A young deep silver wolfess with deep violet and midnight blue wings sat by herself near one of the many pools of water that filled the marshlands. Rysta had been working on turning pure water vapor into ice but it was failing miserably. All she could to was make very small snowflakes if that. She shook her head and worked on turning the pool into ice. She needed it to be at least thick enough for her to walk on without getting wet. She sat there staring at the pool but nothing happened. She shrugged and decided it just wasn’t the time of day to work on her powers. She looked up at the sky and thought about her family or what family she might have had.
She wished she could remember what they looked like. She got vague memories that didn’t make sense and she had come up with another name after awhile but she didn’t know who it belonged too and what it meant to her. She shrugged it off and got up. She sighed and looked at herself in the pool. She looked like something a storm brought in. She was covered in dirt, leaves and twigs. No matter how much she groomed, she would never stay clean and she would always have her long ass tail dragging behind her. She wished sometimes that it would get cut in half or something like that anything to help get rid of this awful mess. She slowly made her way back to camp. She had left very early in the morning and it would take her a little while to get back.
She made her way through the marsh and smiled. She liked this place even if she looked like she was a walking bush. She flexed her wings a bit and thought about flying back to camp but decided to just enjoy the walk. She still hadn’t gotten to know anyone from the pack really well yet but she’d like to. She liked meeting new people and making friends as long as no one made her mad or made fun of her memory lose.

A large brute of a wolf was walking around the area, making sure everything was in order as it should be. He was by one of the many lakes of the marshland, trudging along in the mud as he did every day of patrol. The usual sights and smells were all around, but the scent of the new wolf was around the area. She had to be nearby, possibly by the lake, as the scent was still strong in the air. He looked around, but all he saw were trees and bushes around the lake.
It took E a few seconds to notice the movement in front of one of the trees. A silver wolf with midnight blue and deep violet wings could be seen walking around the lake. He now knew why he had not noticed her instantly. With the longest fluff of a tail that he had ever seen, she seemed to be a dirt and debris magnet. She almost blended in perfectly with the surrounding area if not for the silver of her pelt.
He sniffed the air again, yes; it was definitely the one that had just joined the pack. With a new plan for the day, as he had only chosen a very small area to patrol, he went in the direction of the new wolf so he could finally meet her. He did a soft “bark” that was loud enough to get attention from the she-wolf that he was coming up to.
When he knew that he had her attention, he decided to introduce himself, a smile on his muzzle as he spoke. Welcome to the Nigori Pack, I hope you like it hear. He said as he stepped a bit closer. My name is Eternalias, but I think you can call me E. He told her, the smile never leaving his face. He wasn’t making fun of her appearance or anything else right now. It was just all of the flirtatious thoughts running through his head. It was like that around any female, and he didn’t know if it would ever change. He sat down, close by her, and waited for her to reply.

Rysta was deep into a day dream about her family and spending time with them and what it was like growing up. She had that one often. She she heard a short bark. She shook her head and looked up. She saw a brute coming toward her. She took a whif and realized that he was one of the pack members that she had yet to meet. He seemed hansome enough and big too. She sat down and waited for him to come to her. No point in moving to much and gathering more twigs and leaves if he was coming to her in the first place.
She smiled at him and nodded. "Thank you for your welcome to the pack. I hope so." She smiled. She could tell he was flirting but she didn't mind it to much. "It's nice to meet you, E. I'm Rysta but you can call me Ry if you wish." She smiled and winked at him. It was kinda fun to mess with brutes. She wondered what his power was. She could see that he could fly by his wings. She thought it would be nice to have someone to fly with since she hadn't really flown since she gotten here. She would ask him later.
"I haven't been here long. Can you tell me more abou this place?" She smiled and looked into his eyes. They were very pretty. She hadn't seen someone with those kind of eyes before. She stared at them for a moment then looked away. "Sorry, I never seen eyes like those before. They are very beautiful." She smiled and blushed slightly.

