Cindershock sensed a fae walking toward them, just before she actually did. The femmes eyes opened wide at her slowness, normally she would have smelled a wolf from farther away, especially one that did not smell of Fukai. Her red head titled to the side as she studied the wolfess.
She smelled ash, and fire, and the femme introduced herself as Keith, and that she was made of fire, her blood was molten lava, she said. Very odd if you had asked Cinder. She sniffed the air again, distastefully and watched as Riptide quickly became smitten with Keith.
Her eyes narrowed as Keith spoke to her, and not Zephyr, most wolves would address the alpha, not the alphess. If she knew anything about the pack, then Cinder would have understood, but Keith had never been in Fukai, so she would not know that Cinder was alphess before Zephyr became alpha.
She rolled her eyes at the females words, that she would murder us all in our sleep. With Zephyr, and I watching over the pack she could do nothing, and Cinder knew she was just kidding. She nodded her head along with her words as she spoke them "You may join the pack, if Zephyr has no disagreements?" She asked her mate while giving him a loving nuzzle.
Her violent purple eyes frightened some upon first seeing them, but if the female was frightened she saw no sign of it. Her thoughts raced as she tried to make sense of what Riptide was feeling, and why the femme would lead him on. She didn't seem to want to be with the brute, but she hoped for Tide's sake that she did, he always seemed so happy, but if you looked into his eyes you could see a little bit of loneliness, or so she thought. For all she knew it could have been her imagination.

Kei only now saw the strange tint in Cindershocks eyes. Kei had never seen anything so beatifull and sinister at the same time, besides herself, this was quite a relief to her. This pack seemed as strange as she was, maybe not as dark but it was still more then she could have asked for. Kei smiled gently at hearing Cinders words, not an evil smile but friendly as simple as that.
In truth kei was quite glad to be able to call somewhere home but also afraid of what they where to expect of her. Cinder herself despite her welcome seemed to have distrust in her gleaming purple eyes. Kei couldn’t be sure but it seemed that way. Kei grinned up at the Alpha Zephyr knowing he wouldn’t say no but not waiting for his answer. Its not that she where being impolite or disrespectful but she didn’t want to hear this wolf speak. Nor see him or even acknowledge his existence.
This alpha seemed so familiar, it sent a slight tinge of pain through her heart…
Kei turned away slightly to face Riptide, whom was still staring at her like a love struck doe, and tilted her head to one side “Riptide, may I ask where you achieved your name?” It had been bothering kei, she felt uncomfortable being so close to a wolf that sounded like death in her ears. Fire and water quite simply don’t mix! She smirked at the thoughts of being “Extinguished” but quickly settled. She had only known this wolf a few moments and yes she knew it silly and ludicrous but his voice was comforting to her.

((OOC: I hope you don't mind that I joined with Haven. If he's not welcome, just ignore the post. Haha!)) Silence. For the first time in ages, there was silence in Haven's head. No thoughts from any other wolves. Blank. Just his own stupid thoughts to protrude in the awful silence in his mind. How odd was it that he had heard the thoughts of every pack member, grown to hate it, and now that he had figured out how to block the words, he actually missed them? Oh course, he could always just drop the barrier... but now he felt dirty when he thought about it. For so long, he had no choice when it came to hearing others, now he had that choice. He had given those their privacy.... and now he missed it. Alright, so maybe he was more like his awful father than he thought.
Standing at the tops of the falls, Haven glanced down over the lands. His bright crimson eyes scanned the horizon. Inhaling deeply, he caught the scent of a new wolf and the alphen pair. Along with another brute... ah, Riptide. That's who it was. Standing tall, Haven extended his wings, waiting for the oppertune time to join them. His massive size could easily be seen on top of the falls. His bright blue flamed paws stood out against his cream colored fur. His blood colored eyes stood out even more. Gah, he hated those things. They scared everyone, he was sure of it.
Watching slyly and dropping his mental guard, Haven dropped from the falls, catching an updraft and soaring over to the wolves on the outskirts of the lands. For his massive size, he actually landed delicately behind the five wolves present. Or rather, the four wolves, and one ass. He mentally laughed at the thought before clearing his throat, allowing himself to be known to the others. He bowed respectfully toward Cinder and Zephyr, his alphas, before walking gracefully and dominately toward all of them.
He took in the appearance of the fae that he hadn't quite recognized. She seemed off. Slightly uncomfortable, actually. Cocking a brow and looking at her with his crimson eyes, Haven nodded in acknowledgement softly. There was more to her than she was letting on. He was pretty sure Cinder felt it as well. Then again, he had no room to judge. His father was Lucid, for heaven's sake.
Easily being the largest wolf here, he took a few steps toward the situation that had originally got his attentention. "Zephyr, my Alpha, may I be of assistance?" He stood next to the pile of boulders and looked at the brute who was currently in a rather off predicament. Poor fellow.... Haven glanced over his shoulder toward the love drunk Riptide. Smirking casually toward the brute, he chuckled lightly, "Hey there, Tide. You better watch yourself with her." He quickly eyed the fae, "She looks like she could kick your ass." With a playful grin, he smirked. He was joking completely, oh course. Riptide would know this, hopefully. Plus, Haven's voice was fun loving to top it off. Tide was a bud of his. If there was a fae he wanted, Haven would help him out. Even if it were with stupid sarcastic remarks.

