Her bright electric blue eyes scanned the forest as she ran. She was still a pup, but she had grown some. Her paws skimmed the ground and she found her way between the trees and through the plants. She thought about her adoptive parents, Snow and Weylyn, and smiled to herself. She wouldn't be where she was at now, if not for them.
Karin sped up, the scent of a small rabbit wafting toward her. "There you are." She lowered herself to the ground and made a sharp left, a rabbit right in her path. "You're mine now..." She whispered as she crawled toward it. 1...2...3... She pounced and mauled the rabbit. The smell of blood was evident on her dark pelt as she chowed down on the small rabbit. It didn't take her long at all to finish it off completely. Then again, it didn't take her long to finish off anything now that she was growing like a weed.
Lifting her head at the sound of branches breaking, Karin lowered herself farther to the ground and began licking the blood off her fur quickly. She backed her way toward a tree. Hopefully the noise wasn't made by a visting wolf.

~Tyrome The rather young creature, not young enough to be a pup however, sat beneath a great giant oak. The sun's rays peaked its way through the leaves, skimming its elegance across the soil. Softly, no weight at all, it skimmed itself through the wolf's pure white fur. It picked out a few dirt patches, but that's not a big deal. It landed upon the emerald hues, and it made them glisten. It made them glisten like a star in the dark sky, the North Star.
The ears perked up, and a sound went through and into them. Vibrations in the ground tickled the creature's whiskers, and the wolf slowly started to get up. A leaf slowly fell, landing on the place where the creature sat. The creature heard the voice of a young pup, like a female. Sniffing the air, quite silently, the creature shook its head.
Rather young to be out all alone... the creature thought, making sure to put on a very weak block to the wolf's thoughts. That's just in case this young pup had that power, but it was still young to even try to master it. Slowly, very steadily, the creature started to step forward, left paw first then the right. However, after a few paw steps, the wolf hit a branch and it crackled. All of the sudden, it went silent on the other end where the pup would be. Then the creature heard paw steps, and it figured the pup was running. With that in mind, the creature stepped forward and saw the young cub against a tree. It was rather frightened. Very frightened, actually. Steadily, the large wolf compared to this little one started to relax to show that the wolf was of no harm. The creature's ears slowly went down, and its tail relaxed. The muscles that were once tense now relaxed, and the wolf made sure its emerald hues showed of gentleness. How unusual for this wolf, since it was big, and always seemed intimidating even when it tried not to be. "Hello little one... Why are you out here all alone?"

Karin cocked her head to the side, her bright blue eyes widened as the sound of another wolf continued to come toward her. She couldn't help but feel frightened. She was a few monthes old, but was still working out the quirks of getting older. As the other wolf came into sight, Rin cocked her head to the other side and pressed herself against the tree farther. She took in his scent and twitched her nose. He sure smelt good... but he wasn't a part of the pack.. at least, that she knew of. She watched as he relaxed his muscles and looked friendlier. The brute was still huge though... intimidating, but not at the same time.
Karin swallowed softly and nodded her head after he spoke. She had better pick her words wisely. She didn't want to give anything away, but she didn't want to seem suspicious either. For all she knew, he could be a part of the pack and not know who she was. Her bright blue eyes found his glowing orbs and she smiled sweetly. Her long, dark tail hit the tree with little thumps absent-mindedly.
"I'm not far from home, Sir. I was just practicing hunting for myself." She said as she stood up and continued to smile softly.

~Tyrome Nodding, the wolf slowly peered at the one little blood patch on her pelt. Chuckling softly, the creature peered back at her, the hues of the wolf's glowing brightly. The sun's rays doesn't help either as it makes them glisten brighter than originally intended. When the young one spoke, she seemed to call him "sir." The word the creature was not used to. Sir? The creature felt a little older than it already was. Didn't really matter though. The little one didn't know.
The emerald hues looked at the tail of hers as it thumped repeatedly against the tree. Chuckling again, the wolf decided to speak up. Only after, though, that the creature sniffed the air again, and his tail slowly rose a little. Not much to threaten, just because it was relaxed. The creature didn't want to peer into her mind either to read her thoughts. Why bother? Besides, the wolf likes having an invitation first.
"Really? Practicing? Well, little one, what were you hunting? I'm Tyrome, by the way."

