The last few months had been rather tiring for Ysengrim. Trudging through woods, swamps, and other places he'd only ever heard of had taken it's toll on the blue-furred brute. His once well kept coat looked almost mangy, a small twig sticking out here and there from his now-shedding winter coat. His fluffy coat only helped make Ysengrim seem even more colossal; the 190 pound wolf was a rather chubby canine, standing at almost 4 feet. A testament to his ability to hunt small game, even through the harshest legs of his aimless journey, he never found himself hungry...on the contrary, he'd actually gained a few pounds, if that was even possible.
But now, here Ysengrim finally was, in what seemed like paradise. A wooded area with birds chirping, sun beaming down through the canopy, and the distant roar of a waterfall. The scent of many creatures was all around him, not least of which was the smell of fellow wolves. "This is the place." the wolf said softly to himself, "Heres hoping the pack here is as welcoming as I think they are..." The tubby lupine made his way through the woods, and finally emerged, orbs gazing upon the signature wateralls. "My Gods," he thought, "It's beautiful...no doubt the pack makes it's home there, though...best not to waltz in through the front door...best to just find a place to rest, and let them find me."
It wasn't long before he could make out the individual openings of the rock face not far from the falls, his tail wagging happily. "Surely one of these will be nice and roomy." Ysengrim thought to himself with a grin. Suddenly, he saw movement from the corner of his eye, his thoughts vanishing. Lowering his bulk to the ground as best he could, he squinted, trying to make out the source of the disturbance. Two long ears peeked up from a small tuff of grass, Ysen's stomach rumbling softly. "Rabbit..." he thought to himself, licking his lips. He hadn't eaten in a whooping 12 hours, and was rather ravenous. Unable to contain himself, forgetting he was still an uninvited presence on these packlands, the gluttonous Ysengrim bolted after the rabbit.
It seemed the sight of what would have seemed a big, blue bolder rushing him caused the rabbit to freeze in terror...or perhaps awe. At the last moment, however, it leaped to the left, leaving Ysengrim's maw to snap at thin air. Skidding ungracefully to a halt, Ysengrim dashed back for the rabbit, quickly catching up to it. The terrified lapine sprinted for one of the small openings in the cave, leaping at the last moments, the ravenous wolf lunging for him, maw opened wide....
Ysengrim gave loud yelp as he suddenly came to a stop, his maw snapping shut, darkness enveloping him. "What the hell just happened?" he thought to himself, whimpering softly when he realized he'd only managed to snap a small tuff off the bunn. A few moments passed, and the somewhat slow witted wolf started to piece the situation together. "I was chasing the rabbit...rabbit jumped into den...I followed.." he murmered to himself, his eyesight finally getting adjusted to the darkness around him. "Aha! I'm in the rabbit's den!" he exclaimed, feeling rather proud of himself. He could see now that the den was actually surprisingly large as well...a perfect den for him to take refuge in, actually. He took a step forward to enter, but the wolf didn't move.
"Hmm?" he murmured, looking back...and then it hit him like a sack of hammers. The entrance to the den was much too small for a wolf as rotund as he...he was wedged halfway in, his large hindquarter's sticking out of the rock face! Ysengrim placed a paw on his face and moaned. Here he was, hopelessly stuck in a small hole in the middle of nowhere, his butt sticking out for all to see...and a no-doubt smug rabbit snickering to himself.
"Why does this always have to happen to me?" the wedged wolf whimpered, placing his head upon his crossed forepaws.

His nose twitched that way it always did when he sensed a new arrival in the packlands. His packlands, he had to correct himself again. Givign a small smile, he stood from his lookout spot, the usual place above the falls where he sat to think and ponder and look out for enemies or friends that may wander by. With a swift swish of his tail, he unfurled his wings and took to the sky, leaping from the waterfall before the powerful strokes of his wings brought him back up towards the clouds.
He closed his eyes for a brief moment, simply feeling the undercurrents and the draughts blowing past his fur. His tail acted as a sort of rudder, steering him in the right direction, and he tucked his paws in neatly, to increase his speed.
Soon enough he was hovering over the packlands where he scented the new wolf. Swooping down, he glided the last few feet before touching down with the grace not seen in a wolf hise size and density. His nose tested the air as well, and his senses told him it was a brute straying across his lands.
Another fine, strong addition to the team, by the scent of him this fellow had eaten well. He gave a grin to a nearby trickle of stream, where a golden wolf grinned back at him, and started towards the centre of the scent. However, something stopped him. And this something happened to be a rather larger, blue rump sticking out of an undersized rabbit den.
Zephyr chuckled, apparently this was the brute in question, and padded over carefully. He knelt down, dipping his head curiously before asking - not meaning to surprise the brute -
"A bit stuck there?"

