Open to all =3 Just needed to introduce Civi into Toko. Today was like any other day for Civi; walking around and trying to find somewhere new to hang out in. Head ducked low to avoid the sun's glare upon her face, she is careful not to trip over things on the forest floor. It doesn't take her long to realize she is in a new environment, looking up at the forest trees and seeing all the different types of plant life. Considering she had just come from an area that had little to no trees at all, this was quite an interesting sight to behold. The thought of this forest being run by someone else never crosses her mind as she makes her way further into the shaded area. "Well this is new." It was evident that she was interested in the newly found land but her mind still kept the thought of being alert. You know never know when something can pop out at you. Just as she begins to get closer to the midst of the forest, she watches a bird in a tree, catching her attention for the moment. Spiked tail swings back and forth behind her with little care as to where it swung. Ebony mitts begin to move again so that she can continue forward into the forest, head raised now due to the trees' shading that blocks out the blazing sun. Ears swivel as she tries to locate some form of life but it seems rather quiet, perhaps too quiet. Stopping right at a small clearing, she sits down on her rump boredly, wondering if anyone was around. "Hellooooo? Anyone here?"

((OOC: Im going to reply to this ^_^ ))
((IC:)) It had been a few months since the time he had been accepted and got himself a new mate. Now he thought he wouldnt stop dreaming, this place had a heartbeat and living feeling to it, the smell of the new trees that had started to grow, the forest floor beneath his paws. The earth felt so natural to him and he loved everybit of it.
As he walked a new course had taken him by surprise. There, laying in the forest floor was a dead tree. " Poor old tree" He walked over to the dead tree and placed his front paw on it, his silver bangles rattled and he closed his eyes. " You have served your purpose tree, so let me move you out of the path of others that have walked beside you" He thought of moving the tree and it moved, he placed it away from the path and made it land next to the forever growing forest in front of him and wished that the tree had a special life where it was laying now.
He carried on walking and took in everybit of his surroundings. The birds sung happily and the bees buzzed happily around the wild flowers that grown for many months. All of a sudden, a voice echoed in the distance. ""Hellooooo? Anyone here?"" This new voice didnt sound so far away, but it seemed to echo across the forest, even though there was alot of noise around. " Hmmm... i wonder what that could be?" He walked to a clearing and noticed a silloette sitting there. He cleared his throat and puffed his chest out. " Hi, you must be new here... Am i correct?"

~ E . L . I ~ Summer was an odd season. The rain had ebbed and though it still came in washes now and then, everything seemed to have a sickly humid air to it. The grey brute that traipsed through the underbrush of Toko forest coughed now, his tongue lolling out for a moment to wet his lips before returning to the hot confines of his mouth. His pores were opened, his fur sticky from the hot air. He was not used to this type of weather.
Months of wondering around the borderlands of the Toko Forest territory had rendered him bored and haggard. He was thinning out even more now, though his build was slender to begin with, as a lack of food and good protection from a pack had seemed to hit him hard. The Alphess of Toko was an evasive creature and he couldn't help but wonder if he'd done something to upset her in a way.
Of course he had tried to lay down the charm with a couple of the faes already present within the pack, but was that really so bad? Perhaps his luck was just down, that was all. The changing of the wind made him close his eyes, his mouth hanging open as the breeze cooled him for a moment, though it brought with it the scents of two other wolves, not far from him. One smelt of the pack, the other...he could not be entirely sure. A wanderer like himself perhaps?
As he neared the two wolves, one of them caught his eye. One was definitely a fae, by her slender build and larger eyes, but the brute, for some reason, caught his eye more. Wasn't this a brute he had seen before?
“Excuse me, would you happen to know where the Alphess is?” He asked, after a pause, allowing himself to come in full view of both of them. His brow furrowed in a distant recognition of the brute, but no name floated to mind so he did not press it further.
“I am Eli, a loner who has wandered the Forest for some time now. Is the Alphess ill?” The concern in his voice was barely there and was underlined with more than just a hint of curiosity. OOC: Mind if I join you? =3 Words: 376

