Jess walked along the marsh humming the strangest tune you have probably ever heard. It had high notes and the humming of low notes that made it strangely melodic. She was a strange sight amongst the beauty of the water flowers. Her witch hat off to the right side and her fairy wings on her back. The odd colored stripes that made their way up her long legs didn't help the scene any either. She danced her way through the murky waters humming dancing, somewhat, on her way. She was one of the wolves that were in love with life. She didn't bother to be quiet or non-noticable for the simple fact that she wished to be noticed!
A big grin crossed her face as she thought of her home. Her and her brothers would tromp around in marshes like this all the time. Attacking bird and frogs that lived there. No, they wouldn't kill them just... play with them. She was used to the sloppy mud and loose dirty. Her paws adjusted to the landscape, giving her mobility. This was the beauty of having been once a loner. She had travelled all over different terrain and gotten well adjusted to it.
A frog jumped into the water somewhere to her right. " Oooo... What do'n we 'ave 'ere?" Her words tinkled like the song she was humming earlier. Odd and different yet, melodic. She watched the ripples in the water and soon saw the frog surface. She dipped her maw into the water and waited for the right moment. She had learned this from fishing in the rivers. Wait for it... The frog swam into her jaws and out of sight... Wait for it.... The frog let out air as it prepared to surface on the other side of her muzzle. Now! Her jaws snapped shut on the frog. It was nestled in between her jaws, still alive and not harmed in anyway. She flicked her head up to the sky opening her jaws causing a catapult effect making the frog fly upwards. She laughed as if she were a pup, and in some ways she was. She caught the frog again in her mouth and lowered her head to the water. The frog swam eagerly away from Jess. She couldn't say she blamed it.
She turned her head towards the flowers. This was really a beautiful place. The flowers inhibited much of the deeper waters their roots buried deep in the soft slosh y mud. A golden ear flicked a bug off. This place mesmerized Jess. It was oddly beautiful and familiar. She took a few steps forward, the water rippling around the movement of her legs. She buried her nose in the flower disturbing a bug on it's neighbor. Taking in the fumes with a big sniff she closed her emerald eyes. This was soon going to be her home. If, that was, the Alpha would accept her. She had confidence in herself, she wasn't cocky mind you, just confident.
She looked around her. Where was this Alpha anyway? She picked her way around the roots of the flower and placed herself on the shallower end of the marsh. She flapped her wings once or twice deciding whether she wanted to fly through looking for him. ' Nah, I'll do this the old fashoned way.' Her emerald eyes sparkled with excitement. She held her head back and opened her maw showing her white daggers for teeth and with one long breath she howled long and loud. It started off low as it passed over the water and then she changed it to high, then she unknowingly howled the song she had been humming earlier. It was the song that her brothers had named a Fairies Playground for she hummed it all the time, half of the time unknowingly. She lowered her maw, ending the tune and waited.

She loved to roam the lands, it was her favorite past-time... and to find loners treading them created even more joy, so to speak, for her. She loved the mind games and the reactions she got from her unique qualities that sent shivers down the spines of most, even with just a single look with her piercing amber eyes. Her outward qualities made her seem normal, but something about her always made those around her feel off and caused many to fear her for that reason... as well they should.
Prowling forward, her paws were deathly silent and her eyes were sharp and searching. She spotted a strange wolf ahead of her and she paused for only a brief moment. She was a master of hiding and stalking and knew exactly how to step and where to step to remain undetected until she wanted to be found. She watched for a moment, listening to the howl the female had sang, and flicked her tail silently. She prowled ever so much longer and stood silent, downwind of her as to not alert her of her presence. From the deepest shadows, she spoke.
"Greetings, loner." Her voice traversed around the small area they were sitting in, making it seem as if it were coming from all directions at once. It was silky smooth and almost hypnotic by sound. Waiting patiently, her black and blood form still as a statue, the white scarf around her neck moving ever so slightly, even though there was no wind to be found, she waited for the females response or reaction.