Ysengrim had been wedged in the small opening for a few minutes now, grumbling softly to himself. The big surprise was how large the den was on the inside, as compared to the ridiculously tiny (at least to him) entrance. Every now and again that damned rabbit hopped over into the wolf's view, stared at him, then hoped off. "Oh, just you wait bunny," the wedged wolf murmured, eyes narrowed, "Just you wait."
Suddenly, a voice from behind him gave him a start. Ysen lifted his head, and promptly yelped, cursing through his teeth as he smacked his cranium against the roof of the tunnel. Gaining a little composure, he cleared his throat and replied.
"Y-yeah, just a bit...I was, uh...chasing a rabbit, and wound up in here...I don't think I can get out though...mu shoulders a pretty jammed in here."
Ysengrim gave his hind legs a little kick, as they were too raised to touch the ground, dangling from the rock face along with his behind. He had no idea the one behind him was the alpha of the pack, or else he might not of suggested his next plan, due to what was involved.
"Uhh, it's pretty big in here though...you mind pushing or something?" he called back. He glanced over at that rabbit, who was still sitting there, looking at him...mocking him. "Your time's almost up, bunny..." he thought, licking his lips. That rabbit would be his, one way or another.

Zephyr rolled his eyes a little at the sorry sight before him yet he listened to the brute's plan, nodding every now and then to himself. Chewing his lip thoughtfully, he eyes the situtation up, and he saw no other way. He would have to give the wolf a hand. He was well and truly stuck and if the Rabbit den was any smaller on the other side then he'd have trouble even getting his head out.
He chuckled heartily at the comical sight of the wolf's back legs flailing about wildly, trying and failing to catch a grip on something. Zephyr nodded, and called out to the brute to stop squirming gently. He lowered himself down, pushing his shoulder against the rockface, his muzzle set in a look of determination. He gave a deep breath, and heaved, putting all his weight to pushing some of the rocks away from the wolf's trapped body. It was a little airtight, but he started to feel one of the rocks give way. He gave a yip of happiness and shoved again, his tail wagging slightly. What a dilemma, though he tried to ignore the waggling butt of the wolf so near to his face, he grimaced a little as he shoved the rock away a bit.
"Almost there" He mumbled, gritting his teeth before giving it one last, hearty shove. A few beads of sweat trickled from his forehead and down his muzzle, landing with a soft plop upon the floor.

The wolf eyed the rabbit, giving a soft growl towards it, even though the lapine knew it was in no danger of the wolf...yet. A few moments past before Ysengrim realized what the wolf outside was doing, hearing a rock clatter down behind him. "Ah, a good plan!" he thought to himself, Hopefully I'll be able to get out of here after a couple more of those stones get moved!"
Unbenouced to them, however, hidden under the numerous stones and rubble, the den's narrow entrance consisted of two gigantic boulders resting against each other, the narrow gap where Ysengrim was wedged being the small gap underneath the point of contact. As the large rock Zephyr was shoving against finally rolled down the ledge, it would have become obvious to the alpha that the rock face had a solid grip around the rotund wolf.
Ysengrim was blissfully unaware of this development, and was eying up the rabbit, who still sat there, mocking him. "I think I'll eat those little ears of yours first..mmm..." he thought to himself, his tail wagging about happily behind him, no doubt giving the alpha something to ponder about behind him.

