Lucid flew quickly, away from the marshlands as the mild burning sensation that had begun to take hold of his body intensified and spread. His sight grew cloudy as excruciating pain seared across his torso and down his back, to his limbs and his tails. It was beyond anything he could ever imagine or describe, causing him to drop quickly in altitude. Mira, no doubt, would be concerned, flying behind him, but he did well to keep himself maintained until he found a very secluded spot within the plains.
Slowly, he descended and finally landed with a not so graceful thump. He staggered slightly to the small, secluded area not too far from the Sacred Circle, where he lay down and rested his head on his massive paws. His entire body began to burn, but the pain was more than many wolves could bear, but he made naught a sound from it. He closed his eyes, cringing ever so slightly, as his body tensed for several minutes, before he went entirely limp. His breathing slowed and finally came to a shuddering stop as his entire body shut down on him.
No sound, no breathing... not even a heartbeat could be heard coming from him for several minutes, giving the illusion, if you could call it that, that he was indeed dead. He lay perfectly still, his outward appearance that of a lifeless corpse, and on the inside, that would prove true as well. To the unsuspecting wolf, it would appear that the very essence of life had left his body.
However, just as quickly as his body stopped, his eyes shot open and he lifted himself. His vision was much clearer, far more so than it had been his entire life... his body seemed stronger... his powers even seemed intensified more so than they had been before. He looked around, stretching his wings and limbs. It was a few minutes before he realized he hadn't been breathing... showing him that breathing was no longer a necessity for him. He smirked at this thought and looked around for Mira. No doubt she'd be worried if she had seen him only minutes before, completely still and lifeless.
Lucid felt different, and something told him he was. He opened his maw slightly and glanced into a nearby puddle, though opening his maw wasn't a necessity to behold his new features. Protruding ever so slightly from the top of his mouth were two very sharp dagger-like fangs. They were much like his original canines, though slightly longer and sharper, which shed more light onto his new found life and abilities.
A deep chuckle erupted from his throat as he looked at the world through his new and improved vision and life.

Mira flew faster than she thought possible as she fallowed an off flying, Lucid. Her worry spiked, anxiety making it difficult to hold onto the scared Sinis in her maw. What was going on with him? Her wings flapped at her side, pushing her forward toward Lucid as they neared the Kumori Plains. She watched as he landed in a not so graceful fashion. Oh, ancestors... With a quick thud, she landed a few paces away from him and swiftly sat Sinis down before changing back into her usual tiny, cream furred, self.
With her head lowered and worry written all over her face, Mira took a few delicate steps toward him as he lay his head down. "Lucidity?" Her voice was soft, and rather out of the usual for anyone to hear other than Lucid himself. Her own heart stopped as he quit moving all together. She could smell the bit of blood from his neck where Lydia had bitten him. It took her all to stop her amber eyes from tearing up. Swallowing, she approached him slowly. "No...." Her voice barely above a whisper. That fae caused this... she was sure of it.... And if it was the last thing she did, she was going to avenge his dea-
"DEAR GOD!" Mira jumped back quickly as soon as Lucid's eyes opened. Her eyes were open wide in surprise as he stood up and flexed his body. He seemed so much bigger... so much sexier than before. Her maw opened slightly in awe. Quickly shutting it, she became rather pissed at him. What the hell just happened? She wanted to run to him and nuzzle him all over, but she wanted to bite the hell out of him as well for scaring her like he did.
Her amber eyes watched his every movement... or lack there of, actually. Swallowing, Mira cocked her head to the side and sat down. He wasn't... breathing.... No, that couldn't be right. Her eyes watched his strong stomach... and not a single breath was expanding, nor an exhale leaving it. And she sat there watching it for quite a few minutes. Nothing. "Lucid, you're not breathing."
[/b] Mira's voice was stronger sounding, but filled with uncertainty and worry. And then he laughed. A deep bark of a laugh. A laugh she loved to hear. Slowly, a soft smile fell upon her maw as she looked him over with wonder in her amber hues.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Lucid flicked his tails behind him and turned his glowing gaze to Mira. He smirked at her, showing his white teeth and his newly elongated fangs. He chuckled ever so slightly at the expression on her face and the words she said, especially her shout of surprise when he opened his eyes.
"My dear Mira... Surely you had to know I wouldn't be had that easily?" [/b] His voice was smooth as silk, seductively so as he looked at Mira with his newly cleared vision. Everything was much more vivid and new to him, the world was the same, yet oh so different at the same time, which caused the feeling inside him... the feeling of accomplishment... to increase even more so as each second passed. She had mentioned his not breathing, and this he had already noticed. "This is true, Mira... I think I have found I do not have to breath anymore, thanks to our dear friend of the Marshlands."[/b] He flicked his tails once more, picking up on Miras thoughts and continuing to gaze at her. "You're almost acting as if you're seeing an entirely different wolf. I assure you, its still the same Lucid you've known and loved... just seemingly with a few improvements."[/b] He gave her his usual smirk and curled his tails around his paws in a very feline-like fashion, simply enjoying the new abilities and feelings he was having about his potentially new life. He knew he felt stronger and even more invincible than previously, which boosted his ego and his prospects for his plans to follow through. Things were going better than he thought they would, what with his new immortality and all.[/blockquote]