Her ears twitched as she felt faint feelings rush over her. One of peace, another of joy, and for a split second one of surprise then.... Jess looked around her. She saw too many shadows to make up of a hiding place for her stalker. Jess had a feeling of being hunted... stalked... but then again... the feeling was non-threatening.... She had no clue if this was the Alpha or if it was another playing games.
She closed her eyes for a brief second to put up a barrier so that no emotions could get in or out. Whoever it was wasn't threatening but at the same time wasn't out in the open either. She certainly didn't want to get in bad without even seeing the fae or brute. Her wings flittered for a second as her tail twitched back and forth barely skimming the water. She listened...
A voice finally came. It was one of a fae. Jess let her emerald eyes skim over the shadows and water. She couldn't see her but she knew if she let her barrier down she would feel her. Jess opened her jaws to taste the air... nothing... she was down wind. Smart. Jess spoke happily in her tinkling tune " He'lo there." She kept her voice steady and cheerful and kept her eyes on the shadows. She wasn't afraid but she didn't want to be surprised either.

She smirked to herself, her longer front fangs like daggers against the rest of her pearly whites. She flicked her tail and prowled around the fae a few times, coming behind her and moving from the shadows, silently and almost death-like, for her paws seemed to barely grace the lands as she moved forward and stood directly behind the female.
"My my, aren't we an interesting looking character." Her voice was smooth and hypnotic in tone, cool and silky. Her piercing amber eyes looked to the back of the skull of the female before her, waiting for the reaction that was inevitable to her silent approach. She quite enjoyed testing wolves and greeting them in such ways, for it allowed her to get a feel for them without much effort. Flicking her tail, she sat calmly about a wolf-length away from the female. Her maw was closed and held a mild smirk on it, one that was knowing, her white fangs protruded ever so slightly from her upper area of her maw... though nothing anywhere as near as prominent as Kerrigan.
A white scarf billowed around her eerily and majestically as she sat. Much too much movement for the minuscule amount of wind that was around them. Her form was eerily still and statue-like as she gazed at the female, almost as if she were looking into the very depths of her soul. Her paws were positioned easily in front of her, her long dagger-like white claws, much longer than one would consider normal, bold against the dark and dense earth beneath them. Her large, blood red wings were folded gently to her sides as she continued to keep her pose and her position, her mind and feelings mutual and seemingly blank. Having spent so many years on the lands, she had learned very well how to mask much of how she was feeling, what she was thinking, what have you... and due to her other qualities, it made things all that much simpler.
The black female with blood red paws and a blood red tail tip, fading easily and gently into the black, waited, her piercing amber eyes looking for a reaction to her silent presence.

“So thats where you were hiding!” Jess turned her head to see the black fae looking back at her. Her hat that looked ten times too big for her small head flopped on her crown. “I mean, I know I'm funny looking, but intimadatin'? I'm too small to do all that! A smug grin came across Jess's face. So much for first impressions... She thought to herself as the words rolled out of her maw.
Jess turned herself around to look at the bigger fae. Jess knew she looked strange but she also knew that she looked ALOT younger than she really was. Her green eyes sparkled as she held back laughter. This fae really was bigger than her...Like her brothers taught her, It's not how big or strong you are. It's how long you can keep the fight going. She knew that she could probably keep the fight going longer. Probably mind you. Not that she could.
”So! Are you who I need to talk to? Little miss serious Or do I need to wander around a bit more and find me an Alpha?” Her eyes sparkled a bright green. She was a mischievous little wolf and she would admit it to anyone who wanted to know. Whatever rolled out of her maw was what she was thinking. Most the time. She wasn't afraid of the consequences of saying the truth, or what needed to be said. Jess looked at the fae waiting for either her to answer, or an attempt to bite off her head. Which ever one came first. [/blockquote]

