She skipped along, holding her twisted and broken paw to her chest as she bumbled, humming a little tune.
Now however, she stopped and stuck her tongue out, making and audible "Yuck" sound with her voicebox. Sinis didn't like the marshes. They clung to her paws like sucker feet, and though she had no qualms with the dirt, the wetness just...didn't feel right on her fur. No. The squelchy wetness didn't feel right.
Though she heard voices ahead of her, Sinis just assumed it was Lucid and Mira talking, even though they'd spent most of the journey in silence. So she wasn't looking ahead of her instead of at her muddy, squelchy paws when she was stopped short by a Mira blocking her path.
"Oh sorry Alphess, Sinis did not see you the-" She stopped mid-sentence when she noticed they had company. An odd looking wolf with longer fangs than she had ever seen and...were they bats wings? Upon her back. She smiled at the new wolf and gave her a little bow, showing her respect, then yipped happily, if a little playfully.
"Who is this? I am Sinis. We are...in the marshlands now...yes" She addressd nobody in particular however the last part of her statement seemed to be a deduction of what the Alphas already knew.

Hearing Lucid's voice, Mira immediately knew that the wolf in front of them was her... and not longer after did he reassure her thinking. Opening her mouth to speak to the fae, she was nearly ran over by Sinis. She turned her head quickly and let out a soft sigh as Sinis went on one of her rants. She looked toward Sinis and nodded her head, "That's enough Sinis. Please sit down and hold your tongue, alright?" Her voice was soft, though forward. She offered her a small smile before turning back toward the odd fae infront of them.
Deciding to be blunt rather than beat around the bush, Mira's soft amber eyes looked into the fae's and she stated rather softly, "You." Not taking her eyes off the fae, she thought quickly to Lucid, Are you going to jump in anytime soon or should I do all the speaking? Should we just be upfront with the immortality, or sweet talk her a bit?
[/i] Mira finally took her eyes off the fae and glanced up at Lucid. She knew he was the strong silent type, and she was more of the sweet hearted-ness that was needed to gain loners... but when it came to immortality, yes she wondered about it, but she had no clue how to even start a conversation about it. Mira wasn't the type to make herself look like an idiot, and she wasn't in the mood to do so now.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Lucid flicked his tails behind him as Lydia spoke. She had an air about her that made him sneer slightly. She was so small compared to him, yet she could have something about her that put most wolves at an uneasy state. Lucid ignored it and decided to answer Mira's question out loud. He was about to answer when he realized Sinis had spoke up. He took a calming breath and closed his eyes for a moment. They needed her... he would let Mira take care of it... she would be more tactful.
"Lydia, I am Lucid, as you probably already know. I want to know of you. I know you know secrets of immortality. Tell me now or suffer the consequences." [/b] He said simply. He grinned at her as he said this, his eyes glowing with malice. He was mostly silent most of the time, but when he had a goal in mind, he often spoke up and let his words get the best of him. He gazed directly at the fae, feeling Mira's eyes on him for a moment, but choosing to not break eye contact with the dark female before him. "So, what do you choose? Give your information willingly, or make us force it from you. And we'll know if you're lying."[/b] He sneered at her as he spoke, adjusting his wings, his posture remained as if he were having a casual conversation with any of his pack members, though his eyes held a sense that he meant his words and would truly act on them, should she resist. When Mira spoke, she gave a wry smile. "What reasons would cause you to be looking for me? I'm nothing special. Just a humble pack member."[/b] She gave her a wry smile and flicked her tail, adjusting her large bat-like wings. They rested comfortably and easily at her sides. When Lucid spoke, the smirk left her face, turning to gaze into his eyes. She flicked her tail, the sarcasm no longer in her expression and a look of utter hatred and anger shining in her eyes. "I know nothing of which you speak of. And even if I did, I'm not afraid of an overgrown bully like you. Do me a favor, sasquach, and go back to the mountains from whence you came."[/b] She sneered at him and showed her fangs. They were slightly longer than your average wolf and hung out over her bottom lips when her mouth was closed. Her paws were held in front of her with ease as she glared at the brute. The thought flitted through her mind for a moment, wondering what it was that made this overgrown pup so arrogant. She had no intentions of spilling anything about her immortality and was angered that someone besides her knew about it. She was almost expecting a fight, so her body tensed, though made no move until they moved first.[/color][/blockquote]

