Mayonaka sat waiting on the rock in the center, watching for the wolves to approach for the first Alphen Meeting. Her piercing, yet delicate violet eyes stood out and watched from every direction. The air around her was one of importance and you could feel the pulling of the Full Moon and of the mysticism of this Sacred Circle. Her voice called out to those who were near, calling those who were Alphas to show themselves and come to the first meeting.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lucid padded calmly from the darkness like a shadow through the night. His large paws made hardly a sound as he watched from all directions, wondering if any of the alphas had actually made it there yet or not.
He paused at the edge of the sacred circle, feeling the energies of the ancestors all around him. He saw the deity Mayonaka perched in the center, watching him intently. He watched her back, his eyes providing illumination in front of him.
"Greetings Mayonaka, oh great ancestor and deity of wolves. I have come in reply to your message and your summons. By chance, have any of the other alpha's made it so far?"[/b] Lucid looked at her, waiting for her to reply. He knew that meeting a great deity like her, the mother of all wolves, was a great honor and should be treated with the utmost respect.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"You are the first to arrive, Lucid. Please take a seat on the rocks next to your packlands and wait for the others."[/b]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lucid nodded, doing as told by Mayonaka. He waited in silent patience for the other Alphas.

As Corrinth padded lightly into the area of the Sacred Circle, he could see Mayonaka perched on the rock in the center of the circle. Also, Corrinth could see the dark outline of another wolf already near the center of the circle and the scent was very horribly familiar. It was Lucid! How did Lucid manage to follow Corrinth to these lands, and even better yet, how was he an alpha. Probably killed someone else for the position or worse.
"Hail, Mayonaka, Ancestor of Aelyn. It is I Corrinth, and I am delighted to be in your presents here tonight. I do hope this meeting goes as you would see fit."
Being in the presents of an ancestor was indeed a great honor and Corrinth knew he needed to choose what he was to say very carefully in the times to come.

Mira fallowed behind Lucid slowly. She had no idea what to expect. It was rather scary to say the least. She was very intimidated by the Ancestor of Aelyn. Having parents that were former alphas didn't exactly help much because they never told her anything. She smiled weakly at Mayonaka before standing next to Lucid. Her soft gaze travelled along the Sacred Circle, falling on another wolf. One that she had assumed was another Alpha. She watched him interact, catching his name silently. Corrinth she reminded herself. Mira scooted a bit closer to Lucid, praying that he wouldn't make her speak. Yes, she was an alphess, but she really didn't want to make a fool of herself infront of everyone with such high power. Let alone embarass Lucid.

The cerulean fur swirled gently about Ayuma's lean limbs as she moved towards the group of wolves. Her silver eyes slid across them, one by one - there was not a wolf assembled so far that appeared incapable - her secret plans for the takeover of the packlands could be a bit more difficult than she had previously supposed. Her eyes trailed upward, to the center of the wolves, where the great deity was. Even Ayuma's cold attitude felt some respect for Mayonaka.
"Mayonaka," she said calmly, with a cool nod, "it is the greatest honor, to be in your prescence." She turned and placed herself between the two males, and the female, her back facing the distant Masquerade lands.

