I wandered through the mountains in search of the Misuteriasu Mountain pack. I gasped aloud as my sore paws stepped onto yet another sharp stone. Forced to stop, I sat back on my haunches, curling my tail beside me. I lifted my paw and looked beneath. My paw pads were bleeding again. With a sigh, I leaned down and licked at my tender, emerald colored pads. This wasn't the first time I was forced to nurse my dainty paws.
I was used to the soft, grassy terrain of the Toko Forest, not the harsh, stone of the mountains. Something I would need to get used to, I guess.
With one last lick, I replaced my paw to the stone floor beneath me. I winced slightly. All my paws were like this. None the less, I went on. I could rest my sore paws later once I found the pack and it's Alpha. With a grunt, I returned to my trek up the mountain. Each step sent stung the underside of my paws, but I continued.
After a few hours of walking, I came to a small spring. With a sigh of relief, I stepped into the cool water. Immediately, the water began to aid my bleeding feet. Leaning down, I lapped at the pool of water, almost greedily. It had been awhile since my last drink and my last meal. I didn't want to hunt on foreign land, though. That, alone, could sway the answer of the Alphas against her. Not something she wanted.
Resigned, I decided I earned a few mintues rest. Wading out of the pool of water, I sat by the water's edge. I watched it as it lapped at the stone and waited.

Carabella was just walking through the lands of Misuteriasu, just taking in the sights, and the sounds. She closed her eyes and sniffed the cool mountain air, she couldn't get enough. She loved just going for long walks by herself. She crouched down, her chest to the ground, and her rump in the air, in front of a little tree. It looked as if someone had just stuck a branch in the ground, but Bella knew the difference, she loved nature.
She blew on the tree, she didn't know why she did this, to all the baby plants she saw, she just did. She though that maybe, if she gave the plant a little bit of her life, it would grow to be big and strong. That they would live longer, and be beautiful and loved by the sun, unlike herself. Bella day dreamed about being beautiful, she knew how she wanted to look, she just didin't look that way. She sighed and brought her chest off the ground and began walking again.
She had a destination, the springs. She arrived there much later, after getting distracted by many other baby plants. Carabella's eyes went wide when she took the springs in. Clear blue water, you could see all the way to the bottom. She blinked startled when she heard thoughts. She looked around trying to find the source, and her eyes passed over a wolf laying in the spring. The fae was odd looking, but beautiful none the less. 'Great another self esteem dropper' she thought to herself before sneaking up behind the female.
She was deep purple in color on the top of her body, and her underbelly, the underside of her tail, and down her legs were emerald green. Unusual coloring for a wolf, but very pretty. It suited her. Bella couldn't see the fae's eyes, but she imagined they were green. She bat her wings slightly, to alert the fae of her presence. Carabella probed into her mind, and heard her thinking of Toko forest, and how the mountains were so much different from her home. Her paws were hurting something awful, probably from the terrain, Bella concluded.
Bella walked up behind the she wolf and said "Hello there, my name is Carabella, and I am of the Misuereriasu Mountain Pack, and you, my dear, are on our packlands. What is your name?" She knew why the fae was here, she just didn't want to say that she did, because then this wolf would know her power.

I was nearly asleep on the small bank of the springs. My head was laid comfortably atop my multicolored fore paws. I sighed as my hind paws soaked in the cool springs, a wonderful relief. I was so close to drifting off when a small sound from behind alerted me of another's presense. It sounded like a flutter of wings. I kept my eyes shut, however. My body tensed, but I forced it to relax, not wanting the intruder to notice.
As I inhaled, a sweet, fruity scent drifted to my sensitive nose. A fea, was all I could think. At hearing her smooth voice, I stopped my charade. I sighed once again, but this time it was out of annoyance, not relief. My emerald eyes opened and gazed up at the fae standing above me. My breath caught in my throat. She was stunning. Lovely dark fur, vibrant blue eyes, and an interesting blue marking running down her face. Beautiful, simply beautiful.
I shook my head, ridding my mind of those thoughts. Those were the exact same thoughts that had gotten me into trouble in the first place. I rolled over onto my belly and raised my purple and green head to look at the fae more clearly. She seemed no nonsense. "My name is Ceres, I come from the Toko Forest. I have journeyed here with hopes of joining your pack. I have been searching for some time now, but as you can see, I have ingured my paws," I stood while continuing my explaination of my being here. "Would you please take me to your Alphas, so I will not have to continue wandering aimlessly. I must speak with them."