Sinis sat back on her haunches, her ears drooping as she heard Mira snap at her, though they did rise for a second as her Alphess smiled at her. Though truly now, she knew she was in trouble, shooting her mouth off like that. Sinis couldn't help it though, this was her first wolf she had met after leaving her packlands, she was bound to be excited. But perhaps this wolf was special, and her Alphas neede to speak with her about special things.
As Lucid spoke, Sinis eyes widened a little. Yes, this wolf was special! Immortality! What a long word, yet Sinis did know what it meant. The ability to live forever...Sinis knew at this moment that she was on a very special quest indeed with her Alphas, yet she was still a little confused as to why they would bring her along with them. She shrugged her shoulders with a happy smile, she was happy to see some of the world.
Sinis shook her head a little at Lydia's words. How should she speak to Lucid like that! Did she not know he was an Alpha? But Mira or Lucid would correct Lydia of that soon, she knew it.
"The special wolf we have come to see is not respectful of Alpha's Lucid and Mira. She doesn't know proper respect it seems. Sinis is better than this new wolf, she knows respect. perhaps this wolf does not know the proper respect. Maybe Sinis should show her" She spoke quietly, yet audibly, though it was clear she was talking to herself as her head was bent, and her brow was furrowed in concentration.

Mira smiled softly when Lucid went right to what they needed. This was why she was so attracted to him in the beginning. He didn't deal with the bullshit. She cocked her head to the side as she waited for her answer, hoping that it come easily. However, Mira grew slightly irritated with the wolf infront of her as she spoke to Lucid about apparently not knowing anything about immortality. She stood up, her gaze growing heated. Her ears perked as Sinis spoke under her breath. She turned her head and offered the fae a smile. She whispered back to her, "Good girl, Sinis."
Turning back to he fae, Mira almost snarled, "You will not talk to my mate like that, do you understand? Now tell us what you know, or instantly regret lying to us." She quirked her brow, a smirk now falling on her maw, "You grew a little defensive when you spoke about immortality. You wanna start over again, and tell the truth?" She took a few steps forward, the blood stone on her collar glistening in the light.
Mira hated being lied to. In any situation. In the current cercumstance.. it was just annoying as hell. Lucid and her were powerful. There was no stopping them, including the fae in front of them.

Lucid growled slightly as the fae disrespected him and flicked his tails. His eyes went from a gold color to a more orange color as his frustration and anger grew within him. He lowered his head slightly and caused his face to hold a slightly menacing look to it.
"You will respect me, as my dear Mira said. Obviously, you are lying... and I'm sure you've noticed by now that we could easily rip you apart if you either lie to us once more or if you decide to make us force the information from you. Don't think we didn't notice your increase in defense and the spark in your eye when I asked you of your immortality. Hell, the way you speak is from years ago... not exactly up to date and to this time period and generation. Spill... or it will be more than just your words spilling." [/b] He growled low at her, the sound rumbling from deep within his chest. His eyes were glowing and intent as he stared directly at the female. He adjusted his wings on his sides and glared. Lydia listened to them, and easily heard what the whelp behind the two alphas had said. "What's the whelp doing with you? It would seem as if you thought you might need three wolves to take on poor old me. How flattering."[/b] Her voice had last the sarcasm and became very emotionless as she spoke. It still rang hypnotically and silkily in the air, but she was obviously realizing she wouldn't be able to hide her immortality much longer, if at all. "You'll have to kill me... I have no idea what you're talking about, so spill innocent blood and find the truth yourself."[/b] She growled slightly and stood in a very defensive stance, spreading her bat-like wings and her fur bristling. She tensed her muscles for any attack the wolves before her might make. They were getting hostile, and she wasn't about to go down without a fight, should that be what it comes to. "I know nothing of this immortality you seek."[/b] Her eyes seemed to glow slightly as she spoke, her features and aura around her on full defensive mode. She wasn't going to attack... she wouldn't make the first move... Kerrigan wouldn't appreciate that, and she respected him enough to not break any of his laws.[/color][/blockquote]