Riptide heard rocks tumbling from further off in the distance, and he decided to go and inspect what was happening. He lifted his head up and scented the air, the wind carried a new and different smell. Luckly he was downwind from the wolf, so if it was an intruder Riptide would have the advantage. He took in another breath and scented another wolf from his Pack. 'Oh good,' he thought 'we already have someone dealing with the problem, but which wolf?' He scented the air again 'Even better! It's Zephyr, he should have things under controll, but I'll go see what's happening.'
Riptide padded on quietly through the undergrowth, and the scents got stronger. He peered through the trees and spotted Zephyr helping a wolf get unstuck from underneath some rocks. The unknown brute was blue and he had a scent coming from him that didn't smell hostile. He spotted a rabbit staring at the brute that was stuck, almost seeming to be mocking him. 'What has this wolf gotten himself into?' Riptide let out smirk cross his face.
He padded fowards deciding to help Zephyr out instead of leaving him in the dust. He looked at the big pile of rocks that stacked on top of the blue brute. "Hello Zephyr," Riptide said nodding towards him. He loked down at the male, "Hello there," Riptide said in acheerfull manor. "now, what have you gotten yourself into?" he asked Riptide. He started to pull off some of the smaller rocks and eventually moving up to the bigger ones. "Wow," Riptide began "this may be a while until we get you out of this mess. By the way my name's Riptide, what's yours?" He asked pleasently.

Ysengrim was starting to realize this wasn't going to be as quick a rescue as he'd thought originally. Greunting loudly as he tried to pull himself farther into the den, he froze, hearing yet another voice behind him. It sounded friendly enough, though, and judging from the sounds of rocks clattering against each other, whoever it was was helping. "Eheh...I got myself in a bit of a jam here chasing a rabbit..." Ysengrim replied, his tail tucked sheepishly between his legs. "A pleasure to meet you Riptide...I'm, uhh...afraid I can't meet you face to face at the moment...you'll have to make do with my posterior, I'm afraid.....the name is Ysengrim" His tail was wagging slightly, happy to have another set of paws aiding in his rescue...although judging from their tones, it wasn't going well.
"Hey, I have an idea!" Ysengrim yipped suddenly after a few more moments of staring at the rabbit, "If you two can stuff me into the den, I can help move the rocks too!"
"And get that cocky rabbit" he added softly to himself. licking his lips. He wasn't too keen on having strangers shoving on his backside, but at this point, he was desperate to get out of this infernal hole...and get a snack.

Riptide let out a small bark of amusement as the brute told him his situation. "It's nice to meet you Ysengrim. Do you ming if I could call you Grim?" He began, then quckily added "Well, you know...if you don't mind. And I do have to agree with you, It would have been nice if we could of met in a different fashion." Riptide smiled and started to laugh. He quit laughing for the time being and listened to what the blue wolf had to say. "You want me to do what now?"He asked stunned.
"Are you sure you want to go through with this?" Riptide called to Ysengrim. He put his two front paws on Ysengrims hindquarters and pushed. "Umm...it's kind of a tight squeeze don't yout think?" Asked Riptide as he continued to try to push Ysengrm through the rocks. 'This is a little weird,' He was thinking to himself 'but I have to admit if I was in a situation like this...well...I would try my damnedest to get out of it.' Riptide let another smile cross his face thinking about how he would fell if this had happened to him.
Riptide kept pushing the brute through the rock, but trying not to hurt him. He felt something move. "Hey I think your plan's working!" He called out to the brute.

Cindershock ran through the forest surrounding the Fukai Waterfalls, her wings outsrtetched, wanting to lift her into flight. She lowered her body low to the ground as she ran at top speed, making herself smaller, and what she thought, faster. She sniffed the air and smelled the scent of her mate, and Riptide, a new wolf to the family. She slowed her pace, and took one last sniff, not recognizing the third an final scent of another wolf. Cinder howled her presence making herself known to the three brutes in her territory. A loving note broke through it, making it's way to Zeph. She blushed and hoped no one but Zeph could detect it. A red wolf trotted to the scene where her mate, and a new member of her pack stood. All trying to get one, rather large wolf out of a predicament. Cindershock giggled a his misfortune and pranced up to her Zephy. "Hey Zeph" She nuzzled his sweaty golden side. He had probably been at this for a while. The alphess looked down the mountain of rocks to where the large wolf lay, looking quite upset, if you asked her. She ran down, and landed right in front of the brute. She heard Tide ask him his name, and came to know him as Grim, as Tide did. "Hello, Grim, I am Cindershock, alphess" She grinned proudly, "You probably already know my mate Zephyr." She smiled lovingly up at him and looked back to Grim embarrased. "It seems you have gotten yourself stuck." She laughed once more. "I could ry to use my telekinisis to get you into the cave, if you'd like, or I could lift rocks?" She demonstrated her power by lifteing a preticularly heavy rock away, near Zeph.