At first, hearing nothing of a reply, not even the distinct sound of another passing by, gives Civi the idea that she is either being ignored or the place was deserted. Either way, she didn't care and nor could she care less as it is; she's not one to linger on something such as this. Before she can rise and take her leave to roam elsewhere, she stops, ears easily picking up the sound of another approaching the same spot she is sitting in. Indeed, as she spins her head around, almost a sickly one hundred and eighty degree turn, she spots the one she heard making his way through the forest. Spiked tail twitches against the ground, mitts firm against the ground as she cocks her head to the side at the male's words. Penetrating glare is issued from the demonic looking female as she didn't know this new arrival and being herself, she wasn't going to start with small talk. Listening to him, she flicks a single ear, horned skull lowering slightly in a somewhat curious movement. "Yes, I am. What's it to you?" It is easy to tell she wasn't the type for fond meetings nor the type to be all buddy with anyone she first meets. She was a regular sour puss just about!
As if things couldn't get worse for the female, she spots another male making his way into the vicinity, immediately springing questions to she and the other. What was with these guys? Was it common instinct to just blurt about their questions and thoughts or was it just these two that were a little off? Shrugging her shoulders, Civi stands, frame shaking out anything that didn't belong as she stretches her body out, tail coming up wards and then slumping down to a normal stance. Seeing as the one male gives his name in greeting, she decides to verify her own identity, not making much of it. "My name is Civi. What's this Alphess you speak of?" It was something she had been thinking about in her mind since it was brought up. So this territory was ruled by another, taken up by some pack. Well Civi hadn't thought she'd get any thing but boredom today but looks like she is proved wrong, or at least she hopes so.

The young male was flabbergasted when he heard the female and her rudeness. He snorted and looked to the male. He looked so familiar but it been so long that he crossed another male and he was in the pack, maybe this male wasnt he hadnt met all the wolves in the pack just yet. " I was just asking, dont have to be so rude!" A little growl came into his throat and his heckles rose a little. He lowered his head and gave the female a evil glare. When he'd calmed himself down he looked towards the male yet again.
" I dont know who the alpha is, ive only just been accepted" Why did the male look so familar? And why was the female being so rude to him? He was only being nice and seeing the female was in need of help? He felt defeated between a female, he was so convinced he could help and take the female to the aphrass but then again he didnt know who owned this land so he was defeated yet again.
" Females!" He looked to the male and asked a question that was niggling at him. " Sorry to ask, but you seem fimilar"He hoped it was the male he travelled with but because they got seperated when Lucid took over most of the packlands. He felt his heart in his throat because he didnt want to steal this wolf's idendity when it wasnt the male he travelled with. He just waited for hopefully the right answer.

~ Ƹ . L . I ~
Ƹli took a step back, a slight look of alarm printed across his muzzle. The fae had snapped back at the other brute at such a simple question, it was an odd thing to see for someone as calm and collected as Ƹli. However the brute was straight back in on the defence, causing Ƹli to sigh lightly. How amusing yet tiring at the same time, like watching two pups fighting over the last few scraps of rabbit flesh. He could sense the tension already.
“Now now then, I'm sure nobody meant to offend. We're all comrades here – in the bigger picture” He purred gently, though naturally he believed nothing of the sort. Every wolf for himself, packs were just used as a means of making getting what you wanted easier. That was how he saw it.
Flicking his tail, Ƹli subtly stepped a little between the two – ready, should the need arise – then turned slightly more to the other brute so that he could change the topic of conversation. Looking at him in more detail now, that spark of recognition alighted once more. Stranger still that the other brute had posed a question relating to whether or not they had met previously... Ƹli cocked his head, thinking hard. He remembered a chilling howl...
“Oh Lord. It can't be...Toboe? I remember we met after the claiming of the plains...I still recall that howl...” He trailed off, a little lost for words. It seemed Toboe had done fine for himself after they had been separated, even managing to get accepted into the Toko pack. Ƹli was pleased for him.
“A pleasure to meet you Miss Civi, I trust you are well” He turned to the fae, bowing his head in a gentlemanly manner. No need to be rude to the fae just because she seemed a little short in the tongue.