Sinis smiled with pride as Mira rewarded her with words, looking all the more like a child having just gotten something right in class. Her tail pounded against the floor, making a continuous whacking sound, though once Sinis realised that she herself was making the noise, she stopped her tail wagging all at once.
She nodded fervently as Mira spoke, nodding even more violently at the sections about disrespect, and shaking her head as both Mira and Lucid said that the other fae should not lie to them. Sinis knew that both her Alphas were powerful wolves and this wolf would do good to divulge whatever she knew onto them, because she could not do otherwise. It was proper respect, and in all truth they had asked nicely enough to begin with.
Sinis whimpered slightly at the word Whelp, he ears flattening against her skull, her twisted and broken paw curling into her stomach, yet she forced her ears back up again, and to straighten her back.
"This she-wolf is just trying to scare Sinis. Well she will not be scared! This wolf is one to three and Sinis has her alphas with her. She should not disrespect the alphas. She should tell them what she knows because it is respectful!" She muttered forcibly to the ground, as if giving it a stern telling off for creating so much noise with her tail earlier. She watched as a small path of ants conga'd towards their anthill, a small lump that resided between Sinis' front paws.

Mira stood stalk still when Lucid spoke aloud. He was growing both angry and impatient... Neither were good.. and when put together, especially with Lucid, all hell broke loose. As the fae before her spoke, Mira scowled slightly, "Sinis is here for more than just taking you out. Lucid and I could take care of you without the help of any other wolves. Then again, Lucid or I could take you one on one if need be. Make it a bit more equal." Mira took a small step forward, her tail turning a light shade of blue.
Mira took a defensive stance just as the fae in front of her had. Her lips pulled back off of her teeth, a sharp growl emmenating from her throat. "That won't be necissary." Before making her next move she quickly thought to Lucid, Fix this thing, before I jump her.. she's getting on my nerves. She didn't deal well with those who grew defensive around her. She was very hot headed and would strike when she thought it was right. Even if she were the first.
Quickly, Mira turned her head toward Sinis and spoke roughly, "Stay out of the way, alright?" Her eyes held a soft tone to them as she looked at Sinis. Even if she was merely an omega.. she was needed for her power.. or lack there of. And Mira didn't want anything to happen to her.
Turning back toward the fae infront of her, Mira snarled softly, "Don't lie to us. This will go by smoothly if you just answer the damn question." Crouching toward the ground, Mira looked as though she were ready to pounce.. which she would do if and when the time came down to it.

Lucid watched as the female before him mocked him and Mira, and even dared to speak around them to the little wolf behind them. He glared in her direction, his eyes falling into a blood red color, a deep, rumbling growl emerging from the depths of his chest. He lowered his head, his eyes eye level with her, which was quite a feat, and tensed his muscles.
"You offered." [/b] Simply said in response to spilling blood. He snarled loudly before lunging his full form at her, mouth open and paws forward. His target was to pin the female down so she couldn't move and force her to talk. He growled loudly, the sound quite possibly easily heard throughout the lands a good distance, and he glared into her eyes with his now glowing blood red pupil-less ones. When he had gotten near, however, she moved with unnatural ease and dodged him, causing him to land with a thud on murky marshlands. He growled in anger and fury at being dodged by such a high strung female, but quickly recovered himself. He took a big breath in, sucking in some of the damp air around him, and looked directly at her. He opened his mouth and let loose an enormous flame, directed squarely at Lydia's chest. He growled and closed his mouth, just as the flame made contact with her dark fur. "This would have been quick and painless had you not dodged me. Now, you will probably die because of your stupid move, bitch."[/b] His voice was booming and he, once again, lunged toward her. Lydia had little time to react when Lucid launched himself toward her... luckily, she had put herself in her defensive stance sos he could make a quick and easy escape. She growled at him, her eyes glowing an intense cold amber, and turned to face him once more, though keeping a sharp eye on the other two wolves. Her telepathy wasn't working... her powers of persuasion weren't working... what the hell was going on?!
She shook her head and prepared her stance again, just as Lucid took a deep breath inward. She wasn't at all aware of what the brute was capable of in this lifetime, but when he took the breath, she knew instantly what he was going to do. She knew she couldn't dodge it and if she did continue to dodge, she would seem like a wimp, so instead, she stood there and allowed the flames to make subtle contact with her.
She growled deeply, lunging herself toward Lucid, claws outstretched, but her mouth held tightly shut. She knew she couldn't bite them... that would give them what they wanted, so she was left with her strength, speed and claws.... and somehow, she knew this wouldn't be anywhere near enough to win this fight... she only hoped that perhaps Kerrigan would come to help out.... or any of the other pack members, before she had to resort to her teeth... and if she did resort to her teeth, she would have to drain them of all blood they had, otherwise, they would turn like her and she would have given them exactly what they were looking for.[/blockquote]