Zephyr sighed, and muttered a hushed curse in aggrivation after he lifted the first rock. It was idiotic. The brute had gotten himself wedged between the two largest rocks in the rockface. If either of those were moved, the entire structure was likely to come down, crushing the brute. He shivered at the thought and sat up, frowning at the puzzle before him.
His nose twitched absent-mindedly, but he paid it no heed, until he noticed a recognisable scent and grinned. Riptide was on his way, no doubt curious about the new wolf's scent. Soon enough, the other brute came loping across the forest to stand beside him. Zephyr gave Riptide a grin with a helpless look, one that sort of said 'help me get this idiot out' before greeting him, dipping his head as he normally would.
"Hey Tide. Hope you're not too busy to give us a hand" He said laughingly, before looking back at the suspended posterior, wiggling before him.
Another scent wafted across his nose, accompanied with the sweet note of a howl and he smiled goofily, his eyelids lowering a little. His heart leapt happily in his chest and he whimpered a little. Cindershock, his darling mate was on her way. What a dilemma this was turning out to be! Soon the whole pack would have met this single brute's derrierre before they met muzzle to muzzle!
She entered, gracefully, the way she walked you would have thought she glided, and gave the brute's rump the same odd look he himself had given it, and Riptide after him. Zephyr turned back to the brute after hearing Cinder introduce himself, before his eyes widened and he mentally facepalmed.
"I'm so sorry, I never introduced myself. I am Zephyr, Alpha of Fukai Waterfall and mate of the lovely Cindershock" He said to the wiggling rear, and even then a note of love entered his voice upon mentioning his mates name. He turned to gaze at her, giving her a wistful smile as she helped them by moving rocks.
"Okay then, here we go" He started, grimacing a little as he placed his paws just above the brute's tail, shoving with all his might, feeling - as Riptide have - something give way a little.

Ysengrim gave a shake of his head and smiled softly as Riptide introduced himself. "No, not at all," he called back, his tail wagging a bit, "I don't mind if you call me Grim." It was odd how cheerful he was, considering his situation. In actuality, Ysengrim was really relieved that the residents of this land seemed to be so friendly. He had met other packs that would have gladly made a snack out of him on the spot if they'd found him trespassing. And in a situation like he was in, he wouldn't be able to escape...
The pudgy wolf shuttered at the thought, then threw the mental images from his head. He quickly realized he was being pushed! Riptide's paws were pressing against his rear end, sinking a bit against the soft flesh. Trying to be helpful, the wedged wolf dragged his paws against the tunnel floor, trying to find any kind of purchase...but it was much too smooth to get any sort of grip. At least, there was a small sign of progress, the wolf's bulk giving a few centimeters into the hole. "I-It's working!" the wolf yelped happily, looking over to the rabbit, whom suddenly seemed a bit nervous.
"Your days are numbered, little friend." he thought with a sinister grin (that only made the wolf's front half look even more silly). Ysengrim's thoughts of how best to extract his revenge were interupted, however, upon hearing a confident, yet very kind sounding female voice behind him. The voice introduced herself as Cindershock, the alphess of the Fukai Fall's pack. "Wonderful," he thought to himself, realizing he had a bit of a crowd forming behind him, "Most of the pack, including the two leaders, are introduced first to my ass..." The wolf called back "Yeah...I got myself in a tight situation here." he replied back to Cindershock, not intending for the pun, "It's an honour to meet you! And yes, I've met...Zephyr?" he added, pausing a moment as he realized he hadn't known the alpha wolf's name.
At the mention of telekinesis, Mawgrim paused. "Tela-kah....wha?" he muttered, having no idea what she meant, not seeing the rock behind him float off and set down next to Tio, as his entire front half was enclosed in the den.
Ysen gave a loud grunt as he then felt Tio's paws on his rear, just above Riptide's. His legs were splayed out now, the hole almost covered in the bunched-up rolls of blue-furred flab as two full sized wolves shoved at him. "MRRRFFFF!" the flabby wolf grunted loudly, gritting his teeth and dragging his paws against the ground. There was a bit of progress being made...but the going was rather slow.