Lydia watched the female before her. She was quite the interesting character, what with her funny looking hat and unique way she held her self. That, and the fact she somehow thought she was intimidating. Lydia would reiterate her previously said words to make them a little clearer for the female.
"I never said you were intimidating... I said you were interesting. Quite a large difference in wording, my dear. As for who you need to talk to, I'm merely a member of this pack... You'll need to speak to Kerrigan and Zephora for acceptance." Her voice was smooth as silk and hypnotic in a sense of its own as her body stood unnaturally still, much like the rest of her seemed very unnatural for some reason that no other wolves could ever really figure out. Without even trying, she seemed frightening or intimidating or some other random thing that made others want to shy away from her in most cases. Her very presence would even sometimes send chills and pangs of fear into those who had weaker hearts and little backbone. She gazed at the female before her with her piercing amber eyes... eyes that seemed to look through your very soul into the depths of secrets beheld within the spirit. Waiting patiently for the females response, she was still as a statue, without a single movement to be found on her... an unnatural occurrence in and of itself... she didn't even seem like she was breathing.[/blockquote]

”Ahh, but if I wasn't intimadatin' then why didn' you show yourself to me at firs'? Because you wan't to act all big and bad...” Jess watched her tongue as she censored her words. A little mock wink came from her as she finished this part of the retort. Then she passed by it like it was just a fly on a leaf. “As for you clarifying, Or trying to. I can hear quite well thank ya very much. As for interestin', I know I am and I pride myself in it. Every other wolf in these parts ain't interesting to look at at all for they all match in one way or 'nother. As for me I am differ'nt and catch the eye easier and hold your attention longer.” Jess saw the fae staring at her with emotionless eyes. For any other person those eyes would have been horrified. But, Jess had stared into the eyes of Alphas and felt their hatred for a wolf in their pack. Had felt hate radiate from even the smallest pups, for one thing or another. Some people call her power a gift but she sees it as a curse. Jess stared into the fae's eyes her, herself not moving. Not even her eyes moved as she said this, ”As you can very well see for you are stare in', what by the way ain't polite at all, I have made a prime example out of you.”She let a grin cross her muzzle. ”You ain't took one eye off o' me. Not even long enough to see that there's a crow staring at ya fr'm tha' tree ov'r ther'” Jess nodded to a tree that had fallen on its side where a crow stared at the fae like she had food that she might drop. Jess laughed as she took a step back. She wasn't going to get into a staring contest with a fae that lived here. It just wasn't right. ”So! Where's ya Alphas? Kerrigan and Zephora I think you said their name was?”[/blockquote]

Kalypso flew across the Nigori sky, gazing down on the marshes below. She glided, swooped, and swirled. Her show of acrobatics an interesting sight. A sudden burst of color caught the fae's attention. Peering down, two fae's stood. One was Lydia, her pack mate, but the other was unknown. Perhaps another wolf looking for entry into the ever growing Nigori Pack.
Deciding to greet the new comer, Kalypso swooped down. The fae pulled up at the last second, landing elegantly a few yards off. Her multicolored wings fluttered before tucking close to her sides. The fae shook, straightening her pelt from her joyous flight. After settling, Kalypso padded up to the pair, her paws treading lightly over the marsh.
"Good day, newcomer," Kalypso greeted, bowing her head slightly in hello. "I am Kalypso, a member of the pack. Who might you be?" she asked the fae. Her deep sapphire eyes gazed the fae up and down. She was a rather odd creature. Her coloring by itself was different. Kalypso cocked her head to the side, in curiosity. Well, at least, she seems fun!
Kalypso sat back on her haunches as she called out, "Good day, Lydia. How are you today?"

As Jess waited patiently she felt another wolf coming. Great! Hope they're just as much fun as this one! Jess took another step back from the fae and waited for either the other wolf to show themselves or pass on. Show herself she did! From the sky another fae came down and placed herself in the clearing with them. She spoke to Jess first telling her, her name and asking for hers. A pinch of curiosity squeezed its way around Jess's barrier.
”Ah! So Lydia's her name! You know that she was so busy being rude and hiding that she didn't even tell me her name.” Jess made some tsking sounds with her tongue. ”Yes, Kalypso as you have already seen I am one funny looking character. I guess poor Lydia just couldn't take that in very well...” Jess grinned at the two faes. This was going to be fun. Especially if she got accepted and not killed. Oh joy! The fun she could have, she saw it now. Her emerald eyes flashed towards Kalypso. ”Anywho! I ain't gone be rude like your friend o'er there. My name is Jessica. Most call me Jess. It's easier to remember.” Jess looked over at Lydia. ”Especially if you cant remember your manners. It'll help a lot.”
Jess turned her head to the side. She had never said anything she had regretted so far... And pish posh if she did. They could get over it. The truth stings sometimes. Jess's hat sank a little on her head as she stopped moving. This was going to be another one of those day's she could feel it... A wild grin came across her face as she waited.

