One leg shoved its way into view, it's black hue with the gray mixed in on the inside of it was normal enough, but it's glowing teal swirls the candy caned their way up it was what was weird. The next leg popped into view, same as the first, next came the head, the eyes the same glowing teal as the marking upon the legs, and a sun and moon around the eyes. What a odd wolf. The femme stepped fully into view and looked around, her intelligent eyes taking in all the sights and sounds.
Her elegant ears swiveled from side to side trying to detect any sounds of any other loners or pack members from the Toko Forest. Her paws stepped further into the boundary line and her ears and eyes still looked for danger in every direction.
She could faintly hear a river running to the left of her, naturally she would always be able to find the water in a place, as it was her ability. She felt in her element here, literally. The young female crossed the boundary completely and walked a few more steps in, then plopped her rump to the ground and raised her maw to the sky to let out a joyful song. She let the alpha's know she was here, and she let everyone else within earshot know as well. The femme settled herself in for a long wait though she hoped it wouldn't be one. She raised a paw and licked it, then ran it over her maw.
She looked up and blew her man out of her eyes, and just waited.
Acclya was here, get ready, get set....run!

He was unsure whether or not Toboe had been following him from beyond that last copse of trees. He didn't seem to notice as the brute's slender figure stalked in shadows, his charcoal fur illuminated only by the great red stripes of markings, glowing like battle scars in the light. His dark eyes swivelled around in their sockets, looking for the owner of that echoeing howl.
He had heard it a little while ago, his shoulder muscles moving as he ran swiftly to meet the owner of said howl. It was confident yet respectful, and perhaps the Alpha had heard the howl. He would greet the alpha with the newcomer. Eli himself didn't feel too happy about still remaining a loner upon these lands, though he had yet to meet the betess or alpha that would tell him otherwise. Still, though he liked the freedom that came with the pelt of a loner it was still safer for the time being to join a pack, a strong thriving helpful pack. Loners were fresh meat nowadays and he didn't quite fancy himself getting in Lucid's way, at least not without two dozen wolves to back him up.
His ashen gray tail swished as his nose twitched in the air, catching the final scent of the female. His ears perked up and he began to take loping strides, his furious nose following the quickened scent of the female. Soon now, soon he would encounter her. He caught a glimpse of her, at last, and woofed quietly alerting her to his presence. She seemed very collected, simply sitting there and waiting for all to come to her. A prejudice part of him thought of her as stuck up, but he dismissed it immediately. There was a playful spark in her eyes.
"Can I help you?" He uttered, his deep voice so very coutured, very collected and well spoken.

The fae sat quietly, not treading any further into the packs lands, she didn’t want to get beat up today. She sighed; waiting was always depressing, and boring. The high strung femme didn’t like to wait, she wanted to run around and play with her new pack members. She stood, and then thinking better of it, sat down in a huff. She might not even be accepted into the pack…that would suck. A giggle escaped out of her maw, and she looked around to see if any other wolves were around to see her moment of crazy.
The markings swirling around her front legs almost seemed like they were moving with a unknown current of water, and her eyes darted around, the colors so like each other, but so different. Acclya’s eyes looked way up, seeing the underside of her mane as she blew it up and out of her eyes so that those unique markings would be visible. Lya was not at all a vain wolf, but she proudly displayed her fathers and mothers pride on her, and she always would.
The femme’s audits pricked as she heard the thundering of paw steps near her, the scent she picked up was not alphen that she was sure of. She turned her body to the way it was coming, and waited for the wolf that made all the ruckus to appear. When he did, she smiled gently, “Hi!” she said excited to see another wolf, you see she had been traveling for quite a long time, and she was very lonely…and BORED! She stood, her tail arched high over her back, tickling the base of it. Her eyes immediately brightened at his presence, “I’m Acclya! And you are..?” she stated, and cocked her head to the side smiling again. A playful smirk showed itself on her maw as she waited for the handsome brute’s name.

The ashen grey brute cocked his head to one side as the fae replied to his call almost immediately, and with a strange amount of vigour too. He was almosy suprised that someone could be so energetic at this hour, not that it was any particularly early or late hour of the day, Eli just preferred to take life slowly whenever he could. He was not an energetic brute, however he was extremely competetive, so when it came down to it, he could be a fast little sonofabird.
Still today was not that day so he simply inhaled deeply and took a great bow, his left paw extending forwards as his right frot paw curled backwards in a very gentlemanly manner, his head dipped low for a few moments before he returned to his usual pride-filled pose.
A smile curved his features as his head rose once more and he closed his eyes gently as he paused to speak. Should he tell this curious fae of his name or keep her guessing? Perhaps it would make a good game...
"Greetings Accyla. Instead of me perhaps giving you my name, may I ask a small question...what do you think my name is? I mean...though you have just met me, what would you say my name was?" He chuckled slightly as he said this, thinking that even now as he spoke the words she wouldn't play ball; for some reason this brute with the odd crimson markings had something against giving out his name to total strangers. Perhaps if she was as amicable as she appeared then his trust of her would heighten, though it was unlikely.
Eli; the shady gentleman.

