. The Mountains .
The snow has almost all melted, even in this early season. New growth is everywhere, especially the moss and trees that cover the mountain slopes. But beware! The streams are flooded so watch those pups! . The Waterfalls .
The waterfall and the river that feeds it are swollen with the runoff from the melting winter snows. They have overflowed their banks and the water runs even faster. The fish, though, are many, and new plant life is everywhere. . The Forest .
The trunks of trees are covered in moss and the snow melts have caused the woods to burst into flower. Bright plants cover everything, and the food is plentiful here. No real dangers yet and this time is great for the wolves that live here. The Marshlands
The marsh waters are deeper now, and fresher than ever before. The mud has been cleaned by the sudden flood within the land and new water plants have flowered, spotting the land with points of color.

A new alphess has finally graced these lands! Cindershock has relieved some weight off Masina's shoulders, but will this happiness last? This land has lost many alphas already, and the wolves hope they wont loose this one before her first Alphen Meeting. But for now this alphess is a blessing, and Fukai is happy.

Well, a lot has been happening in the forum as of late... New rules! Please have your character profiles redone as soon as possible! They must meet all requirements... You have until the end of this month to do so. Any profiles not done by that time will have a warning from a staff member. Speaking of staff members, its a little late, but lets give a warm welcome to Imaginatio as our newest Global Moderator! Soon we may be accepting new staff positions... and even creating some new spots entirely, so keep an eye out for those spots and for the opportunity to be a leader or a helper on Aelyn! Okay! Since this site has been updated and active, I have returned from my long spell and apologized by makingan amazing new skin! It is full of AWESOMESAUCE! Hey, ho! Aelyn's overdue for an alpha's pack meeting! Everyone has been sent a PM by myself letting all members know. I would like all alphas to reply, letting me know if the dates mentioned will be workable for them. As for right now, the meeting (at the Sacred Circle) is set to start at the end of November (28, 29, 20) If any alphas cannot make this date, let either myself or Sway know. We want the meeting to work out with timing for everyone. Each pack is expected to have at least one alpha or packmember to represent the pack attend. As for disputes and fights that are currently over the rank of alpha, we please ask that those be settled before the meeting.
If you have any questions or comments, PM either myself or Sway. We like clearin' things up for ya.

Well, it looks like the Fukai Waterfall pack is open for claiming again. Yet another Alpha, or rather, an Alphess this time, has gone missing and now the lands are without an Alpha to lead them. Feel free to jump in and claim them, if you dare. You never know if you will be the next to disappear.

Okay new update! We have polls going for MOTM and RPOTM! Also some new changes are going to happen. Sway is still working out the details but go check out the polls in the Forum Updates board and Sway will explain it all. And remember, it's no fun if no one votes! =D So, scurry along. lol And a new system to make it more interesting is going to go up once Sway gets the details done. A way you can get a sort of 'money' to buy new powers, wings, a new skin based on your character and a whole load of other cool things. Also, to make that system work Sway has created a new rule! One power per character from now on.

There is currently a Design the Packlands contest going on! You can find the information for it HERE. Please let Sway know if you are interested in participating by posting on the thread there. There is no set date yet, but I would like to have them done by the end of August if at all possible. The winning design has the potential to be the map for the terrain of Aelyn!
If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to contact one of your hardworking staff and we'll be sure to assist you.

Corrinth has returned! His absense was brief, but his return brings great relief to his pack. Minou can finally sleep without having the burden of trying to be everything. But danger still lerks in this packs lands, anything can happen before all the alphas converge. This is Aelyn after all.

Still quiet, still almost empty. These lands rarely have any visitors and it seems the tales of the last alpha have traveled far. Worries for the pack grows, and Kerrigan is coming closer to taking more steps to making his pack safe. Even the joy of the Meeting has faded in this iternal threat.
You may adopt or disown a character here... but do so with care. Any rules you may have for the adoption of your character, please post them with your character.

A place of mystery and enchantment, this circle of stones sits in the heart of the packlands. Where did it come from? What is it's use? That is for the Packs to decide and to dictate what rules the land shall abide by. This, is the sacred meeting place... a place of peace and harmony, of the Four Packs under the divine and the great Ancestors of the Stars.
Conditions upon these mountaintops can be very hazardous. Vicious snowstorms and blinding winds tear through these ranges. At the highest most peak of the mountains, there is a volcano, which gives life to the hot springs that erupt from several regions of the mountains themselves. The numerous caves and dwellings found here provide a great place for shelter and the conditions are a great defense to any oncoming attackers. A very strategic place to begin a pack.
This beautiful waterfall is a wonderful sight for any. It falls into the beautiful Fukai Lake. Behind the waterfall is a large cavern, a perfect spot for a den, should you not mind constant dampness. The pathway leading behind the waterfall is very slippery and dangerous... only those well equipped or well balanced can get through unscathed. Very strategic for a battlefront or a place to keep enemies at bay. Several waterfalls grace the lands, though the biggest falls into the lake. The river, from the tips of the Mountains, feeds the flourishing waters in all times of year.
This forest is thin in some places, while in others its very dense. Several fallen trees make for great overshelter for a nicely dug out den. Small prey is plentiful, though it is just that... small. Roots and rocks litter the ground, so those without a careful step are sure to have difficulties.
These dense, murky lands are trecherous to any who do not have a careful eye. Quicksand and deep mud pits make travelling difficult, though if you can get through the perilous landscape, deep in the center of the marsh is a large plateau of land, dry and firm. Large rocks are scattered in a crescent pattern with trees sprouting around them to create hollows for dens.
This area is a land that belongs to no one. No wolf can claim this land. The plains, filled with wildflowers, tall grasses, bounties of prey and very little shelter, makes for a poor place to seek a home, though a home can be found here beneath some dug-out hills or fallen trees.
Well, here it is. Now you can use the money you earn through roleplaying and whatnot in order to buy different things, from Graphics to Wings to Powers and the like for your characters! Lots can be found here, so stop on by and take a look!
If you are going to be gone for an extend period of time, please post here. This way, when we do the monthly activity checks and you have posted here, the Staff members will not have to take action against you. This is important that you do post here for any elongated absences.