Had that easily? Alright, so she had a moron moment. But who could blame her? Her love wasn't moving or breathing in front of her. What would any other wolf had done? She squeezed her eyes shut as he spoke to her. His voice was like silk as it ran through her mind. She needed to knock this off, really. Mira opened her eyes again and glanced up at him, taking in his usual smirk and... fangs? Dear Ancestors, Lucid had fangs. Just like that other fae. That's when it clicked. The stronger look, the not breathing, the fangs... it was all from that bite that Lydia had given him.
Her breath left her lungs in a rushed exhale as he spoke about not being able to breath. Was he still living? Or was she currently in love with a dead wolf? He was moving just fine and looking rather nice for a dead thing.... She took a few hesitant steps toward him as she spoke, "Well... I feel as though I'm looking at a different wolf... but I know it's you still...." She spoke slowly, trying to find the right words. His words had somewhat confused her.... He had used past tense, as though it were a different Lucid, trying to cover up that fact. Mira licked her maw, erasing that thought form her mind. "You used past tense.... If you are the same Lucid... then I still know and love you."
Without another word, she pounced forward, throwing herself at Lucid. She nuzzled at his neck and licked the fur she could reach with her soft pink tongue. "Oh God... You're okay."
[/b] As quickly as she had began to love on him, she backed away. "But what the hell are you now?" Mira looked at him with a questioning gaze. Whatever it was, he had better explain himself.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Lucid watched Mira's expression as she spoke and looked at him. "What do you mean by looking at a different wolf? What has become so different of me?" [/b] He gave her a questioning look, though his voice remained smooth and silky. He leaned his head down to look her directly in the eyes as he said this, his voice holding its own tone to it, seemingly attempting to draw her in more so than she already was. Was it part of his newfound life? Or had he always been this way with her? She began to question his use of tense and he tilted his head to the side a bit. He hadn't realized he had used the past tense. This puzzled him, but only for a fraction of a moment, before he gave a smirk and replied to her questions. "I don't know why the past tense was used... I mean, I'm still moving and kicking, aren't I? Surely I am still the Lucid you know and love."[/b] He gave her a soft wink, intentionally using his words used previously again to prove his point even more. He chuckled slightly as she questioned him once more. "I'm not sure exactly what I am... all I know is that I'm a little different than before... I feel stronger, more alert... my senses have improved, my vision is incredible... I'm different, yet the same... and I don't know what it is... But I do know that it was that Lydia wolf that did it... nothing started happening and I didn't begin to feel the pain until after I healed the wound from when she bit me. And let me tell you, the pain was excruciating... more than I could bear, honestly. It was like my body was on fire, but nothing like the fire that I can manipulate and control.. It was a burning that seemed as if it tore at every fiber of my being and every piece of flesh upon my body, as well as ripping apart my insides, piece by piece... and even then that doesn't describe it. However, as quickly as that started... it all ended. Quite strange, if you ask me."[/b] He looked at her with a slight smirk still upon his maw as he waited for more questions or comments to come from her.[/blockquote]