Mayonaka watched, noticing there was one Alpha, or Alphess, missing. The leader of the Marshlands. She waited patiently, taking in the sight of her gathering children around her. She could feel each and every one's intentions and it bothered her a bit, though she figured she could leave them a message before departing. As each approached, she nodded to them kindly and gave a respectful nod to those who spoke to her.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chevara had run a little late, though she was well on her way to the circle. The moon, being full for this one time, was shining above her, catching the silver in her wings and allowing it to reflect the moons rays radiantly.
She came up on the clearing, noticing first Mayonaka, then the other Alphas. She nodded to each in turn, but bowed down to the deity before her. "It is both a pleasure and an honor, Mayonaka."[/b] She looked at her with her silver eyes, having no pupils or any other sort of coloration aside from a milky look. She sat calmly, her back facing the direction of the Marshlands and her tails curled around her paws. She was large for a female, but nothing compared to the brute sitting next to a delicate looking female who sat with his back toward the mountains.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mayonaka was glad to see Chevara make it, knowing this was all of the alphas of the lands. She looked at each in turn, spreading her enourmous wings wide and speaking to all in turn at once.
"Speak under peaceful terms. No fighting. I will be watching, but tonight is a peaceful night. Any with ill intentions during this time will find themselves faced with perils unlike any imaginable, brought upon their pack as well as their lands. No alpha wants to live with that sort of pain, am I right? Heed these words." She slowly disappeared as she said those final three words, fading into the air before them. Soon, she had disappeared completely, though the presence and aura of her being remained.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lucid watched as she faded away before turning to the others. When his eyes met Corrinths, a grin spread across his maw. The look he gave Corrinth could have been one to freeze fire, though it was only for a split second before Lucid turned to face the other wolves, talking to all of them.
"I'm assuming we are supposed to discuss the future of the packlands? Set boundaries, rules and all that stuff? Well, I think that all of the mountains should be left to the Mountain Pack... my pack. As well as a small portion of the forest below it for hunting and a small portion of the top of the waterfall for drinking, as high in the mountains, water is frozen."[/b] Looking around, Lucid folded his flame tipped wings to his ribcage and wrapped his three tails around his paws, much like Chevara had.
"I think that's reasonable, wouldn't you?"[/b] He looked at each one, noticing he was by far the largest wolf in attendance.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chevara looked to Lucid, as he was the first to speak. In her mind, she wondered what gave him the idea that he could speak first. She flicked her tails in mild annoyance before listening to his words. I see nothing wrong with that. My lands aren't affected, so why should it matter? She thought as she opened her maw to reply.
"Doesn't bother me. That is, as long as the entire marshlands are left in my control as well as a portion of the river for drinking. We have plenty of prey in our lands."[/b] She flicked her tails and shifted her wings. She could do with a little more land, though she wasn't going to go as far as Lucid seemed to be going. "What about rules? I think it might be wise to hold gatherings like this once every new moon... This way, we can reestablish boundaries and remind each other how things are going for our lands. Perhaps create a truce between packs and give small ideas as to what is going on in order to make the entire packlands as a whole stronger."[/b] She looked around, wondering if any of the others felt that way about things.
((Okay, yes, I know it's a long post, but I tried to keep it brief and short. I know there are already some rules made, and they should possibly be mentioned while during this gathering. Any other rules you might have for the packlands as a whole should be said now. If you have individual rules you want for your personal pack, please feel free to PM some to me and I will put them on the header of your Pack Page. I don't know how long this will last, but there is a lot to be determined through the packs. Some rules are already set in stone, such as the Every New Moon thing, though those will be determined as time goes on, not in real life standards.
Now for a posting order:
Corrinth Mira Ayuma Lucid/Chevara
Any objections?))

Corrinth took in every word that was spoken and even some that were not. The look that Lucid gave to Corrinth would have once upon a time, frightened him. But this time, it meant more of a means to set off some kind of war. Even in a peaceful setting, did Lucid try to provoke a past battle that would eventually end one of them. And the words he spoke, already planning on taking more land for him and his pack. Still, his mate seemed to be scared about something, not that it really mattered to Corrinth. But the thought of Corrinth giving in to Lucid's "idea" of more land was nothing but absurd.
"You, Lucid, request land as if it is already yours. So I shall not give you land, but I will do you the favor of pushing game toward the base of the mountain. That will be all I will do for you at this time. It is simple and allows me to keep what I have claimed."
Raising his wings slightly, to show that he was done talking for the moment. Regardless to the fact that Chevara had even spoken, of course she wouldn't care if Lucid got more land, she wasn't being asked to hand it over to him.