Being a part of a pack was taking some getting used to.... He wasn't being waited on hand and foot, rather, he was doing the waiting on. Going from alpha to subordinate was odd... but at least he had Bella to go through it with. Now that he thought about it, where was Carabella? Channing quickly took the sky, his gold fur glowing in the sun light as he found the up drafts of wind. He soared slowly, attempting to find her. His ice blue eyes scanned the ground, as he took in the emotions of the wolves with in the pack.
"Ah, there she is.." He stated slowly as he felt her emotions. Why was she always so down on herself? She was gorgeous and "Oo... that can't be good." Channing lifted his paw up to his face and tilted his head. Pain. She was with another wolf. He quickly fallowed Bella's emotions and landed behind her quietly. His paws hit the ground with a dull thud as his angelic wings folded into his sides.
He took in the appearance of the fae in pain. He lowered a calm cloak over the scene, hoping that it eased the fae's pain a bit. With a slow brush of his tail against Bella's side, he looked over toward her with his ice blue eyes. "Hey Gorgeous, who'd you find here?" He asked, glancing toward the fae in front of them. The fae was oddly colored... but they seemed to match in that weird way. She wasn't too bad to look at, actually, although, he still couldn't seem to get over the gorgeous color of Bella's blue.

Bella listened to the fae, Ceres, she had come from Toko, to speak with Lucid...Not that she didn't already know that. Carabella raised her eyebrows at her thoughts, 'Me, stunning? Yeah right.' Bella rolled her eyes mentally, what was up with all these crazy wolves!? First Channing, and now this one. She narrowed her eyes and probed her mind further, trying to see if she was just saying that to be rude. Bella's eyes opened wider when she relized that the fae meant it completly.
Her head wipped around when she heard a wolf land, she panicked slightly, but wuickly noticed it was Channing. 'Great...' she thought. She smiled weakly at him before saying "Hey there Channing, this is Ceres, and she wants to join the pack!" She turned back to Ceres and grinned enthusiasticly. "Of course, I can take you to the wolf in charge right now, the alpha is...not here right now." She said awkwardly, Bella had no idea where the alpha of the packlands was. Nor did she want to know.
She sat back on her haunches and cocked her head curiosly, "What is your power, it doesn't matter of course, I am just curious" she smiled at the fae confortingly. Then blinked completly forgetting about Ceres paws, and bounded over to her "May I?" she asked politley, gesturing to her injured paws with her head.

I watched the fae, now known as Carabella, with unblinking eyes. She body language was odd. It started off relaxed, then agitated, then surprised, then panicked and so on. It caused me to raise an elegant brow at her unusal emotions. I turned my attention, then, to the landing male. He seemed over confidant and flirtacious. Not something she found appealing in the slightest.
I sat back on my haunches as Carabella did. I wrapped my multicolored tail around myself as I thought about my answer to her first question. So she wanted to know my ability, huh? No harm in saying, I guess. Speaking of which, I concentrated upon the fae, my emerald eyes unblinking. Within seconds, a bright blue aura began to flow from Carabella's very being. Of course, no one else could see the vibrant vapors, but myself.
The color itself showed that the fae was pure of heart and wanted nothing more than to please. A smile formed upon my wolfy features. A beautiful soul, for a beautiful fae.
As I was about to speak, Carabella came forward, speaking of my injured paws. "Oh, yes," I said, lifting one of my front paws. I turned it emerald pads up for the fae's inspection. As Carabella inspected my paws, I began to speak. "I'm a Soul Seer. I can see a being's soul and whether it is pure or not," I said, rather proud of myself and my ability. "Much like how your's is a brilliant blue, indicating that you're a pure soul. I can also feel when another is present within an area," I added.