During his explanation of whatever had happened to him... well... Mira wasn't exactly paying much attention to his words as much as the tone and silkiness of his voice. It was so much sweeter sounding... drawing her in with every syllabal. She shook her head, clearing it. Alright, he needed to stop talking. That was final. Or she just needed to think of his voice as monotone, or something. Finally, she heard the the last part of his explaination. He had obviously felt so much pain.... But it was over now, thankfully. And he seemed like he could take on the world. Whatever it was... it gave him an ego boost. And she liked it.
Her mind ran over a question he had asked her earlier... when he had looked her in the eye and pretty much drew her in. She finally registered the words and looked up at him, "You're voice... you're voice is different. Silkier.... And you just have an air about you... I don't know why, but it's drawing me in. Something isn't right.... You're like the fae in the Marshlands... but your not at the same time. I was drawn to her because she just seemed facinated... But you...." She took a step back, clearing her head. Her thoughts needed to be ordered. Something was off about Lucid... but it was a good thing for drawing in pack members... not throwing your mate off. Hell, maybe she was so enticed by him because she was his mate.
Mira looked over his body, his rolling muscles, his stance, his pearly fangs.... She was no longer his equal. On the evolutionary scale, she was beneath him. How she knew that, she wasn't sure, but she did. She lowered her head in thought and squeezed her eyes shut. Her mind raced over pictures of the fight... and finally came to rest on the fae biting down Lucid's neck and him howling. That was it! She looked up at him, her facial features hard. Her voice was strong as she spoke, "Bite me."

Lucid listened to Mira and looked at her in a rather seductive fashion as she described each thing about him that seemed to draw her in. He bet that his voice, his looks, his scent... everything must be alluring to her, especially for her to act the way she was. It wasn't that he didn't mind... on the contrary, he quite enjoyed having this effect on her, especially because he found it rather amusing.
Chuckling slightly, he smirked as she told him to bite her. He tilted his head to one side, wondering what it would be like. He had this gnawing hunger in his stomach, but he wasn't quite sure what it was. Upon hearing her say those two simple words, however, his mouth began to water and he knew what he was hungry for... but the question was, if he so chose to bite Mira, would he be able to stop? He knew it was her blood that he wanted... only because she seemed all too willing to offer it... He thought a moment, not wanting to see what would happen if he fed... er... bit her on an empty stomach and looked around. He caught scent of a deer not too far off that he could drain easily before returning to Mira.
He looked at her with a look that said he would be right back, and with alarming speed, he darted off toward the deer. Before the deer had any idea what was going on, it was already pinned beneath Lucid's massive form, his teeth sinking deeply into its jugular vein.
Lucid remained there, savoring the blood that seeped into his mouth, enjoying the way it tasted. He had never had any blood taste so good to him... it was pure ecstasy.
Before he could stop himself, he had drained the deer, and all that was left of it was the bones, meat and fat... not a drop of blood remained in its system as he licked his lips, removing any traces of what was left. He was rather filled now, at least, for the time being, so he felt he could have at least a little bit of control over himself with Mira... he only hoped that wolf blood was less appetizing than deer blood, though his gut told him otherwise. He knew that when he bit Mira, it would be the best taste he'd ever experienced... and this worried him, but only slightly.
He moved with ease and grace back over to Mira before sitting next to her, close. He was merely centimeters from her body as he leaned down to her. Her scent intoxicated him as the smell of her blood washed over him. He whispered quietly, seductively in her ear. "This is going to hurt... a lot." [/b] He was talking about the transformation. He couldn't recall what it had felt like when Lydia had bit him, nor did he really care. He hoped that Mira would be okay, only because she was important to his plot and to his plans. Thinking for a moment, he touched his nose lightly to her cheek, before lowering his mouth to her neck, opening his large maw and getting a gentle grip on her before he broke through her fur and her skin. The feeling that burst into his mouth was almost more than he could take. It was the most delicious thing he had ever tasted and upon beginning, he had to force himself to only take a little of her blood, although, he would have rather only bit her and not drained any of her blood at all. His ears and senses strained to listen to her response and reaction, to hear how she felt and what she was thinking, if only to confirm what she wanted him to do or what he wanted to hear... and even that, he wasn't sure of what it was. He broke free shortly after biting her, waiting for her response and looking at her for her reaction, wondering how she would react to him biting her and what feeling it might covey or cause her. He looked at her, knowing the burning sensation that he had felt only began to really bother him after they had moved from the fight... was he just too distracted by fighting and the situation to feel it earlier? Or did it take a while to kick in? Either one, he wasn't sure what the answer would be. Flicking his tails, he waited for his mate to respond or react to his so called "love bite".[/blockquote]