((Sorry, I've been on a trip. Sorry for inconveniencing you guys.))
Ayuma stiffened. When the male called Lucid mentioned the waterfall, did he speak of her packlands? Supposedly, it seemed. She turned her sharp silver eyes to the male, cerulean fur bristling slightly. Though he was so much larger than she, she did not feel intimidated in the slightest.
"The top of the waterfall is far too close to my own packlands, and I am sorry to say that having just met you, in this moment, I distrust you completely. I will, however, give you the more southern section of the river that runs into the Fukai Waterfall for your pack's water. It is far enough down that it should not freeze unless temperatures drop far below their average."
[/color]Sure that this was a good compromise, she looked to Chevara and nodded stiffly. "Let's move to rules," she agreed, with a wave of her tail. Ha! Truces.. if it wasn't to her liking, it would be broken.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Lucid flicked his tails. Well, things might change soon enough.. but for now, he could deal with the "generosity" of the other alphas. Lucid nodded to each in turn and flicked his tails once more.
"Very well. I appreciate it, all things considered."[/b] He looked directly at Ayuma and sat stone still. "You're very wise to distrust others. Perhaps I have underestimated you. No matter... what will be will be. Now for rules. I agree with Chevara... a meeting once every new moon is a good idea to restablish boundaries and refresh each other on how things are within the packs. Perhaps we can even learn from one another."[/b] He sneered at the idea, thinking to himself. As if these half-wits can teach me anything. He turned to Mira and brushed his tail against her to reassure her that she would be alright as long as he was around.
"I think there should be rules for the entire terra and packlands. Separate rules for each individual pack is up to the alphas, though I think that rules are good to have.. keeps pack members in line. What ideas do you have for rules within the packlands? I say that no wolves are to tread onto other lands unless under specific reasoning. I say that all loners are advised to join a pack... all things considered with the former Swirling Mist Pack and their encounter. I also feel that we need to decide if we will allow other pack members to take part in the Alphen Meetings... I'm assuming the great Mayonaka was only calling alphas so we could set boundaries. Should we allow other pack members to come and speak and take part? Or should this remain an Alpha's only thing?"[/b] Lucid looked around the area at each of the wolves present in turn, taking in their expressions. He flicked his tails as he curled them around his paws.
"Oh and where are any of our manners? We never properly introduced ourselves. My name is Lucidity. Call me Lucid."[/b] Lucid was slightly smug with himself, though it didn't show as he had been the first to think of this idea.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chevara waited for everyone to finish speaking and flicked her tails. "All very good ideas... So do we agree that once every new moon we meet again? Or no? I am assuming Lucid is up for it, considering he answered me with a positive answer. What about you?"[/b] She said, turning toward the other alpha's who's turn it was to speak.
"Oh, and my name is Chevara."[/b] Her fur seemed to sway in the wind, though there was none to be found. It seemed to do this all the time, even when not a single breeze was around. It ruffled her long feathers as an invisible and an unfeeling wind seemed to caress her fur and feathers. She turned her milky silver eyes to look at the wolves in their group and pondered.
"I know I will be setting rules for my own pack. I'm also assuming that Lucid will be too? He was the one that mentioned it after all."[/b] She licked her maw, wondering if there was much more she could say before the other alpha's would speak. She decided her turn would be up for the time being and nodded to the next alpha to speak.
((Yes, another long post... I'll be doing this a lot only so we can get some of the rules that I specifically want for the forum established... there are only a few of those... You guys are more than welcome to come up with rules for the packlands as well.))

Corrinth was trying not to smile when it came to be his turn to speak. Hearing the words Lucid was speaking was almost the most outrageously hilarious thing he'd ever heard come from his mouth. There was no way that Lucid could possibly feel that strongly about setting apart rules unless they were all to his benifit. And to hear him thank another was almost to much, Corrinth had to bite down on his own toungh to restrain himself from laughing out loud. All of this thinking and hearing others give in to his foolishness. It was only a matter of time before Lucid tried to take over things again, as it was apparent that this was what he was trying to do. Corrinth, himself would not allow that to happen. Not while there was still breath still in his own body or those able to put a stop to him. But already knowing Ludic as well as he did, gave him an advantage to countering things that Lucid would try.
"I to agree that we should set boundaries both of the realm and of the packs themselves, wether they be the same for both or not would have to be up to the alphas themselves. I would suggest to set these up here and now, just so there is no confusion later on about what is and what is not."
This would be interesting to see how it turn out, if there was to be a setting of ways in the lands of Aelyn.