Kalypso's once tender smile widened in amusement. Such fiery spirit! Her sapphire blue eyes continued to gaze the new fae up and down. It was true, Jess' did look a bit odd, but Kalypso found the fae's appearance rather fun and exciting. "Yes, Lydia does enjoy toying with other's emotions and feelings, especially at the first meeting," she agreed, as she looked around the area. Lydia still refused to show herself. The fae shook her head. Kalypso said, her smile still wide on her wolf face.
"Anyway, it's a pleasure make your acquaintance, Jess. I apologize for my pack mate's rude manners. I assume you wish entry into the Nigori Marsh Pack?" the fae asked. Kalypso was certain her assumption was right, but it never hurt to ask. The fae had a feeling she was going to get along with Jess rather well. She directed Lydia's attitude right back at her. She hadn't met anyone who had done that on the first meeting. It just showed the Jess was bold and spoke her mind, not holding back a bit.
Kalypso liked that. She liked that alot. Her multicolored tail swished to and fro in curiosity and amusement. Her deep blue gaze scanned the area, still no sign of Lydia. Kali knew she was there, though. Lydia never gave up a fight easily. Or at all for that matter.

Lydia listened to the females remarks to her and just smirked to herself. Did this female really think she could get to her by trying to insult her or get some sort of reaction? Well, Lydia knew and would prove different. She stood unnaturally still as she watched the new fae come in.. one of the newer wolves to the packlands. She flicked her tail in greeting and addressed her first.
"Greetings, Kalypso." Lydia was often a wolf of few words. Not that she didn't have anything to say, it was more or less a preference. The more you said, the more others got to know about you... and Lydia would rather her history not be known to others if she could help it. She turned her gaze back to the female who could easily be annoying to many and spoke.
"One could say you're being equally as rude, my dear." Her voice was smooth and silky, holding its hypnotic tone more than ever at the moment. Lydia held no expression or emotion in her posture or her eyes, like she did so often, as she watched the female before her.
"A word to the wise, Jess, You had better be careful what wolves you cross around here. It could very easily get you killed." She paused for a moment and added a little more extra to that statement. "Or worse..." She smirked slightly, her voice was silky smooth and held no emotion to it, no hints to what she could be hinting at with the last two words... just the usual mysterious and potentially foreboding personality that she always had.
The two females spoke back and forth for a bit and Lydia turned her piercing amber eyes to Kalypso. She mentally shrugged her words off and turned her gaze back to the new female. She continued to look at her, not because of her outward appearance or the silly hat that was upon her head... it was just the way Lydia was... she loved to make other wolves uncomfortable, but she always had good intentions. Her very presence generally made other wolves feel at an unnatural unease, but Lydia didn't let that phase her. She was Lydia... and Lydia was who she was... Sooner or later, however, the wrong wolf may cross her path.. and when that happens, hopefully mercy will be spared on the innocent.

Jess almost laughed as Kalypso agreed with her. Wow, from her own pack mate? This will be fun. Jess swished her tail as she looked at the fae. The assumption of her entry was correct but the smart alec side of her wanted to say " You know what assuming does? It makes an ass out of you and me." But the fae had been nice to her so far so she didn't. Notice so far. Which she didn't think she would.
”Yes I wish to be apart of your pack. Which I have already asked Lydia about but she refuses to answer me when I ask where the Alpha's are.” She smiled sweetly and turned toward Lydia as she spoke to Jess. She felt a low growl choked back in her throat as the fae sent her a "warning" that was more like a threat. Keeping her voice cheery she said.
”How is it being rude when you spoke to me first. Don't even think about saying because I was trespassing because if I wanted to be REALLY rude I would have continued wandering around and not had even tried to notify anyone that I was here. Also, how is it rude if I don't talk to someone I cant see? Ahh, as for the name those who speak first should give their name.” Jess made her smaller body rock solid as she got ready to retort for the next, most threatening part. ”Was that a threat by the way? You can't do any better than that? I have already been through hell and back there is nothing you can do to me that will be worse. I also suggest that if that was a threat that you choose your next words very carefully, Lydia dear. “
Her emerald eyes flashed and her wings looked forbidding and darker. Jess didn't like being threatened. Not at all.