Channing let his mouth drop open only the slightest. Why wasn't Bella pleased to see him? He went to talk to her about it when she quickly ran forward toward the fae that was in pain... Her paws were hurt.. which was clearly why his paw had hurt first when he came within a short distance of her. Channing quickly straitened up and walked forward toward Ceres and Bella, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Ceres. If you would like I can cloak some of the pain for you." He cocked his head to the side and smiled softly before looking toward Bella and raising his eyebrows. Channing ice blue orbs shot down toward Ceres as she spoke about being able to feel others within the area. "So you knew I was coming did ya?"
"Or I, perhaps?" Mira appeared out of no where. Being able to cloak herself from anyone was incredible. Her silky cream colored fur rolled over her muscles as she slowly padded forward. She was tinier than the other wolves, by far, but she was alphess and she held herself with dignity and authority. She glanced over at Channing and Bella. Tola had done well with letting them in. Mira smiled sweetly, but her eyes held a more menacing aura.
Channing's ice blue eyes widened as the alphess headed toward them. "Alphess Mira, I didn't even sence you coming..." He cocked his brow and looked back toward Bella and Ceres.

Carabella looked over the fae's paws, wincing slightly. It looks like it hurt quite a bit. She hoped Ceres would allow Channing to take some of the pain away. She kept a close tab on Channing's mind, she always did, he was surprised that she was not happy to see him. She smirked slightly, exactly the reaction she had wanted.
She drew her tongue over the emerald pads of Ceres' paws. They were hurt, 'Duh' she hoped that they would get better.
'My soul is blue? Pure. Coooel!' She liked that. "What about Channing?" She smiled over at him and looked qeustioningly at Ceres, she didn't mean to pry, but she wanted to know.
Bella started wehn she came out of the woods, and into veiw. "Honorable Mira!" She said blinking her eyes, showing her surprise.
"This is Ceres, and she wants to join the pack, and to speak with you or Lucid" She said quickly, babbling almost. It had been quite a while since she had an alpha, she had to suck up to. Menatlly she rolled her eyes, 'Honorable. Nice one Bella' she thought to herslef, rolling her eyes for real this time. She smiled at Ceres confortingly. "Ceres, this is our alphess Mira," she explained quietly to the fae. She smiled confortingly once more before looking back to the emerald green pad, and drawing her tongue over again, before backing away.
She bowed her head to Mira, as sign of respect. 'Respectful Bella, respectful' Bella had no respect for herself, mostly others. She just HATED sucking up.

"Yes, it's a pleasure to meet you as well, Channing. Yes, I did sense you once you came close enough," I greeted, not really interested. The feel of Carabella's tongue soothing the wounds on my pads took my attention. It felt so much better than it had before.
I respectfully declined Channings offer. I simply explained that I needed to get used to the feelings, at least until the pads of my paws became calloused from the stone. Upon Carabella's request, I turned my gaze to Channing, my eyes looking deep. As before it took only a few seconds before the vapor-like aura began to rise from his body. His was a bright orange color. So, I dubbed him pure. "His is a bright, vibrant orange. Due to it's brightness, it proves that he's pure. Soul wise anyways," I explained to the fae.
When Carabella jumped in surprise, I looked up. There standing before me was the Alphess of Misuteriasu Mountains. Quickly, I bowed my head in respect. That was different. No one had been able to sneak up on me before, ever. "No, Alphess. I could not," I said, confusion evident in my voice.
I leaned up, giving Carabella better access to my paw pads. I sighed hopelessly as Carabella ceased her ministrations. Returning my paw to the stone floor, I gazed at the Alphess, Mira. "It is a pleasure to meet you Alphess Mira. As Carabella said, I am Ceres. I wish to enter your pack and your land." I bowed my head again.