Ayuma watched the other wolves, listening intently with pricked ears. She was, quite easily, the smallest wolf there. Silver eyes gravitated upon Lucid. He seemed to be quite cunning, for while she heard his words, she felt a vague emptiness. Perhaps they were not all honest?
"My name is Ayuma Pavati," she said quickly, "alphess of the former Swirling Mist Pack, now called upon as the Masquerade." Glancing around, she continued on.
"Pack rules should be established by the alphas alone," Ayuma said finally, turning to look at the others coolly. "Rules of the realm, I believe, are unneccesary - don't loners become loners to be without law and responsibility? If they should wish to leave Aelyn, I do not think they should be restricted in the slightest. Good riddance. And they should most certainly not be encouraged to join a pack, unless they are in the outer boundaries of that pack. Despite that fiend that wanders these lands - and I have seen it, and fought it, no less - I believe that forcing loners to join packs is a lowly deed." Despite Ayuma's longing for a larger pack, she thouroughly disapproved of such an action. If that was what the alphas decided on, well, she would certainly take no part in it. She looked to Lucid again, considering his words over once more, then glanced at Chevara.
"Meetings should certainly stay upon the new moon for alphas, but perhaps on two or three of these moons we should choose two other wolves from our packs to come and take part in these meetings." She flicked her tail and wrapped it around her paws, steely eyes surveying the other alphas coldly.

Lucid listened and flicked his tails once more. He turned his eyes to Ayuma and stared directly into hers. "I didn't say we should force loners to join a pack.. I merely said we should advise them to join a pack. I would rather have lones in a pack, rather than treading the land alone, taking our limited prey as it is and thinking they have free reign and showing no respect for packlands, wouldn't you? I'm merely suggesting we tell them of the dangers... advise them to join a pack... and see what happens from there."[/color] Lucid raised his head, his glowing eyes casting shadows upon his facial features under the night sky.
He turned to get a view of all of the alpha's present and began setting where he thought his boundaries should be. "As we all know, each of us have set boundaries upon these lands. I feel all boundaries should be respected, but we do need to set the exact lines. The mountains, even though they are the largest packlands, all things considered with prey and terrain, should extend to the edge of the forest, where we can, as Corrinth so graciously offered-" Lucid flicked his audits here in a manner that showed slight annoyance "-catch prey that is much more abundant in the Forest as well as the other packlands. As for how close to the waterfall's edge we get... the top of the waterfall is technically mountains, and considering there are several waterfalls within your packlands, I think that the top of the waterfall, merely 50 wolf lengths, head to tail, from the edge of the cliff is far enough and enough land for our pack to have access to the river without encroaching upon your lands."[/b] He flicked his tails once more as he finished saying this. Several tributaries of the single river in Aelyn fell through his mountains and off into the waterfall pack, which eventually all combined into one river, as well as one waterfall leading straight into a lake... surely Ayuma could understand the need for water so close to her packlands? Half the time, the water high in the mountains tended to be either too hot from the hot springs to drink or frozen over.
"I feel these boundaries for the Mountain pack are fair... after all, we are the largest pack, and my dear Mira here is expecting. You all know how it goes... the larger the pack, the more land is needed to have prey and enough sustenance to feed the pack as well as care for all of its members."[/b] He looked around, for his words were true. It was the way of a pack and the way of a wolf to claim as much land as was needed to take care of his pack. He had the largest pack so far, especially with Mira expecting pups.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chevara merely sat and listened. Lucid was setting his boundaries loudly. She thought to herself and had a twinge of sorrow, though it only lasted for a brief moment. Currently, in her pack, she had only two wolves.. Kerrigan and herself. Surely she could hardly call herself a pack? Two wolves was not a pack.. and this made her realize that if she were to be under attack by another pack, then she would surely lose. She couldn't have this, so she put aside in her mind other plans for her ideas as where to go and what to do about this problem.
"Fine by me. The Marshlands extend to the part of the forest where there is no longer the murky ground that non-marsh wolves hate treading upon. Basically, where there is marsh, that is our lands... Simple enough." She had just come to realize that her packlands was the easiest to tell apart because, in her opinion, it was the most unique compared to the others. Her lands themselves held differences, like the quicksand and mud pits, that other lands didn't have, thus enabling her to show exactly where her lands were with clear boundaries and clear lines.
"I agree that lones should be advised to join a pack, but not forced to do so. What good is a wolf without a pack? With the dangers that face this land, even aside from the monster that treads them, it's only fair that we advice them of these troubles and dangers and suggest they join a pack, be it your own or anothers. Just show them the importance of pack-life in Aelyn."[/b] She flicked her tails and turned her milky silver eyes to look at each wolf present in turn.