Zephyr gave a loud sigh, not out of impatience but out of the pure effort involved in getting this chubby wolf's front-quarters out of the hole he had fallen into. He huffed a little, thinking how silly they must all look, piled against Ysengrims flank, trying in vain to un-wedge him from the rockface. Still, with the determination of a stubborn bison trying to chase down that final lone coyote, he pressed on, pausing every now and then to lick sweat off his muzzle with a sly tongue.
He gave his mate a shy, thankful glance at her help in her telekinesis, though he wasn't looking properly at what he was doing, because something in front of him suddenly gave way - though whether it was Ysengrim or more rubble he could not tell - as the movement and sudden lack of support cracked his head against the rockface.
For a long few moments, stars danced about his head before he blinked them fervently away. Free from his momentary concussion, Zephyr took a step back to analyze the situation, frowning once more at the blue wolf's hindquarters.
It seemed that they would need more help in freeing Ysengrim from his current state. A part of him chuckled at the thought of Ysengrim's butt meeting most of the pack before he himself got to, face to face, but that was how things were unfortunately. He threw back his head and let loose a rippling howl that called the members of his pack to him.

=Keith Reyco= Keith smiled to herself, her long fiery red fur shimmered slightly in the cooling breeze forming a silk like drape around her beautiful body. The lands around her where almost perfect in her slowly yellowing eyes and although she had seen but a small part of the lush yet eerie landscape she had a strange feeling deep within her burning heart. This forest would become her home and her sanctuary far away from the prying eyes of other wolves. She drifted slowly like a burning ghost, each step precise and almost non-existent. She appeared to be gliding along with nothing to hinder her path, not the gnarled roots nor the low hanging branches. She was truly a work of art.
She had been peacefully searching for a enclosed place to rest when the thick stench of alpha wolf burnt her gentle nose, her eyes watered uncomfortably for several moments. Kai stared distant mindedly towards the point of the scent, it was not just alpha to curse her presence but alphess and pack members as well. If she had of known there would be other wolves she might not have stayed for such a long time, although it was childish of her to think she would be alone in such a beautiful place. Kai raised her head, her pointed ears swiveling upon her dome. “Time to say hello” she snickered softly to herself before padding her way towards the wolves.
She hadn’t been walking long before the group greeted her eyes and it was not the alpha she saw first, nor his mate but rather the large blue backside sticking firmly out of the rocky rabbit burrow. Kai suppressed a laugh and began slinky curiously around the group far out of view, they would have noticed her earlier if it had not been for the fact she never smelt like wolf, just dust and ash.
Two small white rabbits sat among the roots of an aging tree, clearly waiting for some un-expectant surprise, kei grinned slyly before creeping beside the two “hello” she whispered, the two jumped horrified then slinked beneath a large thick root, cornering themselves “your friend is in there right?” kei snickered [colourr=Yellow]“don’t worry I won’t let the big oaf hurt him” she gave the rabbits a soft smile before finally approaching the group.
“Excuse me? But I couldn’t help noticing that you may… require assistance?” kei lowered her head in respect “I’m sure I could be quite helpful” kei snickered demonically and anyone would easily tell she was going to have some fun with the situation, of course it would technically be “help” just… amusing help…

At the sight of the femme walking around to meet them, Zephyr gave a start, blinking stupidly, at first thinking she was some sort of out of breath enduced illusion. He had not scented a new wolf enter his packlands, and for a moment he also feared he was losing his sense of smell. The distinct aromas of any female should have alerted him to her presence, though, he though with a smile, no aroma could hope to match the subtle tones that emanated from his sweet Cindershock. He guessed it was the same for all mates. Still, he couldn't help but feel that way. She was his world.
He brought his thoughts back full circle to this new fae that presented herself before them. Now he tested the air, she scented slightly of ash and burnt coals. Odd. However like all others she saw some amusement in poor Grim's situation, and he couldn't fault her for that. The azure rump that floated suspended between two large rocks was a sight to see. He smiled warmyl at the fae.
"Yes, a bit of help would be greatly appreciated. I am Zephyr, Alpha of Fukai Waterfall and this is Cindershock, my mate. I'm sorry if I seem rude, but I did not scent you entering our lands. Why is that? You don't seem to smell of any wolf I have encountered before" He spoked clearly, his voice authoritative, in truth he was a little unnerved at the fact she could simply walk in here unscented, and unmarked.