Mira sat down and stared at Lucid, awaiting to see if he would bite her or not. And then he was gone. Just, gone. She cocked her head to the side in the direction that he had ran off in. It had to be something that went along with the biting. He was faster, stronger, more beautiful, just better in general. All thoughts were erased from her mind as soon as Lucid was back in her prescense. Her breath caught in her throat as Lucid waltzed over to her, sitting just centimeters away from her. She swallowed slowly before inhaling deeply. A short, rushed exhale escaped her open maw. It was his damn voice again! Her eyes closed as he spoke and brushed his nose against her cheek. She wanted to say something, anything.
She didn't have time to though, his maw was already at her neck and his teeth already biting through her skin. A sharp yelp escaped her as his teeth pushed through her skin. She could feel the first and only drag he took of her blood. It was both painful, but pleasure filled at the same time. The bite hurt, causing her to flinch slightly in discomfort, but as she settled, pure ecstacy ran through her body. Hell, it made her slightly dizzy. She wasn't quite sure if she liked it or not. She swallowed again before looking up at him. He looked as though he wanted to hear something from her, see a reaction maybe? Licking her maw, she leaned toward him and placed her head on his chest, finding comfort in his being there.
"Should I be in pain or- Oh God!" Mira convulsed in on her self, crumpling to the ground. She forced herself to breath through the pains. Good lord this was worst than giving birth. Hell, she would much rather be giving birth right now! Her eyes clamped shut as pure fire pulsed through her body. Her claws dug into the earth and she clentched her jaw. She was noiseless, much like Lucid had been. If she opened her maw, she wasn't sure what was liable to come out. A bush nearby caught on fire. So hey, her powers were still tied to her emotions.
But quickly, just as it had began, it began to disipate. Her body sprawled out onto it's side on it's own. But after that one movement, she didn't move, her breath caught in her throat once again. It was definitely going to take her a bit longer to recover than it did Lucid. While laying there, still not moving, she realized that she too didn't need to breath. So was she like Lucid now? Was she going to have a seductive voice and a beautiful body? Hell, she alwasy had a beautiful form, but she wouldn't mind looking even prettier. Oo! Maybe she was taller too! She didn't want to open her eyes yet though, because if this was anything like contractions, more pain would roll through in a few moments.

((Hehe Okies ^^))
Sinis made not a move nor a sound as Mira flew with her through the lands of Aelyn. She was afraid to, for fear of setting her Alphess off balance and sending them both plumetting to their deaths below. She kept her eyes tightly shut, every now and then her dirt ridden tail twitched unconsciously, no matter how much she tried to keep it still. The wind buffeted her fur about harshly, she was not meant for flying.
They landed gracefully - an anomaly for Sinis and Sinis felt Mira drop her to the ground, feeling the grassy plains underneath her belly. It took her a few minutes, but as her heartbeat slowed back to normal with her breathing she slowly opened her eyes, blinking at the surprising level of light the plains had to offer. Her eyes did not see Lucid's plight and so she was yet unaware of his or Mira's changed state until she turned around and saw them. Something else made her whimper and shy away from them other than their clear superiority to her and intimidating appearances. Their whole auras were different now and it made her fear them more than she knew.
Their scents, different. Their movements, even their voices...it was too much to take in. Sinis knew now that she wasn't just going on a special goosehunt for her Aplhas. Not the brightest of the bunch, our Sinis, but not an idiot either. Suppressing her whimpers she placed the bravest look on her face. She turned to her Alphas, her face filled with confusion and pathetic determination.
"Sinis wants to know whats going on Lucid and Mira Alphas" She said quietly.

