OOC: Yeah there are a lot of wolves in this thread right now. There are at least 5 or 6 at the moment. Trinity, I think we're going to say no for right now since we have so much going on. We don't want to lose ourselves in a disheveled plot so bide your time. Ker - Since Sabbath just came in (who is the Betess) I don't know if we need Kerrigan right at the moment. If things get out of control then you'll probably be summoned. I just don't think a wolf as high as Kerrigan should be bothered by the actions of pups and all. (I will post next for Aquiel)

Aquiel stared at Sabbath with a tinge of contempt and jealousy in her eyes; granted she was not going to let it become obvious, it would be improper. The aquatic fae stepped back gradually and stood behind Telo, part of her did not want to say anything out of fear of causing any misinterpretations between the wolves, not to mention she did not want to look like a fool in front of puppies.
"Hello Sabbath I am Aquiel, I don't think we have met yet, granted I have lived in the Marshlands for quite some time now...you probably haven't seen me hence the misinterpretation of me being a 'newcomer'." Aquiel explained and introduced herself politely, the way a betess should have been received. Unfortunately, Aquiel did not feel as inviting in her heart...after wanting the Betess position for years, Kerrigan the Alpha gave it to someone else. "So um, Sabbath. How are you enjoying the new Betess position? I'm sure our pack will be rewarded well with your leadership." Aquiel flopped her tail around and wore a half smile while reminding herself that she needed to be wary of being overly obvious.
Aquiel began to think back on her previous conversation with Kerrigan months before. She knew she hadn't struck the correct impression but she still hoped something would come out of her attempt. Perhaps she just wasn't meant to be Betess material, or perhaps she wasn't even meant to be in the marshlands.

((Sorry for the wait, also Wolfox, if you're going to post with both Sabbath and Telo you need 250 words for each. Your last post with Telo was only 129. If you would please go and fix it and refrain from diong it again I'd appriciate it. Thanks )) Kori sighed as the little gray female finally began to calm down after his wave of calm he sent her. Now he got two calm wolves and a hyper one, which he could deal with. The brutes ears twitched at her question, “Well, I don’t rightly know, I suppose the gods just wanted me to be colorful.” he said to her in response. He truly had no idea why he was like he was. Nor did it matter to him.
Korilaron’s ears twitched again, and his tail too as he heard approaching pawsteps. He turned his head to see the oddest wolf yet. She was slightly frightening, and he worriedly glanced at Telo to make sure she wasn’t scared, once he was satisfied he picked up no fearful emotions from her her turned back to greet the apparent betess of the Nigori Marshlands. Hello, I’m Kori laron, and I am here to join your ranks.”He smiled calmly at the female, and blinked slowly, almost sleepily as he listened to the sounds around him. The marshes lapped gently around him, the trees swayed in the wind as sparse as they were, the birds tweeted and chirped without a care in the world. But Kori new different, he knew about Lucid, he was in the Kumori Plains at the time, he had to leave his home, say goodbye to all he had ever known, and come to a new place, where he knew no one, and make a life here. Kori hated Lucid with a passion, he had never met the brute, but if he ever did it would be the last thing he ever did by himself, no he needed to band together with a pack, adn all the other packs, and they needed to take down this fellow together, or the world, and life as the happy wolves in Aelyn knew it, would be over forever.[/blockquote]

As soon as she heard the pawsteps of the odd, draconic wolf and scented her familiar – strange, yet comforting – scent, Zei's ears pricked up. For a moment there she was a little worried, though it seemed that the multi-coloured wolf had done something to calm her down. She was getting a little out of her comfort zone with so many wolves that she didn't know suddenly turning up, not that she would let anything on about that. But that was all passed now, because that scent...it was Sabbath! Sabbath was here!
If she wasn't better than that, Zei's tail would have wagged. Giving Telo a snide smirk – the reassurance of Sabbath there to protect her gave her new confidence – she trotted over to the Nigori Beta.
“'m glad to see ya Sabbath” She murmured quietly as she dipped her muzzle low to the ground, a polite greeting to one of her elders and betters yet quiet enough – hopefully – for their audience not to hear. She didn't want the others thinking that she was going all gloopy just because a familiar face was here, after all they might try to take advantage of that situation!
Turning around to face the other wolves, she plonked her rump on the ground, resisting the urge to nuzzle Sabbath's leg. She turned her attention to the conversation at hand so that her tail would not curl around Sabbath's forepaw in a display of affection – such public displays, whilst almost irresistible, were a sign of weakness.
God? The multi-coloured one had spoke of a God wanting him to be that way. Bah. There was no God. If there were a god then abominations like her would have been eradicated long before she ever became a twinkle in her dead mothers' eye. Dead by her own hand, she might shamelessly add. God didn't save her parents from dying, nor did he save her older sister, who foolishly believed she had been the one attacked. There was no God. [
Flicking her ears, she wondered perhaps if there was any small prey around that she could chase. Even a butterfly or two would do. Suddenly she had the urge to swipe at something. Perhaps it was all these pleasantries being exchanged. They were wild animals for goodness sakes, but then again, she was another of them. Shaking her head at her jumbled up thoughts, she turned her attention to the odd fish-wolf. She even confused herself sometimes.
Words: 416 OOC: I know Cinder's not available at the moment, but I thought seeing as we have a number of other characters in here, we can still have a little bit of fun with this thread ^^ Sorry for taking so long to reply though >.<