Mira allowed a small smirk to form on her maw as she padded forward, her movements were much like a cats, in the way her paws crossed in front of the other. She glanced down at her black collar and the bloodstone that dangled from it. Lucid could deal without her for the time being. Her amber eyes fell on Carabella as she bowed. Mira cocked her brow and tilted her head to the side, "That's generous of you, Carabella, but you need not bow to me. Just be glad you didn't run into my mate." She chuckled softly before she stopped in front of them.
Mira's eyes fell over Ceres and she cocked one of her brows. "So you wish to join the pack, Ceres? Do you mind if I ask you where you came from and why? You look confused.." She sat down and looked at the fae. Mira, ultimately, would allow anyone into the pack at this point, but she needed to seem more authoritative. Questioning was always a good start.
Channing stood with a brow cocked the entire time. He continously watched Bella and Ceres and Mira. The Alphess was small... but was powerful. He could tell just by the way she carried herself. He sat down next to Bella and Ceres and bowed his head in respect as well. Might as well since everyone else was doing it. His ice blue eyes watched Bella as she licked at Ceres' paws. She was so kind and sweet.... What was he thinking?! The alphess was sitting in front of him and Bella could care less about him. He quickly straightened up and cleared his throat.

"Yes, Alphess, my gift allows me to sense life anywhere around me...but I couldn't sense you as you arrived. I admit, I'm a bit confused," I explained. It was something that had never been done before. It was new and a bit frightening to me.
At the Alphess' other questions, however, my heart dropped. The reason that I was forced from my home would probably be the cause of them refusing me and turning me away. I would not lie, though. I would remain truthful and see how everything turned out. I wasn't too thrilled about being in the presense of Channing and Carabella when I spouted my life story, but I would deal with it.
"I come from Toko Forest in the lands below, Alphess," I began. I sighed as I sealed my fate, "I was forced from my home by my former pack because I had feelings for a fellow fae. They thought me wicked for my feelings and disregarded my usefulness." There. I spilled. Had my dark purple and green fur not been there, the three wolves would have seen my dark blush of embarrassment.
I closed my eyes as I awaited their intolerance. I couldn't help but cut a glance at Carabella to see her responce to my confession. It was tense, for me at least. I sat there under their close examinations. Oh, how I wished I could simply sink into the ground and wither away. But, no, I had no such luck. I merely waited to here the Alphess' rejection of me. At the moment, I was certain they looked down upon alternative lifestyles.

Carabella drew her tail underneath Channing's chin and nudged him with her shoulder slightly. He thought that she could care less about him! As if that was true. Bella snickered, it was funny, that she, the ugly wolf, would not care about the angel. She bit the inside of her cheek, she still hadn't met Lucid, and she didn't want to. Tola, his daughter was bad enough.
She shuddered slightly with the memory. But it was when she met Channing, sshe shrugged mentally, not wanting the others to think she was absolutly looney, with all these gestures and no reason behind them. Toko Forest had kicked her out for liking a fellow fae? That was so rude, unkind. Completly unbeleivable.
They should just let her live your own life, who cares who she loved, it was her love to give! 'Rediculous, just plain rediculous.' Bella's eyes widend in disbeleife when she heard Ceres' story. "Now I will sit here and wait to be turned away" came shooting through her mind. 'What!? Why would she be turned away?' Bella had never tried this before, but she figured now was as good as time as any.
She tried to send a thought to Ceres, she hoped it went through. "Ceres why would we turn you away?" She thought it with all her might, trying as hard as she could to send it to the fae. To the wolves around her she probably looked stupid, but Carabella didn't care, her eyes scrunched up with concentration, and her head began to ache. She opened her eyes, and looked at Ceres questioningly, to see if the thought went through.
She brushed her tail over Channing again and smiled over at him. It was a small smile, through the ache of her head, but it was still a smile none the less.