Lucid flicked his tails and watched Mira. He waited for the worst of things to get over with and smirked slightly as she rested there, waiting for more pain to come. He padded to her, nudging her slightly with his nose, and whispered softly.
"There won't be any more pain after that, Mira. Its not like childbirth. Your body died and is now reborn. You will realize how you are more knowledgeable about what you have become and the different feelings that come with it. As you might be able to tell, we are different.. stronger and better than ever before." [/b] He nudged her one more time and took a small step back, waiting for her to rise. This was when Sinis stepped forth. Lucid turned his glowing eyes toward the subordinate of his pack and instantly his expression grew cold as she spoke out and questioned their motives. He lowered his head to her level, coming eye level with the omega and growled the answer to her question quietly. "You dare question your alphas? Speak out to us and question our motives? That is not your place. I should punish you now for even questioning the integrity and authority of Mira or myself. I will give you three seconds to take back that question, or I will singe a new marking upon your putrid fur."[/b] Lucid was always putting down the other pack members. In his mind, it built character and integrity... if they couldn't handle his words or his judgement, they were then weak in his eyes. He had kept Sinis around and alive because she was a valuable asset to their pack, what with her "not power". Lucid glanced at Mira, waiting for Sinis or her to speak. He figured Mira would step in and take charge before Lucid had the opportunity to act upon his threat. Lucid decided to wait until Mira spoke up and moved forth with what she might have in mind, before he held true to his threat. They still needed Sinis, though not as much as before... If she proved to be more of a hinderance, he would either take her back to the packlands... or kill her. Neither of which aide in his mission, but both of which he would be more than willing to do if Mira decided not to stop him.[/blockquote] Word Count - 394 Muse - Slowly waking up Lucid - Manipulating and Intimidating, as usual.

The soft touch of Lucid nudging her, made Mira open her soft amber eyes. Everything was so much clearer. She could see everything, magnified. It was wonderful. She stretched on her side before rolling over and blinking a few times. Lucid's voice was just as smooth, but it didn't attract her as it did. She could think clearly much like before this whole ordeal. Standing up, she took in how her body felt. Her muscles were larger, or at least, they felt larger. She did a quick check on her body and frowned. She hadn't grown any. Not even a centimeter. Well screw that.
Her stomach clentched and she licked her maw. Hunger rolled through her body in great waves. Grrrrreat. Mira swallowed back the hunger as Lucid's voice flowed through her erect ears. He was angered, or rather, just trying to scare Sinis. We couldn't have that, now could we? Padding over to his side, she brushed her long cream colored tail against his back leg in a soothing manner. Her eyes fixed on Sinis' neck and she heard the blood pushing through her veins. That wasn't good. Swallowing it back, Mira opened her mouth and spoke softly, "Now Lucid, she has a right to ask questions. That doesn't mean she will get the answers, but it's Sinis. What harm could she do?"
[/b] She craned her neck to look up at Lucid. Her voice was even, 'Leave it to Beaver's' mother, style. "Alright, now that that is out of the way, I could use some... er... food. And then we need to start recruiting some pack mates, yes? Don't you agree, Sinis?"She looked at the fae and then to Lucid. If she didn't get whatever her hunger was after, she was going to go postal, extremely. Her eyes held an air to them as if daring them to disagree with her. Oh course, they could disagree with her, but she'd just leave them to find food if they did.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Well, Lucid's reaction was definately as she expected, if not worse due to his recent changing. Sinis yelped pathetically, shrinking away as fast as she could, her paws scuffing against the dirt as she backed up. Her back right paw tripped up against a stray rock and she rolled backwards stupidly, landing upon the ground, hard. From the dry dirt, a cloud of dust erupted around her, making her cough and splutter terribly. Amidst this, as the dust cleared, one could see Sinis cowering under her own tail, muttering quietly to herself.
"Sorry sorry Lucid Alpha. Sorry sorry sorry. Sinis is sorry, she takes it back she is sorry, please don't hurt her. Sinis will be good, good good. Sorry sorry" She kept repeating the words again and again, rocking back and forth on her back legs, her twisted right paw hugged to her chest as if that would protect her in some way from Lucid's cruel words and threats.
Her ears pricked up as she heard her name mentioned again, and her eyes slowly followed the sound of the voice, muzzle raising so that she was barely below eye level with Mira. Her muzzle broke into a stupid grin, yes Mira was kind and gentle. Mira was a nice Alphess. She nodded slowly to Mira's suggestion.
"Yes Mira Alphess" She said quietly, almost too quiet to be audible "And Sinis will ask no more. Good good Sinis..." The initial shock of Lucid's harsh growl and threatening words seemed to have worn off a little, as her tail was wagging a little now.

