The duties of the before-mentioned positions are as follows (A note for all positions... Any who apply for a position MUST be Literate with posts that are at LEAST always 10+ lines *the more, the better*):
Forum Moderator - The Forum Moderator has the most responsibilities of all, aside from Sway and Punkeh. Their tasks include the following:
1. Moderating the entire forum. This includes all boards and keeping all members in check about the rules.
2. The Forum Moderator must be active (Online at least ONCE a day, preferably more.)
3. The Forum Moderator must have at least 100 posts (Exceptions made for those who think they are capable of handling things).
4. The Forum Moderator must be there to answer questions and must also follow all rules posted.
5. The Forum Moderator must have NO warnings to their name and have a clean record of any rule-breaking on the forum.
6. The Forum Moderator MUST report to the Administrator any rule-breaking or member problems right away.
Global Moderator - The Global Moderators hold a little less responsibility than the Co-Admin or even the Admin, but are still very important to the forum.
1. Global Moderators moderate the entire forum. This includes watching for any rule-breaking or fighting.
2. The Global Moderator must be active, with at least 75+ posts. (Exceptions can be made).
3. The Global Moderator must be active (Online at least once a day.)
4. The Global Moderator must have NO warnings in their name and have a clean record.
5. The Global Moderator must answer questions to any members who ask them.
6. The Global Moderator must report any problems with anything on the forum to a higher power (Co-Admin or Admin)
Moderator - The Moderators hold the least amount of responsibility, but are still very important to the forum.
1. Moderators moderate the entire forum. This requires a knowledge of the rules of the forum, watching for potential problems/rule-breaking and reporting anything found out of the ordinary to a higher power (Global Mod, Co-Admin, Admin).
2. Moderators must be active, online at least once a day.
3. Moderators must have at least 50+ posts. The more, the better.
4. Moderators must have no blemishes on their names.
5. Moderators must be able to answer questions and report any problems to the Admin.
These requirements are subject to change as events happen and problems occur.
Please note that any jobs given are subject for a trial period before they're made permanent. The trial period can last anywhere from one week to one month, possibly more. Keep this in mind as to see that your trial period could end at any time, all things considered.[/b][/size]