Sinis, whom had been nodding along vivaciously to both Mira and Lucid's threats, now gave Mira one look, eyes wide with surprise and fear and dipped her head, closing her eyes. Her alphess was irritated, no doubt because of this fae standing here before them defying them so plainly. It was enough to irritate anyone, especially since they had asked her so nicely to begin with.
She took a few steps backwards, holding her mangled paw towards her stomach as if withdrawing in on herself. When Mira's voice took on that tone, you obeyed or suffered the consequences. But Sinis wouldn't mind physical pain, it was only that she was embarrassing her alphas and she couldn't do that. It was very shameful indeed. So she would do as she was told and stay out of their way, and be there when she was needed.
Lydia leapt and Sinis resisted the urge to leap in front of Lucid, protecting him with her body, yet she stopped because of what Mira had said. Besides, she knew Lucid could protect himself, he was larger and faster than the other wolf, and he was an Alpha. In Sinis' books, being an Alpha meant having extra special Alpha powers that nobody else had. Perhaps invincibility.
Sinis distracted herself from trying to protect her Alpha's- she would most likely be more of a hindrance than a help- by counting the leaves on nearby bushes, and seeing if she could hear any bird calls. Luckily, there were a few out, and she smiled absentmindedly as they called to one another, whispering their song about the muddy marsh. She gave her mud-drenched paws another mournful look. She had forgotten about that.
Mud felt so, icky. Not dirty, Sinis didn't mind being dirty at all. Mud just felt icky. It was not a nice kind of icky either, like the kind of icky you get when you stick your muzzle into a flower. A sticky icky, that made her want to run through several rivers and shake her fur about. She shivered a little, smiling at the thought of ridding her paws of the mud. She would run in a river as soon as she saw one. Unless the rivers here were even muddier than the ground. She grimaced at that thought. Everything seemed to be muddy and marshy here. It was probably why it was called the Marshlands.

Well... damnit. Mira stood up to her full height as she watched Lucid lunge at the fae before them. She knew it had to be coming though... Lucid could only keep his temper for so long. Raising a brow, she turned back to Sinis quickly to make sure she was okay. She seemed to be debating on jumping in.. but then she was enticed by something... Whatever it was, it was keeping her busy for the mean time so Mira didn't have to look after her.
There no question in her mind that Lucid couldn't hold his own against this female, and when she had dodged his first strike, she could see the anger rising in his very eyes. His voice spoke it out even more openly. Covering her face by pressing it to her side, Mira felt the heat from Lucid's flame. If she were any closer, she was sure her fur would have been burned. Sighing in an irritated manner, she glanced back up just in time to watch the fae charge at Lucid. No one was going to hurt her mate. Ever. Yes, she was feeling rather protective over him, which was how any fae should be for their mate.
Within a split second, Mira was invisible, blocking her presence and everything about her. She growled loudly and lunged right at the fae's side. There was no way she was going to let that wolf hit him.