The pack leader were in deep discussion of how to handle loner wolves and setting up boundaries. But Corrinth's thoughts of loners were that they had little or no structure. But then again, they were all once loners at one point in time. Some forced into it, others choose there way of life because they couldn't handle pack life. Corrinth was once forced into being a loner, but now he was a leader. And he wasn't going to be forced into anything that he didn't want to do now. And as for boundaries, Corrinth wasn't the eager one to give up what he'd rightfully claimed.
"I do welcome the idea of setting up boundaries and the forest is where I have claimed. My pack is ever growing, as well as others here. I'm not going to say that I and my pack need all of the prey living there, but it is the land I have claimed. I will change what I said earlier to Lucid, and give permission to the other packs to hunt, when needed, for food in the outer boundaries of the forest. All I ask for in return is that you make your presence known before hunting in the forest."
With this being said, Corrinth felt that he'd done well to make peace with the others packs, with out opening himself up to much.

Ayuma watched the others coldly. It seemed that she alone upheld her opinion - well, she would keep it as such. She nodded to Lucid's proposal of the fifty wolf-lengths from her waterfall. It was plenty enough space, and comfortably far enough from her growing pack. She contemplated her newfound pack's boundaries quickly, thinking.
"I believe that these matters of boundaries for my pack have been set by Corrinth, Chevara and Lucid already," she said smartly. "Between the marshlands and the forest are my lands, and beneath the mountains. So, I suppose that is decided, then." She gave a small nod to the others. "I think that he problem of this monster in our lands should be discussed. That thing.. it is certainly a threat, but I do not think that it is as much a threat as you all believe it to be. Even though there is a patch of greenery in my lands now that is rotted and dead due to its steps, it appears to be mortal. I fought against it, and though it certainly is strong, it appears to have the capability of death." She thought of when Masina had attacked the wolf and it had collapsed. She turned her silver eyes around the circle of wolves, looking to see what they would say upon her hinting words as she wrapped her tail about her paws.

Lucid listened, as he always did, gathering what information and what persona he could about the other wolves around him. Corrinth seemed to be overly giving and mercyful, as he always had been. Lucid knew exactly how to handle him when the time would come. Chevara, though seemingly wise and secretive, also seemed to be all too confident on her packs security. Her achilles heel, Lucid hoped. Ayuma, on the other hand, seemed to have similar persona to his own, giving him a spark of an idea. That is, until he read what her mind had thought.
So Masina took the beast down? Well, it seems my dear little sister has grown quite powerful in her age. Perhaps I can make use of this with Ayuma. Lucid flicked his tails as he thought this all out very quickly and thoroughly.
"Yes, that monster is nothing more than a potential killer to our prey and our food sources. Agreed... we should do something about it. Do we know of any wolves who have actually faced it? Taken it out themselves? We all have heard that Ayuma herself has faced the beast... was she alone in taking care of it? Surely if she could handle it, it's not that big of a threat?" [/b] He looked directly at Ayuma as he said most of this. Perhaps she knew that Masina was a mind reader... and so what? She didn't know what abilities Lucid posessed, though she would probably pick up the fact he could do the same. Would she make the connection between Lucid and Masina? Knowing they are in fact siblings? Neither looked nor acted alike, and surely there could be many wolves unrelated to either of them out there whom could have mind reading powers? It seemed there was no giveaway of his connection to her white pack member. "Then again, anything threatening the packs survival is a threat to everyone. Who's to say it won't come onto anothers lands next? I agree with Ayuma... we need to do something about it, but what? Surely it has a weakness? Or perhaps we know where it dwells? Why did we not detect it sooner? Perhaps it is another creature as well? A possible second persona or even a shape-shifter?"[/b] Lucid flicked his tails. He knew there was at least one shape-shifter upon the lands... he had sensed him, though he could only assume where the brute had gotten off to. He only cared about where things were upon his lands and just the outside edges of the other lands where he would attempt to slowly make his. Last he knew, the shape-shifter had been in the Toko Forest... and their packlands... Corrinth's packlands. "How abou this... what if the creature or beast.. what have you... lived and dwelled within a pack itself? What if one of our very own packs happened to house the beast as a wolf and a pack member? Surely, if it were not a shape-shifter of sorts, we would have detected it earlier? All things considered, there are several wolves here and only one area where there is dead flora... did the beast appear from nowhere? Or can it morph into another creature... a wolf perhaps? And it could very well be in one of our packs now... but how would we be to know? Do any of us hold shape-shifters within our ranks? I assure you, the Mountains hold no such thing..."[/b] He flicked his tails. If he could make something out of this idea, things would go well. Surely his arguement was that of logical thoughts? Surely he had no flaw within his statements that could be proven wrong? After all, a beast that kills the greenery around it surely would have left a path of death wherever it went if it had not been a shape-shifter? Lucid waited patiently to hear what would be said.[/blockquote] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chevara listened to Lucid as he spoke. He had points, sure, but surely Chevara would have sensed the prospect of a creature of death long before now if it had truly always been that way? This made Chevara listen to Lucid's words intently.
"Lucid does have a point. I can sense energies and I hadn't sensed any energies like that until it arose upon your lands... it had a powerful feeling of death about it, but I have only felt it that one time. Surely the beast is a shape-shifter. There cannot be any doubt. The Marshlands hold no shape-shifters within their ranks. How about the Forest and the Masquerade?" She questioned as she looked to each of the alphas that had yet to speak after Lucids long, boring, yet informative speech. She wondered how the others would feel about potential harm and shape-shifters and death within their lands and for their earth and prey. Surely this would raise alarm for all packs?
"Perhaps we should come up with a pact between the Alphas? Should the beast tread lands, the Alpha's call out and all wolves of all lands come to the aid? This allows us to better control the beast and better control the aspect that we can take it out ourselves? Numbers are surely more powerful than a single creature, are they not? If only there were a quicker and easier way to contact each other for such a matter, though. If only we had a wolf who knew any sort of enchantment or even magick?" [/b] Chevara looked around. She knew that a wolf existed in these very lands who had the power of Magick and that could create some form of communication between Alphas... but she didn't know where they resided. She knew that one was a loner, and one was a pack-wolf... both female. She was just unsure where to find them, for the very Magick they had power over also concealed their energies from even Chevara herself. The circle remained quiet while she waited for the next to speak.[/blockquote]