((Shoots self. SORRY!)) The fae sat her rump back on the ground after determining he was no threat, and also no alpha, and smiled shyly at him as he rose from his gentlemanly bow. She lowered her head close the ground, all the while looking up at him, and smiled again as she lifted her head from hers.
Now it was her turn to cock her head at his words. He wouldn’t tell her his name, but instead wanted her to guess it. Acclya sat there for a while her head in the same position as she thought of a name for this brute. Her eyes raked over his appearance, to his eyes, paws, and everything in between getting a feel for the male. She blinked slowly, the only thing she ever did slowly was think, and blink. Her claws scraped against the ground, and her tail thumped quietly behind her and the silence was filled by the sounds her actions made, and the songs of the birds around them.
After a few long moments her head returned to a normal position and she opened her mouth, “Adrian.” She said it so confidently, and so proud, as if she had gotten it exactly right. Her maw stretched in a wide grin and a giggle or two escaped as she waited for the brute to tell her that she was absolutely wrong. She knew this brutes name was not Adrian, but she could not peel back the layers of his onion peel to get to his heart, to find his name. A name is a precious thing, and she didn’t blame the brute for not wanting to tell her his. She displayed her markings, her personality, and her name proudly, never having a reason not to, but there were others who were more reserved than herself. And Lya always respected other wolves boundaries, weather they were set up by themselves, or made to put them there by others actions.[/blockquote] Words: 335 OOC: So so so so so so so so so so so sorry for the long wait!!!

OOC - Boo! Ok, I'm just passing by. I just wanted to let you know that I haven't forgotten about this thread, I'm actually keeping an eye on it. Your wolves seem to be having fun as of now though, so I figured I might as well wait a bit before popping in with a post. Just tell me, poke me, or beat with with a book (xD) or something if needed whenever you want me to come in :3

Of all the possible names she could have come up with, Adrian was certainly one that could have fitted Eli quite well. Of course, his parents wouldn't have known his personality from the moment of his birth, so the name he was given was his whether it fit him or not. Adrian though...come to think of it somehow it suited him a lot. The name demanded grace, intelligence, subtlety. The pure embodiment of himself! How odd.
This amused him. Perhaps he could take this game to a new level...
Eli's eyebrows rose as his jaw dropped a little in feigned surprise. He took a few pawsteps backwards to further assume his reaction, stammering a little as he did so. "How very odd! That is my exact name! How did you guess? Oh I know.." He paused, smiling and winking at her as if they both shared a secret "You have the power of Telepathy, don't you? You sly little thing" Ever the flatterer was this brute.
He gave a little, dramatic sigh, smiling at the fae again. "Ah well, now that you've found me out, what else is there to say? It is nice to meet you Accyla, would you do me the honours of letting me accompany you as we seek acceptance from this packlands? I fear that my thin and dashing appearance may be outshone by your beauty, though in truth it would be hard to find anything that could outshine one such as yourself" Yes he was laying on the charm now, this brute had a fair amount of pride, and he certainly wasn't afraid to show it. He knew he was good looking, but he also knew when to show a humble disposition. Choosing the right occasion was everything, and he felt like this was the right occasion for flattery.
Words: 310 OOC: Sorry for mass delay, had uber writers block and just kept putting things off xD. Cere, feel free to join whenever, I don't mind xD.

"...What? That is most certainly NOT your name," the young fae made a face, there was no way that was his name, she picked the most ridiculous one she could think of. Acclya had to admit she was a little ticked off at the brute now, she was SURE Adrian was not his name, positive even, and the fact that the male had lied to her about it made her angry. But what if that was his real name...No, it couldn't be. Lya's face scrunched up in concentration, an adorable face really, one she made quite often. Acclya hurrumphed loudly and went to the next topic politely ignoring his lie to her so she didn't blow up.
And what a bad acting job?! Acclya started to laugh, and she couldn't stop, soon her chest and stomach were starting to hurt and her breaths were coming in gasps. The fae sucked in a breath and choked on her spit...Lya turned bright red, almost impossible considering her coat color, and she coughed a few times. "Well....That was embarrassing..."
"No actually, I don't have the power of telepathy." She said her eyes blinking curiously.
And after what Mr. No Name said Acclya laughed again, quietly this time, and less hysterical, He sure was laying the charm on her, "Oh little ol' me? In this old thing?" she pawed at her pendent hanging around her neck, "Of course we can go together though, but I think we are matched just perfectly." Acclya said in a southern bell type accent laughing the whole time.
"Oh and speaking of powers, what do you have?" she asked her head tilting to the side in curiosity.