Lucid gave one final look to Sinis before stepping back and allowing Mira to take over. She had mentioned the hunger and he remembered all too well the hungry feeling he had when he first finished his change. He thought quickly, shooting Mira a look that suggested she stay with Sinis, and darted off once more.
Merely a minute or two after that, he was back, carrying what looked like a large caribou in his mouth... although, for his size, it looked about as it would with a normal wolf, to give any impression on how big this caribou was. It would be enough to feed Mira and for the three wolves to eat their fill, allowing them to gain strength for the trials ahead, all things considered. Lucid may be somewhat cold toward his pack-mates, but that doesn't mean he'd let them starve or grow weak.
He let the caribou down on the ground at Mira's feet, giving a look to Sinis that actually showed she could dig in with the Alphas, if Mira was okay with it. He figured Sinis was just being curious and they really did need her, so in a way, it was his way of apologizing, even though Lucid never really did apologize to anyone. It just wasn't in his nature or a part of who he was.
He flicked his tails, a thought occurring to him and making him wonder if he really needed to eat food... he tested this theory by taking a large bite out of the caribou and instantly realizing eating the meat didn't satiate his hunger... only the delicious blood that oozed from its new wounds seemed to do that. He shrugged it aside and relished the taste, waiting for his two pack mates to eat their fill so they could continue on their trek through the lands, recruiting pack members where they could.

Mira nodded her head once toward Sinis, a soft smile on her maw. She was always the nicer of the pair. Oh course, her and Lucid were equal in their stubborness and determination, but Mira had a nicer way of getting what she wanted... whereas Lucid used manipulation and force. Her soft amber eyes turned toward Lucid just as he looked at her before bolting. Goodness he was fast. And back not a moment or two afterwords. Mira had to stop her jaw from dropping. It was definitely going to take awhile for her to get used to this new way of life. She eyed the large caribou with lust as Lucid dropped it. "Thank you, love."
She burried her maw into the fur just above the shoulder of the beast before baring her fangs and breaking the skin, tearing it from the muscle. Instinctively she began to drink the blood. Allowing the flavor to settle on her tongue before sliding down her throat and resting in her stomach. With being such a small wolf, she didn't have to drink so much. She was full rather quickly. And with slight curiosity, she bit down into the red meat and took a chunk off of it. She chewed slowly, the piece dried from lack of blood. Sadly, it wasn't doing it for her like the blood had. It was like she was merely chewing on something for the sake of chewing on it. She quickly swallowed and shook her head, before running her tongue over her blood soaked maw a few times. Once she was satisfied that it was completely clean, Mira stood up and glanced over to Lucid. "Do you know what you want to do next?"
--------------------------------------------------------------------- Fiera-Lynn wondered her way through the plains with ease. It was often that large grey fae was seen doing this. She honestly had nothing else to do except to check out the plains daily. Which was what she did. Today though... it felt off. Like there was something on the land that really shouldn't be. She couldn't put her paw on it, or stretch her shield out far enough to pick up anyone's thoughts. That right there immediately had her on the edge. Something was nearby and yet she couldn't pick it up. Being the size she was, with the muscles she had, she had no problem with checking out what was going on. Plus, what was the worst it could be? A bear? Big deal.
Fiera tucked her dove like wings into her sides as she wondered toward a rather secluded area that she had been in only once before. She caught sight of a very large wolf... one that looked a lot like her old Alpha. Immediately her muscles tensed and she wanted to bolt. However, she couldn't pull herself to do. She tried to hide herself and listen in on their conversation, sadly, the hiding herself part wasn't going to happen. She was bigger than the average male wolf and would probably almost come nose to nose with brute if she held herself to her highest and some. Deciding that hiding wasn't an option, she sucked it up and walked right into the clearing.
Being from a fighting background, she was raised to stick up for herself and her home. The Plains were now her home... and this brute was invading them. Her emerald eyes landed on the two small faes with the brute.... The cream colored one had the exact same aura around her that the brute had. That aura wasn't a good one. And then there was the other fae. She seemed hurt and definitely out of place. Standing her tallest, her facial features hard, her muscles rolling under her grey fur, she spoke in a rather straight tone, "Pleasure to see some company around these parts." She wasn't going to start anything if there wasn't anything to be started. She had already ran into some odd wolves already... and maybe these three were like them. Though she couldn't shake the feeling that they weren't.