Corrinth was startled at the thought that he could be harboring a killer of wolves. But as soon as the feeling has come, it had left. Minou had told him that the stranger was indeed a wolf. But at the same time, the words of two other pack leaders indentifing the unknown beast to be of shapeshifting abillities was something that even Corrinth couldn't ignore. And stopping the creature, what ever it may be, must be put at top priority. But how could Corrinth put up one of his own pack. The shifter had pledged his loyalty to the pack and it's lands, and to Corrinth, this meant death if you betrayed them both. And whatever was killing the prey of wolves and harming wolves in it's path, surely wasn't this wolf. And Corrinth would surely believe Minou over any others' words. Even still, Corrinth wasn't about to lie to everyone about something like having a shapeshifter in his pack.
"I do agree with you about the creature being a shapeshifter, or at the very least, something that can cloak it's energy from other very well. But, in any sense, I have also just recently accepted a wolf that can shapeshift into my pack."
Corrinth said all this while looking directly at Lucid. Corrinth knew who Lucid was kin with, having been apart of the same pack Lucid was once part of himself, and also knew one of the traites from that relation. No ones mind was for themselves in this circle as long as Lucid was here.
"I will, however, question the one that I have stated. The name of which will remain mine to know alone. Until I've have seen evidence of betral, I will not do anything to cause harm to the one I have mentioned."
And this time he spoke, Corrinth spoke to the crowd instead of just to Lucid. Knowing all the while that all would be seeking so kind of justice to come about the attacks.

((Rather than make another post and rp this out with just the two of us, Im going to do a post saying the meeting is over and that since everyone seems to be getting tired that we should head out and call it quits for the time being. It's going to be a short post and the next meeting will be sent out when needed.)) Lucid watched and listened, noticing everyone seemed to be getting tired. He himself, wasn't tired, but it would probably be best to hold off on the rest of this until such a time when the meeting could be continued. "Well, I say we call it quits for tonight. I'm sure we can discuss more at the next meeting. Dawn approaches and I am sure many of you are tired. We should save our strength, for the time comes soon for us to meet again and for us to decide the finalities of Aelyn." [/color] Sure, there was more to be discussed and sure, he wanted to question more in order to gain more information, but he decided to hold off, for you couldn't get much information out of groggy wolves. He wasn't trying to be pushy... one might think he was actually showing compassion, but the truth of the matter was he was bored and wanting to get back to his own packlands and his own den. Lucid stood and stretched, waiting for everyone else to agree with him.[/blockquote] ((Chevara would have yawned and nodded, slowly standing.))