I was sitting there in my own misery when I was shocked by a sudden voice within my mind. I looked around, almost erratically searching. No one had spoken. Was that Carabella's voice? I turned and looked to the fae and noticed her questioning stare. Was she just looking at me because of my odd behavior or was it because she actually spoke to me? The Alphess and Channing didn't seem to hear the voice, like I had. So, I had two options. One, I could go on as if I hadn't heard a thing or, two, I could answer the fae.
I decided to test it out. "Because it's wicked of me to love another that is the same sex as I. It was the cause of my current, unhappy, situation. Why I need to find another home, and pack. So I can begin, anew," I thought. In my thoughts, I couldn't restrain my emotions like I could while speaking aloud. I was sure that I sounded sorrowful, regretful, and even a bit ashamed.
My emerald eyes looked to the fae, my emerald eyes showing my inner turmoil and a slight curiousity. Had she really spoken to me or was I losing my mind? "Can you read minds?" I asked her, also through my thoughts. If she didn't answer, I would most definitely feel like a lunatic. Hearing the voices of potential pack mates in my mind...I sighed. This really did sound crazy.

Mira's amber orbs watched the fae in front of her as she spoke. She casually flicked at the bloodstone with her paw as Ceres continued about her power. Hmm... Sence life? That would definitely come in handy in the future.. Mira licked her maw and cocked her head to the side, much like she always did when she was listening to someone. Her creamy tail flicked behind her slowly. With a quick twitch of her ear, Mira furrowed her brow and spoke, "Let me get this straight... You were kicked out of your pack because you liked a femme? I would think the only thing you wouldn't be of use with is breeding. Obviously they didn't understand what great power you behold. I'm sorry you had to go through that."
Her amber eyes looked sincere enough as she looked at Ceres. With such a great power she would definitely come in use in the future. She was glad she came back to see how many wolves had moved this way. With a telepath, empath, and soul seer amoungst the pack, things were definitely looking up. Mira let a malicious smile fall onto her maw before standing up and speaking, "You are more than welcome to join this pack. If you run into my children, Tola or Crow, just let them know that I have excepted you." She turned to Channing and Carabella, "Channing and Bella, please take Ceres to the dens and clean her paws up. Once she is feeling better, give her the tour and what not. It's a pleasure to have met all three of you personally."
Channing let a small smile play on his maw and his eyes close as Bella drew her tail underneath his chin. Wait... But why would she do that? Ah, yes, she was telepathic... He rolled his eyes sarcastically. You've been keeping tabs on my thoughts, haven't you, Beautiful? He thought quickly. If she was keeping tabs, she'd have heard him. He cocked his brow at her and smirked. With a quick pull back to earth, Channing looked over toward Ceres. She liked the ladies? Or was it just the one time? It was none of his business, and for once he kept his mouth closed about the whole ordeal.
He ran his paw through the dirt absent-mindedly as Mira spoke to Ceres. Sweet, so she was allowed in... and he was declared babysitter. Peachy. Alright, so maybe he wasn't actually a babysitter, Ceres would need help finding the dens.. and she really was in pain, he still felt it. And he wouldn't mind roaming around the pack lands with Bella some more. The three of them could get to know each other... It would be fun. "Oh course, Alphess. As you wish." He bowed his head and looked back toward Ceres and Bella, winking.