Z e p h o r a-; Snarl tore through the air like a knife, and before long the form of a massive and simply gorgeous to behold, female was seen drifting through the midst of the others. Her head lowered and hackles raised, her plume flying high like a proud banner always should, and wings outspread somewhat, though not entirely, it was easy to tell just who this female was. She was the Alphess of Nigori Marshlands. The twinkle within her lovely and captivating hues of amber was easily told as upset, and Zephora was upset, something that nobody of Nigori had ever seen her as.. For when alongside of Kerrigan, Zephora couldn't help but feel happy. But upon coming to see this fighting going on in her lands, sensing the auras of intruding alphas upon her lands, Zephora wasn't about to prance about and act happy about it.
Zephora's form was in motion though, and in its motion, Mira was in her way, Zephora's form soon to come crashing into the fae's side to knock her off course from Lydia's own, her maw gaped partly though it closed after having flashed deadly sabres of white that were all but too willing to tear into Mira if she vexed them the right way. This scene wasn't something a Alpha ever took kindly too. Having sensed the unease in Lydia's mind, and caught the aura's of Mira and Lucid when they entered Nigori, it hadn't taken Zephora long to track and figure out where they were, thanks to her pack bond to Lydia. There was about to be hell to pay if someone didn't start explaining things soon, and bloodshed was something Zephora didn't truly wish to spend her time on right now. But she wasn't fighting for herself right now. No, Zephora had lunged into this fight because she'd seen her companion Lydia about to be double-teamed and wasn't about to let it happen.
Zephora's form soon clashing into that of Mira's own, her skull aiming upon the ribcage just behind Mira's elbow, Zephora would have headbutted Mira free of the path she wished to send upon Lydia if it contacted, which would be quite likely to happen. Reason for this was that Zephora was dead silent in her approach until she'd already started her attack, having been only an inch or so from Mira's form when the sound echoed free of her gullet. If these three wolves wished to fight, Zephora would make sure that it was at least two on three rather than three on one, for it was only fair. Zephora tried to contact her mate with their bond, but she wasn't sure if he'd gotten the message to come right away or not. So for now she'd have to face the three wolves with Lydia.

Lucid growled, smirking as his fire made contact with the female. He thought for a moment before taking Mira's lead and turning invisible. It would make this battle much easier, especially since another Alphess appeared. Ahh, so now the reinforcements come. Well, I may just have to kill her off if she gets in my way... and not feel a damn bit of guilt. He chuckled to himself as he moved silently.
Coming up to Lydia's side, he used his enormous size and weight to pin her down. He held his paws on her and pushed one to her throat. He had a feeling that this wouldn't do too much damage to her, because he was slowly figuring out her immortality. Something about her fangs... the smell and the way he could penetrate into her mind, gave him the idea that she needed to bite him in order to have his immortality. Well, with what was going on, he would see if he could get Lydia to bite him, and with this other female in the mix, if it came to it, he would bite Mira later to turn her... into, what was it... a vampire? How interesting!
He leaned forward and whispered in her ear, still invisible. "Bite me and I'll spare your life. I won't hurt your dear alphess and you could live on as if this almost never happened." [/b] He chuckled at her as he whispered this to her. It must look quite odd for Lydia to seemingly be pinned down by nothing. Lydia growled as the fire singed her fur and to her skin. Granted, it really didn't do too much to her skin, but she was still pissed. She was just getting ready to lunge when she noticed him disappear. This angered her even more as she stood quietly, waiting for any sign of his movement.
She had been looking one way, when she was hit with a lot of force from the side. Before she knew it, she was pinned down and unable to move. She assumed that this weight was Lucid... it was much to heavy and the paws were much too large to be Mira. What the hell is all this! She growled audibly. Lucid whispered in her ear, and her eyes darted to Zephora for a brief moment, before returning to Lucid. She didn't hold many loyalties, but she was a part of this pack and protecting the pack and her alphas were a part of what she felt were her duties as a pack member. She growled once more, baring her longer canines that served as her source of her vampire venom. She glared at the air above her, clearly unable to see Lucid, but still pinned down by him. "Go to hell."[/b] She growled to him as she forced him off of her. She had a boost of strength when it came to her vampire capabilities, so it wasn't too difficult for her to do. Shaking her fur, she looked at the ground, seeing if she could see Lucid's pawmarks. She took a wild guess and made a flying leap at him, just as he became visible again. She landed on his back, and began to rake her claws. It didn't do too much due to his massive form and she began to wonder if these two wolves could be defeated. Beginning to panic slightly, she growled and thought fast. She wanted to save Zephora and the pack... and what if more wolves came this way? As much as she hated to admit it, it would probably be best to give him what he wanted and have him leave. She closed her eyes, whispering a quick and silent sorry to the skies to Kerrigan and Zephora, before she bit down roughly on his neck. She heard him howl in pain beneath him. She thought, wondering if she should just drain him of all blood, and decided to try this. She had no intentions of letting up. If she could only drain him entirely, he wouldn't be able to survive! He was a large brute though, so it would probably take a little longer than she wanted. As his warm blood seared into her mouth, her pupils grew large and she relished the taste of wolf blood. She had forgotten how amazing it was and how much she longed for it, but was also reminded as to why she quit drinking it... it was addictive and wrong to attack one of your own species if you were in a pack. After this fight, she would have to go into hiding for a bit in order to not be tempted to drink from her pack-mates.[/color][/blockquote]

