    The following list displays the current bans on Character Creation due to the fact there are so many and we have enough of each for the time being.

it's going to be a dry winter, with lots of snow and biting cold. prey level is falling so watch your intake.

. t h e . m o u n t a i n s.
It's the begining of fall and the mountains, so high, are the fastest. The leaves are changing colors, and are slowly falling. A nip is in the air in the morning and evening and frost is found at dawn.
. t h e . w a t e r f a l l s .
The falls have lowered, the water that usually supplies it frozen in the mountains. Here too the trees change colors and drop their leaves for those that can. It's a pretty dry fall for all. There is a nip in the air but is still relatively warm.
. t h e . f o r e s t .
The most colorful place, the leaves are wonderous colors and the chill here is a bit more for some reason. The ground is harder and the breeze crisp. The chill at dawn and sundown isn't a problem.
. t h e . m a r s h .
The marshes feel it less but even their water freezes slightly by morning. The marshgrass is fading in color and the uncovered lands are a bit cold but the sun warms everything nicely during midday.

A new threat has come from this land. Lucid and Mira have gotten collars that amplify their powers, and with this, they have assaulted the land of Nigori, taking that which the pack wolf Lydia hides. Her vampirism. He is now stronger, faster, more powerful. And he has claimed the loner lands for his own. What will happen next? What is Lucid planning?

The alphess, so recent still, has gotten a mate and this pack's numbers have swarmed. Zephyr, a known face throughout Aelyn, has settled down in this pack by his mate's side. The two are having pups, and the pack is happy and content. But the sound of Lucid's claiming is causing a stir. Will their pups be in danger?

Since no one has taken the time to update and I find it important, here I go! There is a new plot sweeping the site! Lucid has taken over the loner lands, oh no, so make sure you either join his side or get out fast. A call has gone up through the packlands of this so don't forget you pack lovin' wolves, to post in those threads!

Well, a lot has been happening in the forum as of late... New rules! Please have your character profiles redone as soon as possible! They must meet all requirements... You have until the end of this month to do so. Any profiles not done by that time will have a warning from a staff member. Speaking of staff members, its a little late, but lets give a warm welcome to Imaginatio as our newest Global Moderator! Soon we may be accepting new staff positions... and even creating some new spots entirely, so keep an eye out for those spots and for the opportunity to be a leader or a helper on Aelyn! Okay! Since this site has been updated and active, I have returned from my long spell and apologized by makingan amazing new skin! It is full of AWESOMESAUCE! Well, there is yet another pack open for claiming. Corrinth has now disappeared as well. What is happening to the Alphas of the lands? What will happen after this? Two packs lay unclaimed... Hey, ho! Aelyn's overdue for an alpha's pack meeting! Everyone has been sent a PM by myself letting all members know. I would like all alphas to reply, letting me know if the dates mentioned will be workable for them. As for right now, the meeting (at the Sacred Circle) is set to start at the end of November (28, 29, 20) If any alphas cannot make this date, let either myself or Sway know. We want the meeting to work out with timing for everyone. Each pack is expected to have at least one alpha or packmember to represent the pack attend. As for disputes and fights that are currently over the rank of alpha, we please ask that those be settled before the meeting.
If you have any questions or comments, PM either myself or Sway. We like clearin' things up for ya. ~Peace ~PunkWolf

Well, it looks like the Fukai Waterfall pack is open for claiming again. Yet another Alpha, or rather, an Alphess this time, has gone missing and now the lands are without an Alpha to lead them. Feel free to jump in and claim them, if you dare. You never know if you will be the next to disappear.

Okay new update! We have polls going for MOTM and RPOTM! Also some new changes are going to happen. Sway is still working out the details but go check out the polls in the Forum Updates board and Sway will explain it all. And remember, it's no fun if no one votes! =D So, scurry along. lol And a new system to make it more interesting is going to go up once Sway gets the details done. A way you can get a sort of 'money' to buy new powers, wings, a new skin based on your character and a whole load of other cool things. Also, to make that system work Sway has created a new rule! One power per character from now on.

DESIGN THE PACKLANDS!!!
There is currently a Design the Packlands contest going on! You can find the information for it HERE. Please let Sway know if you are interested in participating by posting on the thread there. There is no set date yet, but I would like to have them done by the end of August if at all possible. The winning design has the potential to be the map for the terrain of Aelyn!

If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to contact one of your hardworking staff and we'll be sure to assist you.

Again, Corrinth has disappeared and a new alpha has taken the spot. Tyrome, a younger wolf who will bring new ideas to the pack, has claimed. The pack has accepted him but their success in this department is unknown. The betess, Minou, is finally able to rest, and the pack seems relatively happy with their new leader. The call from Lucid has yet to be seen affecting the pack, but nothing good can come of it.

The pack has multiplied, but the wolves still do not feel like a pack. Kerrigan has mated Zephora and soon they will have pups. But the call from Lucid and the events that made him stronger have these wolves worried and Kerrigan is considering calling the other packs together. Will the pack stand strong, or will this new threat crumble Nigori altogther?