Ceres was allowed in the pack. Carabella knew they wouldn't turn her away! "Yes Aplhess Mira," she said bowing her head again, she knew the alphess had told her not too, but she felt as if it was the right thing to do. "It is not wicked of you Ceres, it is your own choice, how to live your life. They should not have chased you out like that" she thought back to the fae, she was having a hard time beleiveing her power was strong enough to do this.
Mira looked to be leaving soon. Then Channing's thought went shooting through his mind, and into hers. "You've been keeping tabs on my thoughts, haven't you, Beautiful?" Beautiful, pshaw. Bella giggled girlishly, she was being a total flirt, and she knew it, and for once she was not self concious about it. "Perhaps" she thought back to him, smiling.
Just then the urge to look at the ground passed through Bella, she couldn't explain why, but she did, and there she found a baby plant, with a little waterdroplet on it, she crouched down in her normal posistion, and blew gently on the plant. She shot back up, like a bullet out of a gun. Her flush so red, all the wolves could probably see it through her black fur. She looked at the ground and coughed with embarrasment.
She raised her eyes, only slightly, to test the reactions of the three wolves around her 'Stupid Bella. STUPID. Gah why do you have to be so dumb?' She thought to herself cursing her parents for even thinking to have a child like her. As she looked at the ground she watched in complete awe and wonder at the plant. It had began to grow! It was becoming a gorgeous teal Lily. Were there even teal Lilly's? She looked at Mira, Channing, and Ceres and said "Did any of you...?" Her eyes were wide with shock

The relief that flooded through my body was unimaginable. I let out a breath that I didn't even know I was holding. I bowed my head to the Alphess in respect and gratitude. "Thank you, Alphess!" I exclaimed. "I appreciate your kindness and for looking past my...uniqueness."
As my emerald colored eyes stared at Mira, Carabella's voice rang true in my mind. So, I wasn't crazy afterall! "Thank you for your understanding, Carabella," I thought. I was absolutely amazed with the amount of understanding and tolerance I was faced with. I had expected to recieve disgusted looks, yells, and insults. I was unprepared for the gift I had been given.
I stood from my seated position beside Carabella. My emerald gaze held untold excitement. Behind me, my tail wagged, slightly, from side to side. I couldn't remember the last time I did that. Anyway...
I stood there, ignoring the sting in my emerald green pads. My ears atop my head stood erect, twitching every so often at the smallest sound. I couldn't wait to become accustomed to my new home. Home. That word thrilled me to no end. I couldn't wait to meet the other pack members. The Alpha, for instance. I had heard many stories of him from the wolves below.
A small gasp to the side, caught my attention. It was Carabella. She appeared shocked by the small teal flower before her. I was a bit confused myself. That flower hadn't been there a moment ago. I shook my head as she asked, if it was I who grew the flower. I looked to Mira and Channing. Could one of them have caused to flower to grow?

Channing watched as the Alphess nodded then turned around to leave. He couldn't help but feel the excitement coming from Ceres. She really wanted to be accepted didn't she? His ice blue orbs were covered by his eyelids as Bella's musical voice rang through his mind. Gah, it was beautiful. He gave her a toothy grin before looking back toward Mira. His head shot toward Bella as soon as she gasped. The tiny teal lilly that had budded had him confused. Why hadn't he seen it previously? He looked at Mira as she turned her head and looked at the flower than at Bella. She offered her a smile and left, without a word else. Well... she was one of few words. Channing cocked his head to the side and shrugged it off.
He could feel eyes on him... Both Ceres' and Bella's. As though he could have been the one to produce the flower. He cocked his brow at them both, his voice blunt, "Don't look at me. I'm just an empath." He stood up, a bright smile on his face, "Then again, feel free to look at me all you'd like." He leaned into Bella's ear and whispered, "As long as I get to look at your gorgeous face every morning." He straightened up and smirked, looking back toward Ceres.
"Well, well, Love. I know it wasn't Ceres because she's just as confused as I am as to how that lily got there. Looks like there is more to you than I thought." Channing winked at her before leaning down and smelling the flower. He inhaled slowly before closing his eyes and smiling. Jokingly, he stated, "It's almost as good looking as me." He let out a chuckle and smiled.