Kalypso looked from one fae to another. Tension was thickening in the air. It caused Kalypso's skin to tingle. "Well, this should be...interesting," she thought, her sapphire eyes glancing this way and that. Her tail swished to and fro, in complete amusement. Finally, a wolfess with enough attitude to stand up against Lydia! Of course, Kalypso had no problem with the fae herself. It just seemed that Lydia enjoyed putting others on edge a bit too much. Since her stay in Nigori, Kalypso found a sort of balance with Lydia. If she didn't mess with Lydia, then Lydia wouldn't mess with her. As simple as that.
The fae allowed herself to nod her head in acknowledgement toward Lydia. She, then, looked back to Jess. "Well, if you wish to see our Alphas, I would be honored to take you to them," Kalypso offered. Her smile still remained, trying to lighten the mood. The hostility seemed to grow at an alarming rate. Kalypso, trying to break the tension, placed her body between the two faes.
"Don't take it personally,"she said, "Lydia does this to every one new to the lands." She looked behind her, shooting and annoyed look in Lydia's direction. This was not the way to greet a new comer. Kalypso decided then that it was important to separate Jess and Lydia. Instead of waiting for Jess' decision from her first offer, she pressed for them to leave now. "Please, follow me. I'll take you to the Alphas of the marsh."

Lydia sneered and actually growled a bit when the female disrespected her... again. She stood, holding herself to her full height and lowered her head menacingly, her eyes sharper and more piercing than ever. They held a sense of malicious intent that would scare even the bravest of wolves. The whole atmosphere changed around her and the area around them seemed to darken as she growled a low, deep and menacing growl. Shadows danced around Lydia as her eyes began to glow eerily in the darkness that was engulfing them.
"Yes, it was a threat... and you'd better not be threatening me... It will be the last thing you do, miss priss. Now, shut your mouth and respect those who are around you. The way I greet loners gives a sense as to what kind of wolf they are, and my dear... You're a stuck up, snobby, wench with a "holier than you" attitude... and I think you need a little sense knocked into you." She was more menacing than ever. Her voice had lost its cool, silky tone and grew with a harsh, ice cold warning. She was done playing around with this wolf and she had made it obvious. For so long had Lydia put up with wolves and their tendencies to try to provoke her, but this female showed no sign of respect for a pack member.
Everything about Lydia grew more menacing than ever, the air around her, her features and even her tone. Any wolf with a right mind would be scared shitless at this point, and even those who had no sense at all. Everything about the atmosphere around them screamed menacing and held the air as if daring the female to try something... say one more word.
"If you are threatening me, my dear, consider it your last." She snarled at her, waiting for the female to make her move. With the look that Lydia had, she seemed even more menacing and scary than ever.