Kei smirked to herself, the alpha seemed slightly surprised at the wolf standing before him. This was good... Fun... although she was unsure of what to say in response to his question. Eventually she brought herself to sit, wrapping her tails gently around her before turning to Cindershock
"Lovely to meet you" she bowed her head slightly before peeking up at the alpha with her favorite sinister glance. "That sir, is difficult to answer, it is true I do not smell as I should but it is also true that I am not truly wolf at heart" Keith laughed maliciously at her joke before answering the alphas question up front. "My heart is simply fire as is the blood that should run through my veins. I am, more or less, just a flame. She exposed her burning ember teeth in a devilish grin before her eyes set upon the alphas wings…
Sadness quickly replaced her smug expression but she didn’t understand why… she quickly turned away to stare at the large blue behind sticking out its greeting. “Well… I suppose I should start helping” her tone seemed almost emotionless but soon a gentle grin creased her features.
Kei stood slowly then with a soft wumph flames began escaping from the wolves’ tunnel. Within moments the wolf had been forced out and thrown through the air. Kei turned back to the alpha before her tingling violent laugh echoed around her. “There we go, and not a burn on him!”

Riptide tried to push on Grim's hindquaters a little harder, but he couldn't get the plump wolf to budge. He gave up his efforts as Cinder used her telekinisis to move some of the larger rocks that pinned Grim to the ground. Riptide let out a small chuckle from the brutes joke. "I have to agree with you Grim," he responded loud enough for the rest of the wolves to hear. "I would have much rather met you face to face, than face to ass."
Riptide lightly jumped on top of the pile and started to kick off the blouders. He was careful about where he kicked them, not wanting to pelt his pack members with flying rocks. He had noticed that a rock had hit Zephyr on the head, slightly confusing him. Riptide had hoped that it wasn't his fault.
All of a sudden Riptide stopped kicking the rocks off of the pile, and a smell of dust and ash filled his nostrils. 'What could that possibly be?' He questioed before seeing a beautiful fea step out from behind the bushes. Riptide almost lost his balence atop the rocks. He quickly regained his balance and slided down the pile. He looked towards Zephyr who seemed to be suprised that he hadn't noticed the wild fae's arrival. Riptide watched in amazement as she walked over to the alpha, said her hello's, and then lifted the massive pile of rocks right off of Grim.
Riptide padded up to the fae, an awkward smile crossed his face. "He... hello." He studdered shyly, then quickly clearing his throat and sitting upright "my name's Riptide, and welcome to the Fukai Waterfall packlands!" He knew he sounded stupid, but he could never find the right words to say, especially to some-wolf he has already fallen head-over-paws for.

It wasn’t the alpha that had intimidated her, no quite the contrary. It was the wolf that stood goofishly staring at her not to far away. She only glanced at him briefly before attending to the large butt sticking out amongst the rocks. The wolf soon began making his was over, a dumb looking smile across his cute features. "He... hello." He stuttered, Kei smiled back before allowing the wolf to continue "my name's Riptide, and welcome to the Fukai Waterfall packlands!" It was clear in everything Keith saw, this silly little wolf had already fallen for her. What a joke. Either way kei turned her head down slightly, ignoring the wolf she had just thrown across the landscape, and smiled her most evil of smiles.
It was true she did think this wolf handsome but she doubted she could ever mimic his emotions. Although… she sized him up quickly, he was well built that was for sure… “hello Riptide” she bowed her head ever so slightly before continuing
“my name is Keith and it is lovely to meet you” Kei began moving toward the wolf before slowly slinking around him, she knew that any sane wolf would know she was toying with him but for now this little “Riptide” looked completely ignorant. She wrapped her tail slightly around his back leg before abruptly turning right back to the alpha as though Riptide had never even spoken.
“I seek to join you, I have been alone for some time now and I must say this life does not suit me”… She smiled gently to show she meant no harm to any of the members of his pack before continuing. “if you would accept me I would be most grateful” she tilted her head back slightly to glance at Riptide over her shoulder. His eyes glowed an eerie blue and Kei found herself quickly turning away. She doubted she could suppress the awkwardness in her tone “If it’s ok with you Cindershock” She grinned shyly willing herself not to look back at the silly male again.