Mira left without a word and all Bella could think was 'Bitch...' She knew it was wrong, but it was the first thing that came to mind. She stared at Mira's retreating back and narrowed her eyes.
"Wha, uh, ME?" She stuttered, 'I made that flower? Me?' "But, then I would have..earth? as a power? But I am a telepath?! What is going on? Who is messing with me?" She was quivering, she wasn't sure if it was excitment over he knew power or anger, at someone messing with her, and giving her hope.
How could someone as ugly and stupid as her creat something so beautiful anyway? No way No how. Bella couldn't have created that. She narrowed her eyes even more, getting angrier by the second.
She stalked over the a tree she saw, it was small, the trunk only about an inch thick, and she blew on it. The tree imediatly shuddered, before growing about 2 inches in thickness and length. "No, freaking way." She breathed out. There was no way. Bella couldn't wouldn't belive it. NO she didn't have another power. NO, she was not powerful enough, not smart enough to have a second power!
The thoughts were finally sinking in. Bella has a second power. Once she got control of it, she would be able to control plant life. This was un-fricken-believable. Why would she, of all wolves get a second power? She was stupid, she would NEVER be able to figure out how to work it, she was ugly, she wasinsecure. Why not give it to someone prettier, like Tola, or Ceres? Hell even Channing. How did she get this, and why.
She looked over at Channing and Ceres, she bounded back over, much happier than she had origanly been, and said excitedly "I have a new power!!" She grinned so big she thought her face would split.

I allowed myself a small tender smile to grow on my features. To be honest, I was happy for her and her new found gift. She had been nothing but kind and caring to me, a real angel. She deserved this happiness. From her reaction, I could tell, she was enthused by her ability.
"I'm happy for you, Carabella," I said. Seeing as we weren't leaving the area anytime soon, I sat back on my haunches. My feet had begun to throb in pain. So if we weren't leaving, I was sitting. As I sat, I wrapped my long tail around my pained paws. Bringing one paw to my maw, I lapped at it gingerly. It stung alot worse than when Carabella had cleaned them. After licking them clean, I blew gently, giving them a cool sensation.
I let a deep sigh excape my throat. Turning, I stuck my paws back in the cool spring water. My shoulders sagged in a temporary relief. Behind me, my tail began to wag again. I hadn't noticed that it had stopped. Perhaps from the pain in my paw pads.
My ears turned in the direction of the two other wolves. I listened to them and waited til they were ready to head off to the den. I didn't mind the wait. It gave me more time to get to know the two wolves. My new pack mates.

Channing cocked his brow as emotions ran through his body like the niagra falls. With a quick flick of his tail he sat down and tilted his head to the side, "You really should stop being so down on yourself. And lighten up a bit, yeah?" He never senced her as being happy, ever. Surprised, or startled, but never really actually happy. His ice blue orbs looked over toward Ceres as she smiled at Bella. Genuine happiness was pleasant on her.
As he watched Bella bound over toward a small tree, his eyes narrowed as the tree progressed in growth right in front of him. Confussion was written all over his face as he watched over Bella. Once again, she was getting down on herself. Channing stood up to comfort her when she bounced back over, happiness engulfing him. He flashed her a toothy grin, his ice blue eyes sincere. "This is wonderful, Carabella! You definitely diserve it. Were one of your parents of the Earth element?" He was curious. How did one just recieve a power? Unless it being in the genes. Then again, he didn't know much about powers except his own and how he got it. He's his father's son, that's for sure.
Pain washed over him again. He quickly glanced back toward Ceres and frowned. She had licked her paw and flintched. He narrowed his brow and spoke smoothly, "Please let me cover some of that pain. Even if you do want to deal with it, I don't." He smirked in her direction and let out a sigh. His ice blue orbs glanced back toward Bella and he smiled sweetly. "You really are beautiful, and even more when your happy like you are now." Channing couldn't help but grin cutely. "So, what now? Shall we take you to the dens or would you prefer to take a little dip?" He offered, cocking his head toward the springs.