Jess felt the air thicken. She was in for it now. Her little body was no match for that big mass of fae that stood before her. Oh well, she didn't ask for the fight. She gave what the other fae put in and it just so happened to not be respect. Jess felt a push on her mind as she knew that Kalypso was treeing to get her away. Oh, how she wanted to turn around and pretend like this fae was nothing but a waste of her time! It had gone farther than that though... She had been threatened and her pride couldn't take that. It was one of the few things she couldn't handle very well. Pride got in the way... Damn her pride! She always knew it would get her torn to pieces, she just didn't think that today would have been the day.
Jess's wings laid flat on her back and her head was low. Her body was rock solid even though it was small. The only thing she was waiting on was a sign... A signal of sort. That the fae would let her turn, or that the Lydia wanted a fight. The body between them wasn't going to be enough if this broke out. This would begin something that could wind up being bigger than her. Jess would probably be lucky to get out with her life.
"Yes, it was a threat... and you'd better not be threatening me... It will be the last thing you do, miss priss. Now, shut your mouth and respect those who are around you. The way I greet loners gives a sense as to what kind of wolf they are, and my dear... You're a stuck up, snobby, wench with a "holier than you" attitude... and I think you need a little sense knocked into you."
Jess willed her mouth to keep shut as the fae spoke. The air around them became intense and she felt anger creep though her barrier. Crap! If I let this barrier down it will be on... She looked at Kalypso with pleading eyes. She didn't want to hurt an innocent. It wasn't in her to do that. Pride or no pride. It was wrong. Jess's body was shaking for self control. She couldn't hold it much longer... Damn-it! She thought. Let me put this fae in her place! Her jaw muscles were tense and working themselves to stay shut. Her own anger mixed in with that of Lydia were almost sending Jess spiralling out of control. Most of the anger was towards herself though.
Still looking at Kalypso she whispered just audible for the fae, and maybe barely that. ”Too... much... anger. I can't hold it all in...” She struggled to get the words out. It was getting painful to hold up the barrier. She tried to counter it with some happy memories but it didn't work out too well. It just made it a teeny bit worse. Her mind was racing. How could she stop it? Gain control... gain control... Come on Jess work it out... Calm down. Her anger kept boiling. Fuelled by the other faes anger that kept rising and rising... Someone...Anyone... Save me...

"Easy lovies.." soothed the luscious tones of my voice as I now made myself seen. true, it was hard to hide such a large female like myself, especially since I was pure white, but I'd always been pretty good at it. I could hide in plain sight and not have to worry about being seen. I'd been perched high up within a high brushed pine tree, which was rather impressive in itself for I wasn't exactly a small female, but only a little smaller than my handsome mate.
My gaze wandered along to Lydia, my ears slipping into a splay as I looked her in the eye with a light swish of my tail. Despite the fact that she had kept herself hidden, I could feel and figure out exactly where she was through Kerrigan and I's mating bond which in turn gave us the gift to know where our packmates where. My gaze wasn't harsh or overbearing upon the femme, but it gave a silent order. 'Calm yourself, my dear.." Lydia was upset, but sending out a wave of my own energy, I cloaked the three females in a soothing sensation to calm them down. The feeling in itself was warm, comforting to those the three females that it hit. There was no reason why we needed to be breaking down into a fight. Especially upon first meetings.
Unfurling my elegant wings of white I then lofted myself into the air, only to unfurl them fully as I glided on down to the loam to meet this new wolf that had named herself as Jess. I was large, but that didn't mean I was horribly cruel ...until you pissed me off. "Hello lovey. I'm Zephora, Alphess of Nigori Marshland. From what I've seen, you've been trying to find my mate or I. Aye? " I asked curiously, lifting my ears forward into a perk to let her know she held my attention for the time being.
I looked her over for a bit. She was an interesting character, but she liked to retort a bit too much. Lydia's mind games were useful in showing just what kind of wolf a wolf was. Lydia would never attack a wolf unless they showed themselves to be a threat of the pack.. right? I cast my gaze back upon Lydia and smiled to her lightly before looking to Kalypso. "Good hustle in finding her, ladies.” I praised them, soon rocking back upon my paws as I stepped back from Jess. I wasn't sure what to think of her, for I'd seen what she'd done, but then of course, it was understandable to see why she'd reacted how she had. Lydia was Lydia, but then of course, Lydia was one of my favorites in Nigori.
I looked back upon this Jess wolf with a light perk of my brow, my lovely gaze of amber settling back upon her own as I looked down at her. "If it is joining you wish to do, I think we should take a trip to go meet up with my beloved. Then it will be decided. But for now I grant you safety whilst you travel in my presence." I spoke, then turning in the direction that my darling Kerrigan was in.
Stepping forward once, I then cast my head back and parted my jowls only to sing out into the forest for him. "Kerry' dear. We have company. Please join me darling." echoed its sweet message, and before long I'd started walking forward. I glanced back over my shoulder at the females, giving a swish of my tail to tell them to come along. "Come along, my dears. We should at least go meet him halfway." I said, chuckling then as I lead the way. "While we're at it though. Why don't you tell us where you're from, Jess?" I suggested, casting a smile to her.