Riptide noticed the evil smile that came cross her face. Even though it was quite menicing looking, he still thought it brought out her character. He smiled back, but this time it was less stupid. He noticed the fae scanning over him, then she finally spoke. "Hello Riptide" The way she said his name was like a symphony flowing through his ears. Even when she said her name it was like soft flowing music.
Riptide noticed Keith slowly slinking towards him. He breathed in her scent, even though it consisted of dust and ashes, it smelled sweet to him. Then it came to him, she was toying with him. Keith was trying to figure out if he would fit just what she needed. Riptide felt one of her two tails wrap around his back le and a small shudder of happiness flowed through him.
She turned away to face the alpha of the Fukai Waterfall pack, Zephyr. She spoke. “I seek to join you, I have been alone for some time now and I must say this life does not suit me” … Riptide looked over towards Cindershock hoping that she would accept this new fae into the pack. Riptide was surprised that Kei had asked the alpha Cindershock instead of Zephyr, the alpha of the pack. Riptide looked toard Cinder with an expresion in his eyes that said 'Please let her join.' Though he looked away quickly not wanting to look too despret.
He leaned up to Kei's ear and whispered with cinfidence "Don't worry they're really nice, and there's no doubt that they'll accept you into this wonderful place." Riptide knew it was not his position to approve of new wolves, but he was hoping that Cinder or Zephyr got the message.

Zephyr listened to the fae as she explained her oddly different scent, his head cocked curiously to one side. His eyes widened when she got Ysengrim free of his hole as easily as Zephyr could have blinked, though she moment she did, he scented burning ash and rubble and his nose wrinkled a little at the unpleasant smell.
He watched, if a little protectively, as Riptide introduced himself, his flustered way of talking and dreamy smile giving away his thoughts. But it was a reassuring sight to see Riptide being so courteous and welcoming to potential members of the pack. Zephyr flicked his tail about, watching how the fae reacted to Riptide's greeting.
He smiled when she returned the polite gesture, but frowned a bit when she curled her tail around him. She was acting a little flirtatiously to Riptide, something slightly weird as they had only just met, but so far she had proven herself to be slightly weird herself. He shrugged it off though as he listened to her greetings.
Ah, so her name was Keith, he dipped his head in return, just as she asked to join their pack, but he was a little surprised when she adressed only Cindershock. Normally wolves wanting to join the pack would ask both Alpha and Alphess for admittance.
Perhaps Keith saw more authority in Cinder's appearance and posture. Still, he didn't mind that much as it might simply be due to the fact that Cinder was a fae and he was a brute. Some faes liked to talk to someone they could relate to, they needed that sort of reassurance.
He looked towards his mate lovingly, smiling at her and waiting for her answer.
((This post doesn't really affect anyone in any way, so It's ok I think if I post, ok Echo?))

Keith was slightly startled by Riptides voice, she had not expected him to be so close and as a result she had shied away looking rather impolite and slightly offended by his presence. of corse this way not the case and she hoped her surprise wasn't mistaken for dislike of the wolf. In truth Kei thought him quite amusing.
She didn't remember much about being around wolves and even less about males but strangely enough she felt safe around him. She smirked yet again at this odd thought. Riptide was a complete stranger and yet here he was welcoming her into a pack and despite her attempts here Kei was wanting to be welcomed because of this wolf! She turned her head slightly looking away from the alphess but not quite looking at Riptide either. The last thing Kei wanted was to stare dumbstruck into Tides eyes again.
Kei lowered her voice so none of the other wolves could hear then spoke "Not to seem impolite sir, but why do you welcome me so willingly? for all you know I could be a monster waiting to slaghter you in your sleep and still you wish me to stay? I dont even smell wolf and your standing there sniffing the air like some sort of perfume." not that Kei minded but she was slightly intimidated by all the wolves whose eyes now rested on her. "Why is this?"
she knew the answer but she quite fancied hearing him say it but the question had not really been one, more of a warning for him to keep his distance. Kei turned back to the Alphess signalling she was finished talking with Riptide.