Karin nodded her head and took a few steps toward the bright wolf. She took in his appearance. His pelt seemed to shine in the light with a few darker spots that must have been dirt. Being of the pure black fur that she had, she couldn't help but envy the glow that he had. And the way his eyes sparkled in the sun.. it was magnificent. She cocked her head to the side and looked at the scar across his eye... It just added to his mystery, she guessed.
Her bright blue eyes finally left his gorgeous fun and landed on his emerald orbs. Karin took a few more steps toward him and sat down in front of him. She was small compared to him, and appeared like a complete opposite in all reality. White, black, green eyes, blue eyes, male, female, big small. Karin couldn't help but giggle at this fact.
"I'm getting old enough that I need to learn how to care for myself. I just hunted a small rabbit, Sir. And I am Karin, Weylyn and Snow's adopted daughter, so to speak." She nodded her head and grinned a flashy white smile for a pup, "It's a pleasure to meet you Tyrome. I like your name, as well as your fur."
She was rather glad her fur was dark seeing as she was glowing red underneath it all. Her eyes showed that she had embarassed herself. She never spoke her mind aloud. Except to Wey.. and that wasn't that often either.

~Tyrome When the little one looked at him in wonder, he felt a little... happy. Of course she had the black pelt, but it still glistened a little bit. The wolf wondered whether she found him different, but her eyes told him that she did. Not a bad different though. It's more like a mystery different. Oh well. She's too young to know, but soon, he'll tell her his "mystery."
Chuckling, he nodded when she spoke. However, when she sat down, she seemed smaller than before. Peering down at her, he looked from her to him repeatedly. The wolf noticed that she barely had muscles, maybe even tiny ones. The creature's were large, thick, and had some scars on it. Especially the one that was across his right eye, which she was continually staring at. Slowly, he sat down in front of her, making sure that she didn't go flying when he did so.
"A small one? Oh c'mon, now. I know you can hunt a bigger one," he chuckled and with his emerald eyes, he showed complete pleasantness. "Adopted? That's interesting. Well, you know, you don't need to learn now that you have to take care of yourself. Take pleasure in your puphood. Don't rush it, little one." The wolf stared down lightly at her, and nodded again. The tail of his flicked left to right, and its ears twitched. The wolf stood up, then shook its fur loosely. It was meant to get relaxed. More than it already was. Slowly, it sat down again, making sure once more that she didn't go flying. "Thank you, and it's nice to meet you too, Karin. Hey, why don't you show me your little "practice"?

OOC|| Feel free to join! I'm open for anything. Karin watched Tyrome with complete interest. He was just facinating to her bright blue eyes. She figured it was because of the way the sun hit his gorgeous pelt. She let out a small giggle when he mentioned her being able to catch a bigger rabbit. The possibility of her catching a larger one was rather high, but she never really tried. Wey always took care of her and brought her whatever she needed. She was cared for to the extreme.... "I prefer the smaller ones, Sir. They can be rather quick and I like a good chase." She smiled and giggled.
"I do enjoy being a pup, most definitely, but I wouldn't mind slowly branching out. As soon as I learn to hunt, I can be on my own again, and actually know what I'm doing, for a change." She glanced down at the ground, her eyes capturing every ounce of sadness that she felt. Being alone and having to take care of herself for the first two months of her life were down right hell.
As Tyrome asked her to show him how she was practicing, she perked up a bit. Another hunt! Karin nodded her head and lifted her nose in the air. She called the wind to go from east to west, allowing any prey's scent to drift toward her. She quickly did it for all the directions and then stood up quickly. "There's something to the right, a ways over..." She smiled and softly padded her way in that direction. She lifted her nose in the air and caught the scent again. She was closer. With a quick glance, she caught the sight of something small, moving and pounced on it. "Yes!"

