Lol.
If you look at anyone's mini profile <-- (that there thing to the left with the avatar and such) You'll see the options. Exalt and Smite. If you click Exalt for someone's mini profile, it gives them a Karma point. If you click Smite, it takes one away (can go into negative numbers)
The karma system is just a fun little system for members on the sight. Some one had an amazing roleplay post? Exalt them! Someone has a character that you adore? Exalt them! Someone made a wicked awesome graphic for you? Exalt them! Someone was short on the word minimum for a post? Smite them! Somone's bashing new members? Smite them! Usually we try to stick with the positives, and only Smite a member if they seem to ignore certain site rules and guidelines. Karma doesn't really mean anything, it has nothing to do with your chances of becoming staff, your character's chances of becoming alpha, or anything like that. It just let's you know that someone has admired or liked something you did, and gave you a Karma point for it!

Lol, I guess I assume that everyone knows about this. It's used on all proboards (unless the admin disables the Karma system) and even on the Inivision forums (to my knowledge). I guess if there's alot of members that don't understand it, we can add a little blurb about it in the rules.