It was one of those females that took flirting and shot it right back at you. The thought ran through his mind as she spoke. Thank you Ry. He said as the she-wolf winked at him. His smile grew larger as she asked for information on the area.
Before he could begin to speak he noticed she was staring at his eyes. And it wasn’t a fear of them, but an awe of the way they looked. He was not going to laugh at her embarrassment for what she was doing; instead he would use it to continue on before he gives her a description of the area. Don’t worry about it. Your eyes are even more beautiful, like fresh ice meeting the deep blue of the night sky. He said, almost poetically to her.
As for the information you wanted. He said as he walked over to stand by her side, The Nigori Pack land, as you have already noticed, is a Marshland. We have the tall grasses, lakes, quicksand, and all the Mash Buck you’ll ever want. He said, obvious he was used to talking about it. We’ve had a few more new wolves join recently, you being the most recent. Kerrigan, our Alpha, and his mate Zephora are wonderful leaders and are very helpful if you ever have questions for them. He said, the part about Kerrigan and Zephora being experience with the time he had been here.
Now was his chance for him to talk about himself. And then there’s me, one of the warriors of the pack. He said in the most self-flattering brute tone possible. I have the greatest pleasure of defending the pack from all intruders and doing patrols as often as I can. What he was doing was starting to sound like someone trying to sell something to another wolf, yet no talk about a price. While patrolling, I tend to practice my powers of fire, which have actually been improving lately. He said with a very happy smile on his large muzzle. If he didn’t know better, he’d think he’d never be able to stop until the she-wolf, Rysta, would speak up about herself.

Maybe it was excessive to go hunting for Zephora at any moment when he had nothing to do. He had brutes and faes out patrolling, a wolf or two out finding a deer herd so they knew how many they counted up to and if they needed to chase them back into the land. But for now he had very little to do and his worry for his mate had driven him to finding another rabbit for her. It wasn't a conscious choice to bound away and cater to his mate every chance he got, but he loved to do that almost as much as he loved being alpha. It was pleasure to take care of her, even though she would start getting annoyed at him too. Kerrigan could remember the laughing stories from his mother. "He couldnae leave me alone! The ol' worry wart!"
Her gentle laughter was a gentle memory, one he could look back on. But Kerrigan knew it had faded as memories did. But he remember it came with the feeling of being loved, and no matter the fuzziness of her face, he could still touch the echoes in his heart. But his mother wasn't the point of this. A soon-to-be mother was. A low rumble escaped his throat as his paw sunk through the thin ice and water drenched him. His coat zapped, causing the freezing liquid to steam and his pelt to remain dry. He snorted and then a flash of movement caught his attention and he gave chase more for fun than seriousness. His speed flashed a moment, then he slowed to a jog and let the marsh hare escape. It was a fast female, and she smelled a pregnant as his mate. No use killing that one. The rabbit population needed to rise a bit more. And maybe his protective instincts rested not only on pregnant wolves, but also on those of other animals. He flicked an ear and heard a murmur of voices close by. He lifted his head and peered around, looking for the wolves even as his brain searched to place the voices. He set of at a clipped pace, moving over a few trees that grew over the deeper water in search for the two. He recognized them now. Eternalias and Rysta. Both were new wolves, Rysta newer. E was a loyal wolf, a bit of a braggart, but good strong warrior if there ever was one. He was willing to work and that made him a good pack wolf. Rysta he did not know so well, but she was gentle enough and knew her own mind. She wasn't afraid of helping out the pack and that pleased him. It had not been a few days from the morning he'd accepted her into the pack. He moved closer, and hearing E describe him, walked into the conversation without bothering with a warning bark. "Thank yew, E'ernalias. I be verra pleased. An' so will Zeph w'en I 'ell 'er," he said, grinning roguishly, a good natured look on his mug. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Rysta smirked and nodded. "Your welcome, E." She smiled. She saw his smile grow larger when she asked for more information about the area. She nodded. It was nice that he was ok with it. She hadn't seen eyes like those before and they interested her. She blushed. "I've never head someone say my eyes looked like that before. Thank you. You're very poetic at times." She smiled and winked at him again. It was fun talking to E. He liked flirting and she didn't mind flirting right back. It made things interesting and fun besides there was nothing better to do at the moment.
She nodded and looked around at the marshlands. It was covered in a slight frost that made everything shimmer in the sunlight. It looked very beautiful. She just wished that she could get rid of her long ass tail. Then she wouldn't be covered in leaves and dirt so much. She was going to have to find away to get rid off all this debris that covered her pelt. She smiled and nodded. The Marsh buck was something she did enjoy eating. She nodded. It wasn't to long ago that she meet Kerrigan and his mate, Zephora both seemed really nice and let her join the pack. She had already explained her memory lose to them and they seemed ok with it as far as she knew. "I will. They seemed very nice when I met them. They were really kind enough to let a wolf like me into their pack."
She rolled her eyes slightly when E started to talk about himself but she didn't mind. She found him interesting and someone she thought would be a good friend to have since she only knew the Kerrigan, Zephora and now E. She hadn't really gotten to know any one else. She thought patrolling would be good. "Maybe I could go patrolling with you some time." She laughed a little. "My power is ice. I'm still working on mine." She thought it was going to be interesting to see how things worked with E. A wolf that had fire and a wolf that had ice for powers.
She jumped a little and smiled. "Good Morning, How are you today, Alpha? How's your mate?" She knew Zephora was expecting pups any day now. She could already say she liked pups. She thought that they were cute and were fun to play with. She did have to get through the thick accent. She still had trouble understanding it but she managed to get the jest of what he was saying