"Ack!" His tiny, hight-pitched voice squealed as he was plucked out of the air by a heavy, childish paw. He struggled fiercely, his little feathery wings beating ferociously against the ground, but it was no use. He was good and caught. Thumping a miniscule paw against the larger paw, he inwardly cursed his size. Wolves here were much bigger, but that had never bothered him before. He was losing his careful-ness. Was that even a word?
Bright blue eyes studied him, at a close angle, and he noticed the carefree nature in them, the eyes of a pup. Pups were playful! He loved pups! He was relieved that he had been caught by a pup and not a full grown wolf. Wolves were harder to convince that he was one of their own breed, just...much much smaller. He shivered, but then gave a short laugh, more of a giggle, and was surprised to hear how childish it sounded.
"Gettoff me silly. I'm not a bug!" He giggled, playfully pushing the pups muzzle with his little paws. His tail wagged playfully, his whitewashed fur strange against the lively green of the leaves pinned underneath him.

~Tyrome The handsome male wolf watched as the little pup perked up when he suggested he'd watch her catch some prey. She got all into it, and this amused him greatly. The tail of his flicked around his hind paws, and his front paws shifted, just in case she got hurt. He'd feel like it's his own fault, so he wanted to prevent it. It's bad enough he stepped upon these lands with no invitation and he didn't even meet the Alpha. Nevertheless, he'd prove himself with great ambition and determination.
The pup pounced, almost playful-like, and found a... creature. Tyrome sniffed the air, and his tail was a little bit up. Those ears of him twitched, and those emerald hues peered down at the... thing. It looked like them, smelled and everything, but was like an ant. The size of him compared to this rather large wolf was also amusing to the eye. The male wolf took a chance, and stood up. He took only a few pawsteps to reach the little one Karin and the other creature.
Tyrome was now beside Karin, and he peered down, not glaring-like, but more curious at the creature. He seemed alright, but he didn't want to take any chances with him. This land wasn't his, but he felt the need to... protect it like he was part of the pack. This made him feel quite like himself again, and also comfortable with his surroundings.
"Hello, little... creature. Who might you be? Tyrome didn't know what to call him, besides "creature". Ah, well, the sooner he gets his name, the sooner he'll become less suspicious of him. The urge that ran through his veins pulsed, and the urge was to protect the little Karin with his life. He intended to do so, if this creature was dangerous. Those emerald hues showed that off greatly, and he did not care if Karin or the creature saw it. He wanted to make that point across, through scent and eyes.

For lack of better words, Karin freaked out when her catch started talking to her. Her bright blue eyes wide, she cocked her head to the side and looked at the creature... no... little wolf? She perked her ears as Tyrome headed in her direction. The mini wolf poked her nose and squeeked softly. As soon as Tyrome was at her side she quickly took a few paces back. Food wasn't supposed to talk to you... At least it never had before.. And if it was a wolf instead of food, why was it so small?
Karin took a couple steps forward as Tyrome questioned the being. Her bright blues were wide and she glanced up at Tyrome, complete surprise written all over her face. "I-I uh-uh-uh..." She sat down and exhaled quickly. "Tyrome... Is that a wolf?" She let her blue orbs look up at him, her ears were fully erect and waiting for the small wolf to speak again, if it did.

Xeno squealed, the sound and tone of his voice emanating from his tiny voicebox not dissimilar to that made by Karin a few moments ago. Now that he was no longer restrained by her paws, he stood up to his full height of about up to where Karin's knee joint would be.
"Yes I am a wolf. I'm just...a bit different" He spoke as if trying to defend a point, as if Karin had insulted him a little, asking Tyrome, the much larger and rather intimidating wolf due to his size, if he, Xeno, was a real wolf. He was just smaller than the other two. But he was a real wolf, he had all the wolf make-up, the same dna.
Didn't he?
His tail flicked a little, the baby blue feathers of his wings rustling to regain their fluffy lightness. They spread open now, smoothing out the crinkles and stretching the muscles to their full span; about a foot each in total.
"My name is Xeno. Whats yours?" He peered up at the two wolves, mainly focusing on the pup as the larger wolf had seemingly already been adressed, the pup had called him Tyrome. His voice was curious, childish. It was hard to believe that Xeno was more than a year old, and nobody would believe him had he said his true age of four years, but it was always that way. He just had a playful streak in him.