His response was deep and throaty and accented. Soothing in it's own masculine way. He breathed in deep, finally catching scents. Zephora. Of course. Lydia, Kalypso. So there was another calm one in the group. And a loner female he could scent. And he spotted them soon. He slowed and judging by his knowledge of his pack members he did not move to Zephora's side upon entering the group. He kept his tone neutral, his aura as well. He moved himself to Lydia's flank. His gaze flicked around the circle, bright and intense before her turned his skull to the female who was most unusually but still one he trusted. "Calm yerself, Lydia. No, doonae snap at me," he cautioned, curling his tail calmly. He turned to the others. "Thank ye, Zephora, Kalypso. Please keep 'his new wolf busy fer bu' a moment," he murmured, a easy order that he was sure would be followed. He turned his head, his voice lowering. ”Tell me wha' happene' 'ere." It was a question the others wouldn't hear, but he was sure Lydia would. He wanted her truth, and it wasn't an accusation. He wanted to know what had gone on. [/blockquote][/ul]

Kalypso nodded her head as the Alphess, Zephora entered the small cleared. She let out a small sigh of relief as Zephora sent out a rather soothing feeling. The fae was positive the other two fae felt it too. The hostility seemed to disperse. Kalypso went and sat in between the new comer, Jess, and Zephora. Her deep sapphire eyes switched from each being.
The Alphess' presence was like a calming blanket and Kalypso allowed herself to be wrapped in the warm feeling. She was quite certain that Zephora had sent a call to the Alpha, Kerrigan, and had told him of the pressing situation. Kalypso couldn't help but sigh, once again, in relief. What would have happened if Zephora had not intervened? The fae didn't really want to think on it. She simply knew it would have escalated to the point that one, if not both, wolves were drastically injured.
Kalypso closed her eyes and shook her head. Had the two decided to go ahead and fight, she would have been helpless to stop it. The fae just didn't have the authority to command the two faes to stop and, to be honest, she wasn't strong enough to come between the two. She definitely didn't want to think on it.
She flashed her Alphess a bright, sweet smile. "You have wonderful timing, my Alphess," she said, her relief becoming well known. Not long after her statement, Kerrigan padded into the clearing. If it was even possible, her smile widened. Wonderful, some order! These two could bring peace between anyone, she was sure.

Lydia was just waiting for the female to do something... willing her to do something. She had enough of this wolfs smart aleck comments and snide remarks. If she wasn't going to show the respect deserved when trespassing on another land, Lydia would put her in her place.
Then, Zephora came forward. Lydia calmed slightly at the site of her Alphess and relaxed only a little. She still looked daggers at the female who had insulted her on more than one count and flicked her tail. The darkness that had begun to surround them began to dissipate as she slowly calmed down. She hadn't completely calmed herself because she barely knew Zephora, but she did respect her as an Alphess should be respected.
Kerrigan showed up shortly afterward and that caused her to go even more calm and to finally relax a bit. Her eyes and features were no longer as menacing as they were as she nodded a polite nod to her Alphess and to her Alpha. Kerrigan spoke to her and she rapidly returned to her normal state. Lydia was glaring at the female for a moment longer before turning her head toward Kerrigan to speak in private with him.
"I merely greeted her in my normal fashion and she had the audacity to start insulting me. I put up with it for a while, but it grew to the point where she was getting on my last nerve. I gave her the friendly warning that she should be careful to what wolves she crosses here and she threatened me. Thats when I went on the complete offensive and told her to be careful about threatening me. I said it as a threat, because she had no idea who she was dealing with. Then you and Zephora came in and here we are now." She flicked her tail and allowed her wings to settle to her sides. She was a large wolf, though not nearly as large as Kerrigan by a long shot. She allowed the fur upon her body to settle and fall back into its normal place as the scarf around her neck moved gently around her form. Her eyes were still piercing amber, but they were no longer glowing with the effects they had before. She flicked her tail, then remained still as a statue, most unnaturally, and waited for what was to come next.[/blockquote]
