“oui i have jus reached zem, zee unborn tainted wiz’ mine bloodline does dwell ere” shay closed her eyes as the thoughts of her sister receded into the back of her mind. Shay had been travelling for some time now, the skies smiling down on her golden wings as she soared gracefully through the musk forest air. She was gliding just above Toko Forest, the packlands led by a strange alpha indeed. Shay was never one to willingly plunge into trouble but once again she found herself searching with wide eyes, this was now the third time she had passed through these lands in an unwavering search for a frail thought. A wolf nearby was tainted with her genes and very soon a newborn would be forced to the world.
Shay had plans for this newborn, the grand plan where this infant would be granted a place within the nine would quickly be completed but what she had come here to do was not in any means nice. Her mission in toko was to take a mothers child. Shay shook the unclean thoughts from her head as if they would fly from her ear never to return, it was foolish to be thinking with such sorrow before her first night among the wolves of toko. “now” she pondered “ver might ziss young enfant be?”
Shay sniffed for a trace of her bloodline, the air was thick with its scent but as of yet she could not tell to whom this gift was bestowed so with a meek sigh she tilted her glimmering body into a dive. Pulling her wings in shay plummeted to the earth, twisting her way past the gnarled branches before pulling herself up and lending perfectly on her four, still perfectly clean, paws. “hmm zat was a little dangerous non?” she snickered to herself, the forest was quickly being caressed by night and shay had to squint her currently sapphire blue eyes to see.
Shay muttered quietly under her breath, searching with her eyes for a suitable place to rest the night before noticing the welcoming embraces of an overgrown willow tree. “ziss vill do” she sighed but in less than a second she had stopped, her body motionless. Her ears pricked and twisted, listening for the newcomer she could smell at her heals.
Shay sat, a smile creeping upon her charming features, “hello zer? A can ere’ you but I think zat me’be I should be able to zee you now too non?” shay glanced over her shoulder signaling for whoever was behind her should come out. Her smile grew wider each passing moment. “don’ keepz me vaiting”