~ Tyrome With a swift movement, his left leg was in front of the frightened Karin. Tyrome's ears slid back against his head, and his tail flicked a little higher than it should have. He was only protecting the little one from this small "wolf." He was taking extra precautions, just in case something went wrong. When Karin asked if he was a "wolf", Tyrome did not have anything to say for a few moments. Fortunately, the little "wolf" spoke up, and claimed that it was. Was it? He didn't have any idea. Those emerald hues peered down at him, searching. Searching for what, you ask? Searching to see if he was a threat. The little wolf, who proclaimed itself "Xeno", appeared to be no threat. Actually, it looked like it couldn't hurt a fly. However, Tyrome remained tall and strong, and kept his left leg in front of Karin.
The voice of him was so... childish. Could he be a pup? No, he couldn't be. the muscles he had was a little too large to be a pup's, even for his small, unusual size. Tyrome's muzzle twitched, and he caught the scent of Xeno. He made sure to keep that scent in the back of his head, just in case he needed to inform either Minou or Corrinth. He then cleared his throat with a growl, but not to threaten the little wolf. Even though he was a huge brute, he tried to be more gentlemen-like, just like a lady's-man, which was fine with him.
"Well..., Xeno. I'm Tyrome. This little one here...," he hesitated, looking down at her. His emerald hues promised her that he'll keep her safe, no matter what happened. Also, he promised he'd defend her with his life. With another small growl, he continued. "This little one here is Karin. I'm sorry she pounced on you," he finished, trying to smile. Nodding, he stood tall, and bent his head down towards him, just a little, to peer at him closely. He made sure his muscles were tense, and the scars showed. He also made sure his scar down his right eye pulsed, which he could do by flexing his eyebrows. This was to show he wasn't in the mood for any "business."

The skies were beautiful as Corrinth moved through the lands... his lands. It had been quite some time since he made contact with any new wolves and the sound of voices drew his attention. He stood still and silent for a moment, recognizing faintly the voice of Karin, Weylyn and Snowdrifts adopted pup.
He walked forward and came into the small clearing where several wolves were conversing. He caught scent of them before he even saw them and moved forward to greet them and find out answers to the questions he had in his mind. The lands had suddenly burst with new wolves, bringing joy to Corrinths heart, glad to know his lands were far from being forgotten.
Making his presence known, Corrinth moved forward to greet the wolves before him.
"Hello. My name is Corrinth and I am the reigning Alpha of these lands." He locked eyes with each of the wolves in the clearing as he said this, being sure to see they saw his authority. His tail was held high and his head was held proud as his large raven wings were folded against his back. His bearded mane ruffled gently as the wind blew and his crimson eyes watched the clearing carefully.

With a small nudge to Tyrome's leg she looked up at him and thanked him quietly. As he looked down at her, Karin knew she was safe. Tyrome was like Weylyn.. only cuter and nothing like a father figure. She giggled to herself when she thought of it that way. With a small smile as he introduced her, she raised one of her paws in a waving fashion. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Xeno... And like Tyrome said, I'm sorry for pouncing on you. I was showing him my hunting skills. Hehe, you must have been what I smelt." She giggled softly and smiled a very toothy smile. Xeno was definitely a wolf. She was sure of it. He was just different.. like most of the wolves around these lands. They all had their quirks, Xeno's just happened to be his size.
Karin inhaled softly and caught the scent of Corrinth.. whom she hadn't seen in quite some time. Her eyes widened in excitement as she heard his voice. Dodging around Tyrome, she ran right up to Corrinth and bounced on him, as if giving him a hug. With her tail wagging like mad, she grinned vibrantly, "Corrinth!!! How are you?" She stepped down and sat infront of him, her tail still making a swish, swish as it brushed the dirt on the ground. Her bright blue eyes glowed as she looked between Tyrome, Corrinth, and Xeno. Life was good. Life was definitely good. New friends and old friends were always a plus. She smiled vibrantly toward Tyrome, "Have you met Corrinth yet?" Her blue eyes landed on Xeno, they held the same question that she had just asked Tyrome.