As she was looking up and away, Sinis neither saw nor heard of anything that transpired until she heard two large thumps and she looked back, her jaw opening in alarm. Her tail thumped against the ground in worry as she saw Mira being tackled, then Lucid pinning the other fae to the ground. From somewhere another fae, a larger one than the fae they had cornered, had jumped from nowhere and was defending her pack-mates. This was the only rational thought going through Sinis' mind. All others swirled together into incomprihensible babble that could be mildly interpreted as distress for her Alphas.
However she had been told to stay out of it, and stay out of it she would. Sinis knew how to take a direct order from her Alphess. Only when and if Mira needed help, if Mira called for her, would Sinis help. Otherwise she would only slow them down with her scatterbrained nonsense and slow wits. She wasn't even that good a fighter, yet she knew she had some kind of ability with...something for them to have brought her along.
Still she sat, and cringed and whimpered, watching the larger fae with alarm as she sat there. She would only attack if called upon, an she knew her Alphas could hold there own, even when the going got tough. They were, after all, Alphas.
However something made her stop her constant whining, and that was the connecting sound of fangs made with flesh. She watched in horror as Lydia bit into Lucid's neck, seeing her eyes light up in a strange twisted pleasure, watch him twitch. A strangled sound escaped her mouth yet all she could do was stare.
"Nonononono. Something wrong. Very, very wrong. No Lucid" Sinis backed away, her eyes wide with terror. The way her Alpha's body twitched and jerked was unnatural. It made her, quite simply, want to sick up.

Mira's breath was pushed out of her lungs as something nailed her in the ribs mid flight. She flew off of her target and hit the ground with absolutely no noise. She was happier than hell that she was such a tiny wolf in size, or that landing would have hurt like a bitch. What the hell was that? She shot up off her side, her amber hues mere slits against the cream color of her fur. Her gaze fell upon the fae that had hit her.... Alphess on Alphess is it? This fae was much larger than herself though. Much, much larger. Mira's lips curved into a malicious smirk. Won't this be fun.
Quickly croutching down, Mira's smirk grew wider. She glanced down at her collar, the blood stone catching the light just right. In order to even stand a chance against the fae, she would need to be bigger... Lucid-sized bigger. She was happier than hell when she finally got down how to work his size... and now would be the perfect time to use it. Silently, Mira thought of being Lucid. Within a mere second, she was Lucid's twin, getting ready to pounce. Oh course it would appear very crazy to see two Lucids, but it was occuring now.
Licking her lips, she spoke softly, "Now, now, Alphess, you wouldn't want to hurt yourself, would you? I'd be a bit more careful the next time you decide to jump into something that could get deadly." Her voice was the same as it was before. Softer and much higher pitched than Lucid's. It was malicious sounding, slow, intimidating. She narrowed Lucid's eyes at the Alphess, getting ready to pounce.
However, Mira was caught by Lucid's howl of pain, just as she was about to lunge. Turning her now massive head, she saw the other fae bite down onto Lucid's neck. "Damnit!" Realizing that she had this other fae to worry about, she prayed that Lucid could hold his own while she took out the other Alphess. Lunging for her, her massive size flying through the air, she growled loudly. There was no way this fae could move fast enough before Mira's large form pinned her to the ground. However, if she did manage to move, Mira had other tricks up her sleeve that she couldn't wait to pull out.

