Words whispered in her inner ear. She twitched them uneasily and shook her head. The voices of her shadows urged her to continue on with her journey. As usual she ignored their persisting nagging and lazily rolled over onto her backside. This moment of solitude was a blissful one. No violence was painted across her violet eyes. No malice could be seen moving about her hair. No, she seemed almost pup like lying in the tall grasses that surrounded her. A cool spring breeze brushed over her belly and parted her lovely olive fur. She flicked her tail gently to the side and laid her paws against her chest.
The clouds made little pictures in the sky above her and she felt a sharp pain hit her emotional barrier. Yet her outer exterior didn’t flinch. She missed him, her companion. Abyss, her mind whispered and she attempted to deceive her mind by thinking of something else. She focused one a cloud that seemed to make the shape of a turtle. She thought it was strange she could see images in the fluffy white clouds above her.
A flock of birds flew through her turtle cloud and she frowned as its shape became disfigured. She felt like something similar looked just as grotesque as the mangled up turtle in the sky. Was her soul just as disfigured? She decided it was best not to ask herself that question and again she felt the shadows tugging at her body. She growled a warning towards her followers to leave her alone. If they didn’t heed her warning, well they knew the consequences.
Today was different. She was in a very unique mood. Her violet eyes blinked and she felt no anger. She felt content being alone and watching the day slowly pass on. She wasn’t hungry, tired, or in any aggravated mood as she usually was and she wanted to relish in the moment. This was spring and with it came a new beginning.

She had been alone for quite some time. Sphinx had disappeared for some strange reason, leaving her feeling abandoned and alone. It was to the point where she hadn't cared much whether or not she lived or died. He left without a word and she hadn't seen him since. She sighed to herself as she padded through the plains, head down, wings limp, and trotted on.
Her crimson colored fur was still kept clean and clear of any debris or mud, though it was obvious she had lost her interest in keeping her pelt as pristine as it once was. Her black, feathered raven wings were in about the same state. The silver cuff upon her left forepaw, studded with peridot, remained as a constant reminder of her lost love. The black star upon her hind leg remained a constant reminder that she had not used any of her abilities in quite some time. Her head remained silent, no Sphinx to converse with... just eerie silence. Her nights were sleepless and restless. She was obviously heartbroken.
She didn't even notice the wolf that she was walking toward. She saw a boulder just slightly to the right of said wolf, and changed course to that. She figured she would climb atop it and rest... or attempt to rest. She climbed atop the boulder with ease and flicked her tail before rolling onto her back to gaze at the skies above.

That smell, it burned her nostrils. She shivered for a moment and her mind began to spin. Oh no not now! Her mind whispered as the sickness began to take hold of her. She gagged for a moment and attempted to gain her consciousness. However, soon enough the sounds of the grass and winds around her began to muffle. Her vision began to blur and her head began to ache. It was those damn pheromones, they always did this to her. It was very misfortunate for her to have to kill another with out being aware of doing it. She enjoyed seeing the pain she inflected or feeling the emotion burn in their eyes when she spoke. Unfortunately for her, the one to fall upon her was a female and with that came her dreaded curse.
Her violet eyes became glazed over as all consciousness seemed to vanish from them. Her body moved in a zombie like manner as she began to stalk towards the female. Her hairs rose immediately upon her backside and her upper lip quivered. Her jaws were salivating and her claws dug deep into the earth beneath her. Soon she was inches from the bolder the female was occupying and she decided to make her move. Instinct was what she maneuvered on, no conscious thoughts coexisted in her mind at the moment. She was acting on impulse alone and if the female was lucky, she would only be dealt a small bite.
Her disorder was eased by either death or submission. Once the particular female she was attempting to disassemble reacted to either one her mind was reversed. Then her conscious being would take hold and she would become her rather unique and odd personality again. Violence was still in her nature and naturally she would continue to somewhat be aggressive but only due to the fact that she could barley speak verbally to get her emotions across.
So in an instant she lunged for the female on the bolder above her. Her jaws were ajar and a rather nasty snarl ripped from her unused vocal cords. It sounded husky and masculine rather then the feminine voice that should have escaped its clutches. Her jaws were aiming for any source of flesh to feed her desire for blood. On disadvantage to being unconscious but moving was strategies didn’t apply. It was simply bite were ever and move with aggression no matter what pain may come. Not a very tactical way of an attack approach but ruthless none the less. [/sup]

Sway watched for a moment, finally noticing the female after catching a sense of hate and rage. She perked her audits as this sudden change in emotion affected her. She quickly turned her head to face the source of the emotive change and found herself nearly face to face with a female wolf that had lunged at her. Having very little time to react, she quickly allowed her instincts for survival kick in.
In an attempt to preserve her life, she tried to leap out of the way. She wasn't quite fast enough in her movements, so her right hind leg got a nasty bite as the females fangs made contact.
She yelped in pain and shook free, turning to face her attacker head on. She held her right hind leg slightly off the ground as the earth below began to stain with her blood. Her fur seemed untouched, only because it matched the crimson drops perfectly.
"What are you doing? I didn't do a damn thing to you!" She growled at the female, going on the defensive and preparing for another attack, as she was sure would happen. She held her wings wide to make herself look larger and to look more intimidating, another instinctive tactic that kicked in... well.. instinctively. [/color]

Once her fangs felt flesh that’s all it took for her aggression to kick into gear. The irritated and confused words from her now apart prey fell on deaf ears. Coherent responses didn’t cross her mind at this particular instant. She was an emotionless monster seeking her fill in blood. She licked her jaws and she smiled. That strange smile crept over her jaws from ear to ear and she turned to face her newly acquired prey. Her intimidating gestures didn’t even prickle a slight hint of fear in those violet eyes. No, they were ruthless and unforgiving.
She moved again and this time with a more direct approach. She was aiming to grab her shoulder but the wings would make the process harder for her then she’d realize. If her mind was working normally and this was more a battle then an assault. She may have thought to attack the sides or underneath the female in order to attack her vulnerable areas and avoid a nasty little whack of a large wing. Thus was the disadvantages of a somewhat black out that the aggressive female had to deal with each time she smelt another female.
Mentally something flickered and a tingling sensation went through her mind. Something had awakened in her mind a little sooner then usual. She hoped that from the direction she was attacking at the female would be able to defend herself. Perhaps a nice little whack was all she would need to regain full consciousness. The snarl escaped her jaws as she moved and her inner thoughts were rushing around. It was utterly frustrating having her mind watching her body move helplessly. She had no control and she wanted to take over her body again. It was as if she was locked away in a cage inside herself and couldn’t break free to take control. Who had control over her bodies movies was still a mystery in it’s self. [/sup]

Sway was bleeding. Sphinx couldn't see it very well, but he could smell it, even more well while time was stopped. Sphinx moved around the attacking wolf and then Sway. Then stopped in front of the other femme and looked into her eyes, and he didn't see what should have been there, control. Turning again to Sway, Sphinx quickly and carefully picked her up and moved her behind the other femme. After he'd moved Sway, he used his magick to heal Sway's wounds as much as he could while having time stopped. For the moment he could very much tell if he'd healed Sway at all, though for the most part he could tell that he stopped the bleeding. Sphinx prepared to let go of his power over time.
Sphinx then touched his forehead to Sway's and sent the thought to her, "I'm back, my love. Don't be frightened."
Then released his control on time. Letting the attacking femme race forward still trying to attack, but now only attacking the air where Sway was standing.
-ooc- Sphinx was giving permission to use his ability to control time only to remove Sway from harm by the Admin.

((They're both still there, just behind Yithis instead of her line of attack.))