~ Tyrome Tyrome watched the little creature named Xeno. Wolf? Yeah, he can see the little bit of DNA in him. He had the ears, and the muzzle. The eyes were a little different, though. Also, of course, his size, and those tiny wings. Fairy wings? Tyrome chuckled to himself at the thought of fairy wings on a wolf. When he took a sniff of the air, a scent filled his nose... What was that?... The scent was authority, and obviously a male. When his emerald hues peered down at Karin, she caught the scent too. She got extremely happy. He watched as she dodged around his leg, and his gaze followed her until they landed upon a rather large male, like himself. Obviously, once he took another sniff, this was the Alpha. His guess was right when he acknowledged himself as Corrinth, alpha of this land. Nodding, he peered down at Karin, who jumped on him filled with happiness.
Smiling, he looked up at Corrinth, and straightened himself to be proper. The smile faded away, and his face turned slightly serious. He tried to figure out words... what to say? Thoughts raced through his head, figuring out how to introduce himself. Then he got it...
"Hello... I'm Tyrome," he said simply, then added, "I wished to be accepted here...," he nodded at this, and looked into Corrinth's eyes. Trust and respect were obviously shining in his own. Once little Karin spoke, he peered down at her, and smiled. "I just did, little one...," he said softly. He gaze went back up at Corrinth, and smiled slightly. He dipped his head respectfully, and then looked back up at him.

Xeno gave Tyrome a wide smile, closing his eyes as he looked upwards towards the larger wolf. When he opened them again, Tyrome had his paw in front of Karin, blocking her from view slightly. He cocked his head to one side, as if puzzling this out, then giggled quietly. He was glad that Tyrome was being protective, though he couldn't see how he could be of any threat to the pup. He wouldn't hurt a fly! Then again, they barely knew each other so it was always good to be cautious.
"It's nice to meet you Karin and Tyrome" He said, nodding his head excitedly, curling his tail around his front legs as his wings folded themselves into his back. He opened his mouth to speak again when a new scent entered his nose. A brute, strong and large. Masculine. The others had sensed it too, and Karin obviously knew the brute, whereas Tyrome fidgeted a little, looking nervous.
Karin looked at him and he smiled wistlessly, shrugging tiny shoulders, letting her know he hadn't yet met Corrinth.
He stood up, unfurling his tiny feathered wings and took a leaping jump, catching a small breeze and flapping his wings so that he was a little higher up. He was now more or less head level with Tyrome and Corrinth. He swam through the air using his paws to push himself forwards, little wings beating furiously to keep his height until he hovered a few feet in front of Corrinth, yet not so that he was blocking the Alpha's view of Tyrome.
"I'm Xeno Sir Alpha. And like Tyrome I also wish to join the pack here,...if you'll let me" He cleared his throat before speaking, and tried to speak up so his words were clearly audible. His voicebox wasn't as big as the other wolves- obviously- and he needed an extra boost to make himself heard sometimes.

Corrinth took in the wolves around him and waited for each one to speak his fill. He loved the idea of added pack members and these wolves seemed sincere enough. He bowed his head to each of the wolves respectfully and spoke to Karin first.
He laughed. "Hello, Karin! I'm doing fine... And you?" His eyes were full of love for his pack and the young adopted pup. He wore a smile on his face as he lingered for one more second on Karin before turning to face Tyrome and Xeno. He was interested very much in the origins of the smaller wolf, Xeno, only because he had yet to meet a fully grown wolf that was so small. Not that Corrinth had any problems with that... it was more of a curiosity that the elderly wolf held.
"Its nice to meet you both, Tyrome and Xeno. You are welcome in these lands and welcome into the pack." He gave a wide smile as a welcoming gesture and sat calmly. He nudge Karin playfully before turning his attention back to the other two wolves once more. The wind blew through the trees, giving Corrinth an air of wisdom when it ran its fingers through the long fur around his head and neck and the beard upon his chin.
Corrinth was obviously a very kindly wolf, welcoming to others and strong willed and protective of his pack. His every action showed it as he held authority, yet compassion in his eyes.