Lucid flicked his tails behind him as Mira fed from the caribou he had caught. She smirked slightly, feeling a bond and a connection between them that he figured was part of the whole vampire thing... He assumed it was since he turned her, so to speak, therefore, he would hold this bond with any that he turned.
He tilted his head to the side slightly, pondering perhaps creating a whole army of vampires to take over the packland with. It certainly would render him and his militia nearly invincible... Leaders of the hive, so to speak. He smirked at the thought of this, an odd spark shining in his eyes. He flicked his tails as he turned his attention fully back to Mira. She had asked him what he wanted to do next.. Should they create their own army? Or work to recruit members first? He figured and thought it would be best to go with the latter at the moment.
"Lets find pack members. There have to be several loners floating around here somewhere." No longer did these words slip from his mouth did a female wolf step forward, announcing her presence. Lucid, being the brute that he was, gave her a wry smile and had a small spark in his eyes.
"Why hello there, my dear. Might I say it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. Its not often you get the chance to meet up with such strong wolves as you would appear to be. What can I do for you today?" His voice was silky and smooth, holding a seductive tone to it that always rang there now that he had changed. He flicked his tails behind him and continued to hold the smirk upon his maw, waiting for her to respond. Lucid thought this female looked strong, and she stood rather large and muscled, obviously a warrior... one that would be strong enough to join his pack and help with his plans to take over all of Aelyn.
Words - 335 Muse - Slowly reawakening... again... Lucid - Manipulation, as usual... and kind of leading on his own... he is thinking about changing my original plans... but we'll see... he wants to take over my plans just as he wants to take over the packlands o0

Still shaking slightly, Sinis remained in her huddled position, giving Mira a weak smile, thankful for her kindness and her patience, yet she couldn't help but look at Lucid every other half second nervously. She wasn't yet sure that she had quite escaped his unpredictable wrath, and though she was not aware of it, she was bound to make another mistake sooner or later.
Slowly, nervously, Sinis shuffled forwards, not exactly upon her paws, sort of shuffling her rump across the grass and the dirt, using her left paw the shimmy across to the carcass that was now drained of its blood. Her already filthy tail dragged into a recent rain puddle, making her whimper unconsciously at the cold feeling on the end of her tail, but she didn't slow until she reached the carcass.
Waiting patiently, she hummed quietly to herself as both Lucid and Mira drank their fill- she did notice that they drank their fill, and though they ate some of the meat, she saw from the looks in their eyes that the meat was no longer what satisfied them. With an involuntary shudder, Sinis waited until she was given permission to feed, before dipping her neck to tear off a bit of the dry meat with her teeth, chewing it slowly.
For the first time in a while, the rusty cogs of her mind were working now. She was thinking a bit. Lucid and Mira had defiantely changed, and she wasn't sure whether or not it was for the better or for the worse. All she knew was that they were not all wolf anymore, and that they lusted...for something pure meat could not give them any more. She watched in fear as they observed one another, noted the lack of movement in their chests, and it made her own heart beat more fearcefully, her blood pounding in her head.
She nodded at the prospect of recruiting loners, and cocked her head as a new fae entered into view. Respectfulyl as she was, she backed away, behind her Alphas, dipping her head. She knew now to be quiet and stay quiet. Sinis would not speak unless she was spoken to, or she was needed. This time, she would get it right.

Diamon grinned as he stepped out of the Shadow, out into the world of the wolves again. Healing the wounds from the ShadowBear of Kira, Harlequin to some. He looked around, shaking his raggedy, long-haired, wire coat. The blackness of it was only surpassed by his alternate's, Shadow's, black oil coat. A series of scars along his muzzle, from fighting, ran down his back along the hackles, clustering at his shoulders and thinning towards the hind quarters. His tail tip swished a dark , almost black cinder gray, swipe through the air. His paws felt the grass of the plains, crisp and dying with the coming of winter, and the heart of the fall. He lay on his belly, relaxing for the first time in a long time. His nails were terribly over grown and chipped.
He looked towards the skies, star pricked already int he dying light of dusk. His time was coming: Night. The time of shadows and the time of the moon, great and waxing to full. The moon reflected in his deep earthen eye, and melted into his wasted blue. The scar over the wasted shines with an unearthy sickness.
Shadow would stir within him, and the fur would thin and shorten, become slick like oil and dark like it all over, from toes to tail tip. His eyes would glow red with poison, and the cataract and scars would be no more. Shadow would be alive, and well, and ready to fight, or plot or scheme or kill anything and everything in his way.
But first things first,[/i] Diamon-Shadow thought, Where are we, and who is in territory?
Diamon lifted his head, taking in a deep breath and let loose a howl of welcome and question. A 'Hello whose there?' sort of howl. Not long, not short, but enough to reach any one within a few miles.