"Maybe I could go patrolling with you some time." Rysta said to E as she laughed a bit. "My power is ice. I'm still working on mine."
The big brute, although a lot smaller than Kerrigan (He was the king of all the brutes as size goes), cracked an even wider smile at the thought. Ebony and Ivory? He said, jokingly, knowing she probably wouldn’t get it for a while. It was a strange saying about opposites working together harmoniously, almost like the pack did. Especially with Kerrigan and Zephora being the most helpful Alphas he had ever seen before.
It wasn’t long after he said it that he heard the most familiar voice, and what had to be the best accent, ever. He quickly turned his large body towards the voice, in the right pose as he spoke. Hello, Kerrigan. How are you and Zephora today. It was one thing to go on about yourself and everyone else when you were the only one around. But his loyalty told him that the Alpha, Alphess, and every other rank, were to get the center of attention until the said higher rank did otherwise.
Eternalias was one of those wolves that were more than 100% loyal to the pack. Not only would he give his life away for it, he’d give away his life, sell his own soul, do whatever he had to do to protect and serve the pack and make it better for everyone that was in it and the ones that joined in with them. And now that Kerrigan was here, it was very obvious on his views about it.
He looked up to Kerrigan, not only as his Alpha, his leader, but also as the pinnacle of what a wolf could be. Kind, caring, loving, and everything in between while also getting things done when they required otherwise. It brought a smile to E’s face as he stood in front of him just to think about the wonder he served under.

he began, voice soft, and her name more of a huff of breath than a name, "be well. 'He pups ha'e weeks before 'hey come, an' we be hopeful 'hey go by fas'." His finished sentence was direct easy going, and a grin of humor split his face though worry was apparent in his face. Zephora getting pregnant with Lucid running around was probably not he best thing that had happened, but there was no time for regrets. She was in good health, but she was getting bigger and he didn't like her being so unprotected. Actually, he liked that she depended on him, male that he was, and he was intensely proud that she was carrying his pups and she was pleased about it, but he couldn't stop being fearful about her lack of skills with the pups. She had been a great fighter before, but with her belly round, she would have difficulties. He sighed. And it hadn't even gotten to the labor yet. Then he'd really hate himself. Or he thought he would. He had no idea what they was really going to be like with his mate. He had seen other males go through it, and had laughed, but now that it was his turn there was a difference. But he removed himself from his thoughts and directed it to the two before him. "'Hank yew bo'h fer askin'. How be each o' yew?"[/blockquote][/ul]

Rysta thought that it would be pretty cool to have them working together since both were very different. She smiled and laughed. "I guess so." She replied to E's comment about ebony and ivory. She smiled at Kerrigan as he grinned. She could see his eyes brighten at the very mention of Zephora. She thought it was nice to have a someone to care for them so much. She wished she could remember if there was someone like that for her but still no memories came.
She smiled and nodded to hear that Zephora was doing well and the pups were only a few weeks away. She couldn't wait to see them. She hoped be able to have some fun and watch them grow. She wondered what they would look like and if they would take after Kerrigan more or Zephora or have a bit of both. She smiled. "That's very good. I'm happy to hear that she's doing well."
She nodded. "I'm doing well. Just working on my powers or see if any memories have come to the surface but no luck on either. I'm sure that both will come to me in time and get stronger as time goes on." She smiled. She was glad that Kerrigan didn't mind her lack of memories and let her join his pack. It was very kind of him to do so and it was nice to hear that he was asking how she was doing. She turned to E to see what he would say. She could see that by the way E looked at Kerrigan that he considered Kerrigan a hero in away. She thought it was cute in away.