Keith stared dumbstruck at the wolf who had so gracefully soared down to greet the odd group. He was amazing, spectacular. Wonderful! This wolf was massive and as he stared down he looked godlike in Keis eyes. This was a wolf more fitting for alpha not the wolf whom she almost feared.
She smiled slightly but she was more than positive she looked like an idiot so after shaking her head slightly she opened her mouth to speak, unfortunately the God had beaten her too it. "Zephyr, my Alpha, may I be of assistance?" He stared back at Tide with a slight grin before speaking again "Hey there, Tide. You better watch yourself with her." He quickly eyed Keith and she suddenly felt like a pup again, "She looks like she could kick your ass." Keith snickered slightly at the thought but unfortunately she knew this where true.
She knew she could kill all these wolves in the blink of an eye but she found even the thought of it slightly depressing. Kei grinned up at the handsome beast with respect glinting in her black eyes. “Im keith!” she stuttered slightly, not out of a fondness for the wolf but more out of a memory. He seemed familiar too but not like Zephyr… More… something. To be truthful if she where to gaze on any of these wolves with adoring eyes it would be the idiot Tide. Cute as he was. She had completely forgotten about the question she just asked tide and was happily staring at the new wolf, like a child who had caught their first rabbit.
“can I ask your name sir, if it is not rude of me to ask” she grinned then almost like she had become a different wolf a sinister and threatening glance settled in her eyes. She now seemed malicious and dangerous as she eyed this wolf, she didn’t even notice the abrupt change other then the smoke that now sifted and swirled from her maw.

Zephyr gave Cinder a goofy smile, padding over to her so that he could nuzzle her lovingly, pushing his nose against her soft fur, drinking in her pure scent. He inhaled deeply, and sighed in relief as her scent sent his mind rocketing.
"I love you..." He whispered into her fur, before he turned back to Keith, smiling at her with pride and joy. He was more than happy for new members, the larger the pack was the more family they would have, and the better in turn they would become at looking after each other. Already Keith seemed to be makin friends, having conversed with Riptide and already gotten Grim out of his rabbit hole.
"I have nothing against Keith joining our little family" He said quietly.
"Welcome to the pack Keith" He stated, louder so that all could hear. In his mind, she was an official part of the family now. A small worry niggled in the back of his mind, that some of his packmembers had not yet met each other, but all would be sorted when they met together. He and Cinder would arrange a packmeet, and then everyone could get properly aquainted. He smiled inwardly at the thought.
A few moments before he arrived, Zeph scented Haven entering the area, so he gave a soft chuckle when the younger wolf landed gracefully, almost silently behind them.
"Good day Haven. I think Keith sorted everything out for poor Grim, maybe you could douse him down a bit? He might be a bit hot" He said, chuckling lightly. He indicated Grim, sprawled out on the floor, little wisps of smoke emanating from his body. It was true he was unharmed from the fire blast, but he might have been a little hot anyway.
"We have two new members it seems. I am right in assuming so Grim?" He directed his last statement to the large blue wolf, cocking his head to the side questioningly.

Riptide noticed Kei look at him and she lowered her voice, so that only he heard what she was about to say. "Not to seem impolite sir, but why do you welcome me so willingly? For all you know I could be a monster waiting to slaughter you in your sleep and still you wish me to stay? I don't even smell wolf and your standing there sniffing the air like some sort of perfume." Riptide was wasn't surprised at her question, and she even looked slightly intimidated. While he was trying to gather his thought she spoke once more. "Why is this?"
Riptide couldn't come up with an answer right off the top of his head. He stared at her for a few more seconds looking dumbfounded, then he looked away. With all the other wolves around he seemed under pressure, but he took a deep breath, lowered his voice, turned his head back to her, and spoke softly. "Your right, for all I know you could kill me in one swipe, along with all these other wolves, but beneath your fire, I know there can be something good." He hoped he didn't sound too desperate. Then his voice became more playful. "But hey, what do I know? I just met you, and you just met me. It probably sounds weird hearing something like that coming from a wolf like me." Riptide let a smile cross his face.
Riptide turned his attention to the leaders of his pack. First, Cinder agreed to accept Kei into the pack, then Zephyr. Riptide's face brightened up. He turned his head to look a Kei. "Now what'd I say," he started playfully "I knew they would accept you into the pack."
He notice Kei look toward the Alpha, Zephyr. She was looking at him like she was part of her history. 'I wonder why she's looking at him like that...?' Riptide was lost in thought until Kei snapped him out of it. He heard her voice. “Riptide, may I ask where you achieved your name?” He looked at her in sight surprise, and thought. 'No one has ever asked me that before.' It took him a few seconds until he respond. "Well Kei, when I was a pup I used to love to play in the water." With the thoughts of him in his old home, with his mom and dad, and little sister Isa, he shuddered. Bringing back memories of the blood splattered across the walls of the cave. Riptide quickly pushed the thoughts our of his head, coming back to the present.
He lifted his nose into the air scenting another wolf approaching, it was Haven. In spite of his massive size, he flew with grace, and landed beside Zephyr without a sound. Even though Riptide has met the brute before, he had never seen him fly. He always thought that Haven wouldn't be as graceful, but Tide was proved wrong. He heard him speak. "Zephyr, my Alpha, may I be of assistance?" Riptide looked around to see if we needed any more help, but he spotted none, even though the question wasn't directed towards him.
Riptide noticed the big brute lean towards him, Haven gave a slight snicker. "Hey there, Tide. You better watch yourself with her." Haven quickly eyed the fae. "She looks like she could kick you ass." Riptide gave out a small snicker too, but he already got a glimps of what she could do. She cleared the rocks off of Grim like it was nothing. Personally Riptide would never want to meet Kei in battle. He shuddered at the thought of how far her powers reached. He took a deep breath and relaxed, Tide heard her inroduce her self to Haven.