Zephora's gaze flickered up slightly to meet that of Mira's own as the female simply changed to be larger than her. It brought a grin to her face that the female would do such a thing, because now Zephora was at an advantage. Like a Pitbull going against a Great Dane, this would make it all but too easy to take the alphess out. Zephora's ears perked as the female seemed to take a liking to talking shit, but she remained silent nonetheless. She wasn't here to exchange pleasantries with someone less than herself. She was here to defend her packmate and her land. There was nothing to say to such a wench, only one thing to do. Destroy her.
Having noticed how the female's jewel had glowed before the female grew, Zephora grinned. So that was how she did this. Her ears swiveled forward at attention as Mira lunged at her, excited snapping of her tail seen as the female knew she couldn't move aside from it. But one thing she did do though, was crouch. Yes, Zephora was at the perfect height now, and the female was moving at the perfect speed for her to pull off this maneuver.
Her jaws gaping open as the female lunged at her, Zephora took a few steps forward, tilting her head back to offer her fangs to the throat of Mira, though their bite wasn't settled upon Mira's flesh itself. No, before long the clicking of her teeth took hold of something that held no lifeliquid in it.. It was the jewel. Powerful jaws that could easily crush rocks and hard bison bones, clenched on down upon the jewel to shatter it as the female's form came flying towards Zephora, Zephora's feet carrying her in an elegant dance-like maneuver that would let her snatch and crush Mira's jewel, while powerful neck muscles lashed her head in a whip that would cause Mira's airborne and out of control form, to be whipped to the terrain beneath her, the weight and leverage being perfect for such a thing, also helping in aiding Zephora when it came to crushing that stone that rest within Mira's collar. Before long, Zephora and Mira would be back on level grounds with each other again, for Mira couldn't control herself in midflight, and it left Zephora at the advantage when it came to controlling just how the female fell.
In the back of Zephora's mind, she thought of Lydia, hearing the snarls and growls of the two at her side, the babbling of the young whelp, and wondering just how things were going. If Zephora could get away without killing someone today, it'd make her happy, but if she had to.. she wouldn't hesitate to injure this female that attacked her, for she ws doing what she had to to protect Nigori Marshlands and its pack. It was her honor and her duty as the Alphess.

Lucid howled and growled as the female bit onto his neck. He felt his blood quicken its pace and seep into her mouth much faster than was normal and he snarled. Letting her think she had the advantage and grinning slightly to himself, he let his body go slightly limp before he jerked it one way and easily threw the female off of his body. She flew from him with such force that if anyone had blinked while watching, they would have missed it.
He shook his head, slowly healing the spot she had bit into. He could feel his body burning from what he assumed to be venom from her, and shook the feeling from his mind. Whatever was going to happen, he assumed it was going to happen fast. He growled and prepared himself, looking toward where Mira was. He saw her shift into him and he smirked. He watched as the female Zephora, though he hadn't quite known her name yet, crouch. Glancing to where her eyes were looking, he realized she was going to go for Mira's collar. Well, Lucid couldn't have any of that.
Tensing his muscles, he growled and lifted a nearby rock using his telekinesis, hurling it at the female that was about to touch Mira's collar. She wouldn't have much time to react, but there was still the slight chance for her to move out of the way of it, hindering her attempt to steal or break or do whatever to Mira's collar that she was planning. He growled loudly as he did this, hoping to thwart her attempt to disarm Mira.
Lydia growled and felt Lucid go limp beneath her. She thought she had won and had grinned into her grip, before she felt a sudden tense and a tremendous force throwing her off of Lucid. She felt her teeth rip a part of his flesh from his body as her body disconnected from his. She was hurled through the air and landed with a very loud thud against a nearby tree, her head coming into full contact with it.
Lydia had been dazed, though with the force, the tree had shattered, and she flew through a couple more trees before she finally landed with a very loud growl. Several trees fell onto her already slightly bleeding form as she opened her eyes. She wasn't hurt too bad, but she was incapacitated for the time being and unable to move to help her Alphess. She twisted and turned, attempting to break through the underbrush and the trees that held her in place, but due to the murky marshland grasses and mud, the trees had sunk into the ground slightly, burying her under the mud a little bit. Her head and part of her wings were out of the ground, but that was about it.
She growled and squirmed in an attempt to break free and had just enough time to turn and see her Alphess get a rock hurled at her with way too much velocity, and Lydia couldn't do a thing about it.
"Zephora! Watch out for the rock!" [/b] She shouted, which was the best she could manage under the circumstances. Whatever Zephora was trying to do when she crouched, she had better move quickly, lest she be hit roughly for the rock. Lydia only hoped her alphess was fully aware of her surroundings and knowing that Lucid was no longer distracted by Lydia.[/color][/blockquote]
